How Long Raving:
To be perfectly honest, I've never been to a rave sweatdrop , but I am interested in going to one in the near future. So I'm pretty new to all this in a way. My husband however is a raver and usually tells me about the stories when he'd go raving.
Interests:
Writing, reading (mostly manga), watching anime, music, video games, The Sims, sitting in front of the computer for a few hours, playing the flute, coloring, neon lights/colors, rainbows, The Bible, etc. etc.
Anything else you want us to know:
I've never been to a rave before, it's mostly my husband that's the raver. Although, he hasn't gone to one since we've been married so hopefully we'll be able to go to one in the future together. Hopefully that'll be an awesome experience and I'll get to meet some new friends. I don't have a lot of friends...I am too used to a tight knit group of people, but one of my friends moved across the country that I've been friends with for over 10 years and we haven't talked much, and my other best friend is a bit clueless on a lot of things and doesn't take good advice when given and cancels last minute everytime I wanna hang and spend some time together. Life has been busy, and currently under quite a bit of stress, and lately my husband has been teaching me to use glowsticks and poi balls and I got some raving type pants and it helps me have fun and gets my mind off of reality for a bit. I'm also a Christian, but not one of those, "I'm better than you are." types. I'm pretty mellow about things and won't shove my beliefs in your faces. I am my own unique individual, and I'm sure all you out there are your own unique individuals as well and seem like a caring group of people.I would like to learn to dance and stuff, but I need to break out of my shy shell a little bit. Anyway, hope my little description wasn't too long and had some info.

Gloving! Oh my God, I love gloving. I've been gloving for as long as I've been raving. I'll be getting a new pair of gloves in May. I write poetry, songs, and short stories about the darker parts of my mind, the parts of my mind that people should never be exposed to. I love reading and I'm currently reading three books. Turn Coat by Jim Butcher, For the Win by Cory Doctorow, and Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz. Video games take up most of my time. Nazi Zombies this, Assassin's Creed that. Games keep me going, and my favorite video game is Kingdom Hearts 2. Music and movies are always on my mind. If I'm not listening to music, I'm deciding what I want to listen to. If I'm not doing that, I'm writing music. Music, music, music. Movies are important to me. They do so much for so many people. My favorites are V for Vendetta, The Boondock Saints, Fight Club, and every Hayao Miyazaki film. Parkour is my passion and my freedom, allowing me to reach new heights and fell the wind resist as I run for the edge of a building. Even gravity's a p***y sometimes. But that's all Brett. Anything else you want us to know: I live in Texas. The Hardcore movement is growing stronger with every party and I'm proud to be apart of the Hard Dance Nation! XD Between Houston and Austin, I'd stay for the Dubstep in one and go for the hippie vibe in the other.
I'm a professional dancer for Dance Impulse out in Dallas, Tx. I'm a Californian by birth, but a traveling bug by nature/ Military family. Currently coming up on my final year of College and I'm already on the hunt for work. XD I'm friends with quite a few local DJs, Fellow Dancers, and Productions on a small scale at the moment. I'm a huge supporter of small events and safe partying.
I think the main attraction for me to come into the Rave Scene was my lust for Hard House Mixes and Psytrance. Thanks to an invitation from a friend who happened to be Go Go'ing at the time, I went to my first rave and fell head over hills in love with the scene. I guess that also lead to my current position as a dancer too.
So far, I've met and made so many good friends and been adopted into a rave family.
