When she resurfaced, Andrys was standing at the table in the lab. "Go for a little swim while I was busy?" he asked, sounding slightly irritated. "I told you I wasn't going to be long."

Hikaru looked down at the floor. "i only went and killed some sort of mutant thing down there.." she said. she was only trying to help Andrys.

"Got one of them, did you? Good. Serves them right, the dirty rat bastards... Anyway, back to work," Andrys said, his irritation fading suddenly as if he had totally forgotten. "Right. So, we just run this through a microscope... Get a needle..." He quickly fiddled with the petri dish that had her DNA in it, and then turned back to the green ooze box from earlier. "Now. This mixture doesn't just heal trees. What it does, is speed up the replication process of DNA. So, given a pure strand of DNA, even if it's fragmented... Should produce... Something," he muttered, shrugging as he emptied the contents of the needle into the ooze.

Hikaru nodded, the Information she was given earlier helping her make connections. she watched as the cells replicated, Unsure of what the results would come to be. she was kinda excited as it was part of her DNA being Replicated.

The green sludge bubbled instantly on contact with the contents of the needle, and a horrid stench filled the air as it began evaporating. The mist that came off was thick, and just as green as the sludge had been. It took a few minutes to clear, and when it finally did, there was an egg left behind, along with a few feathers. "Hm," Andrys said, kneeling down next to the box, and examining the egg. It was roughly the size of an ostrich egg, maybe a bit bigger, and covered in spots. "What do you make of this?" he asked, mostly to himself as he pondered this.

Hikaru Stared. "I-its.. Its a Lugia Egg.." She said. "the Spots are Pink, so its probably going to be one of the rarer Alternate Colored ones, Rather than the normal Purple-blue Back flaps and tail, they probably will be pink.." she said, Ranting suddenly.

"Hm. An entire egg, most likely viable, from nothing but fragmented DNA... Most interesting indeed. Would you like to keep it?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "I would hate to see such a thing go to waste." He opened the box, and picked up the egg, offering it to her.

Hikaru took the egg Gingerly, and wrapped her wings around it. "Do you want to see if it would work in your Ecosystem once it hatches?.." she asked, attempting to keep it warm.

"Unless you wish to keep it and raise it as your own. After all, it technically is yours." Andrys shrugged, raising an eyebrow at her holding the egg. "When it hatches, it won't be a hybrid like you. It was bred from only your Lugia DNA, which means it will be a pure Lugia. Hopefully, the fact that the DNA was fragmented will have no effect on the development of the egg..." His voice trailed off as he thought, scratching his head.

Hikaru bit her lip. "I.. I would rather not get too attached.." she said, handing it to Andrys. "its your Experiment, not mine Master." she said. she Blushed slightly as she called him master for the first time.

"I think it would be best for you to take this matter," Andrys said, shaking his head as he handed the egg back. "After all, I know nothing of hatching eggs, much less the egg of an exotic species such as Lugia. I think the egg would be better off in your much more capable hand... wings."

"Then.. could you get me some hot coals and Sand, Along with some soft Blankets or towels?" she asked, thinking of what would be warmest for the Egg. She curled her body around it, giving it the most warmth possible.

"Of course. I shall have them brought in immediately," he said, nodding slightly as he walked out of the room. "Is there anything else?" he asked, gesturing for her to follow.

"I will have the materials brought to your room as soon as possible," Andrys said, nodding. He turned to her, gave a slight bow, glanced at the egg quickly again, then turned on his heels and walked off in the direction of the servant's quarters.
