About: Trudy Chacon’s exact history is not known. What is known is that she has lived near the Omaticayu for some time, and while she is not interested in joining the pack for the time being, she’s always willing to help them out. This is especially true when they are under attack; Trudy is a determined and courageous fighter, ready to do what needs to be done, no matter what the cost (though preferably not something stupid, like charging into a battle without serious preparation or strategy). Her headband and armband are gifts from the Omaticayu.

About: Arundhati’s mother abandoned her because she was a mountain dragon. That left quite an impression on the youngster’s psyche, and it only got worse when she was left in a pack with prejudices of their own. Aru hates prejudice of any sort and enjoys being a rebel and pushing her limits. She plans someday to scandalize the family—perhaps even her grandmother, the Maman—by choosing a dull-colored, or maybe even a black male as a mate and not picking a female at all. The reason probably won’t even be for love—Aru doesn’t believe in it. She just wants to dent the system and shock people to avenge her permanently broken heart.

About: Blondie is a girl who speaks her mind, and heaven help you if you get in her way. She’s afraid of nothing (well…except for snakes) and will leap into any fray she comes across, regardless of who’s fighting whom. She never stays in one place and she has no friends or family, so no one knows her past; that her father desperately wanted a boy and was disappointed to get a girl, and that, as a result, Blondie fought her way to the top and often acts masculine. She used to get away with pretending to be a boy…except she doesn’t have a mustache. Details, details, though, right? So now she just plows ahead without any regard for any other dragon.

About: Abarai Renji was not born in the Seireitei, and in fact started out as a nobody living in a cave that bordered the Seireitei’s proper territory. He and his friend Rukia joined at the same time, though he was disappointed to learn that her brother-in-law, a member of a noble family, was adopting her. As such, he decided, he could not associate with her, as he was of a much lower heritage. Renji has somewhat of a crush on her, even now, and plans someday to beat the crap out of her brother, Kuchiki Byakuya, despite the fact that he is Renji’s captain.
In personality, Renji is violent and short-tempered, with the tendency to wear his emotions on his sleeve. He’s come very close to breaking his shades on several occasions (and loses them on a fairly regular basis). In general, he’s so similar to Rukia’s mate, Ichigo, that they’re often mistaken for brothers.

About: The daughter of Blitzwing and Astrotrain, Feuervogel takes after Blitzy’s “hothead” side. She’s short-tempered, destructive, and would surely love explosions if dragons could cause explosions. She often acts short-tempered around her sisters and pushes other dragons her age around, but she’s also very protective of her sisters. She would never accept any boy of being good enough for her sisters.

About: Zep has, thankfully, inherited none of the insanity of his parents; however, he has inherited his father’s forgetfulness. When it comes to other dragons, Zep can’t remember them at all. Names elude him, and sometimes he’ll even forget who a dragon is if he doesn’t know them well enough. He even sometimes blanks out on the names of people close to him. Oddly, the only name he can remember consistently is his mother’s full name; he’s the only Decepticon who refers to her as “Zzzyxwe” instead of “Zeezee” (or various “Zeezazoowhatever” sort of nicknames others have given her).
Something he can remember easily is herbs; he can remember what they look like and he can, if he concentrates hard enough, remember what they’re used for. He’s eager to become a healer, though he’s not afraid to fight, either. He feels unattached to his biological parents; he refers to both of them by their names. He treats his father as a patient and his mother as a potentially explosive device. He considers Soundwave to be his “real” father.

Maximal Sparkling: Protoform X was originally the son of two Maximals who died of the plague. A few Maximal warriors found, hatched, and raised him, hoping to train him to kill Decepticons with them. Unfortunately, at some point in his training, he turned on them for some unknown reason. Unknown because the only dragons who knew were Protoform X (who isn’t telling) and the Maximals who raised him. Who were delicious. Unfortunately, this brought the wrath of their best friend, a powerful soldier in another unit named Depth Charge. Depth Charge swore revenge on Protoform X, who fled. Eventually, Protoform X found the Decepticons.
The pendant around his neck is a piece of crystal that his mentors gave him, but someone at some point in his ancestry gave him a devastating and incredibly rare mutation: high sensitivity to magic. Any magic performed within a fifty-foot radius of him, especially on him, causes him intense pain. Any Brander attempting to sense him through his brands within a ten-mile radius of him can cause this same agony, causing him to stop in his tracks, sink down to the ground, and writhe helplessly, gurgling hideously.
Decepticon Soldier: Protoform X was allowed into the Decepticon pack (where some dragons believed that he may have shared a common ancestry with Air Commander Starscream). Here he was given a new name: Rampage. Rampage’s insanity, cannibalism, and, of course, treachery worried Megatron greatly until Megatron learned of his sensitivity to magic. Megatron tortured his newest recruit mercilessly into submission through the use of two normal brands on his hips and two special “Predacon” brands, which were easier for Megatron to track (no one is sure how this worked; Megatron was an advanced Brander). Eventually Rampage learned his lesson and didn’t try anything stupid.
During the Second Scattering, Rampage managed to slip away on his own; no Decepticon in the main pack has seen him since, and probably no one misses him.
What everyone else knows: Rampage is vicious and uncontrollable, cruel and sadistic. He’s ready—and willing—to hunt down other dragons, kill them, and eat them, not necessarily in that order. He’s strong, slightly larger than most other mountain males, and ignores most pain. It’s possible that his “soul-less” ways may have helped perpetuate the Seireitei belief that Decepticons lack souls.
He has, however, a secret that he hides from everyone else: Rampage is a complete sweetheart towards the mentally disabled, protecting and providing for any he comes across. He’s been known to kill anyone who comes near them; he apparently feels a “kinship” with them.
It is unlikely that Rampage will ever breed; the only people he cares about he would never subject to the trauma of sex and reproduction.
