If there is one thing she never forgets its the sound of the waves crashing and breaking against the stone out cropping of cliffs. The cliff ware her her parents had first met, where they had life mated, where they had birthed and raised her and her two sisters.
however that was long ago her mother during a flight got lost at sea her two brothers her father died of a broken heart not long after. As her two brothers well no ones really certain ware they went. one day she just woke up . . .alone . . .completely alone.
Normally she had her two brothers to help her navigate and to make up for her terrible sight but suddenly she had no one. for months she wondered about aimlessly surviving by nothing other than sheer luck. then one day the snow began to fall heavily so heavy that her luck ran out. Snow melted on her coat and wings she was beginning to freeze.
Feeling tired (hypothermia) she laid down in the middle of the open field unable to go any further letting the snow begin to cover her. just as her eyes began to grow heavy and freeze shut she heard the jangling of bells.
a moment later someone tripped over her.
"eh whats the big idea tripping people!" said the light green soq that tripped over her.
"i-i-im sorry." she apologized wearily
"BLAKE!!" shouted two voices at once in angry tones
"Thesh-ah come on we have to get her someplace warm." one of the two said.
" No we cant move her your not strong enough to lift her and Blake and i might snap one of her wings off if he try." Thesh-ah advised "dig the snow out from around her we will have to use body heat until she warm enough to move on her own at least far enough o get back to the tepee."
Suddenly all three of them were tearing at the snow around her in no time they had cleared it all away down to the grass and dirt below. then all three of them huddled around her. eventually she found the strength to open her eyes. A green Soq laid to her left snoring to high heaven. On her right laid a mare wearing an Imposing skull mask who seemed to be acutely alert constantly watching in every direction her ears swiveling back and fourth. But perhaps the strangest of all on top of the large pile and under a large blanket was a small red haired human girl.
"You gonna be all right just relax get some rest." said the imposing mare shifting a little.
Hours passed and eventually she had rested enough for them all to hobble to their tiny warm tepee. Slowly but surely they nursed her back to health even giving her some kind of bitter supplement that over time cleared her vision a little. at least enough to ware she could wonder by herself but it wont ever be totally cleared up.
Eventually she learned their name and decided that it would be best to repay there kindness by making them her family. a family that would never leave her.
