All jutsu would be ranked according to the ability of the Jutsu either S, A, B, C, or D; D being the lowest and S being the highest. Then whatever rank the jutsu is gets noted as a certain time or post like D rank = Three post and so on and so forth.

Yes, the post will be you training or attempting to learn the jutsu and until you complete the need number you can't use that jutsu.

Ah, I get it.
We'd set the post numbers for each rank of jutsu, and when you reach that number, you're allowed to learn/use the jutsus of that rank.
I think they should need a certain number of training/practice posts for a rank. And then when they reach that number, they can message a crew member with the post locations.
After which the crew member will clear them for a jutsu/jutsu rank.
Correct?

well i got to see how its gonna be set up and ill just follow along with it
this is my thought:
Acad student: learns like 1 or 2 jutsus
Genin: 3 - 4
etc etc?

No. The posting will be to learn the jutsu. Such as:
A Rank: 10 to 9 post
B Rank: 8 to 7 post
C Rank: 6 to 5 post
D Rank: 4 post
E Rank: 3 post

It's been over a month since this topic started. I think we're about done discussing what to do and if not we can continue discussing this after some effort has been made in revamping the guild. Not to sound rude, but Dre...can you hurry up?
