Kah froze when that hand touched his sholder. He slowly turned around and caught the eye of the redguard that he had stolen from a while ago. "Hey old buddy!" Kah said kindly, like they were old friends. Having taken up a theif position in life, personality was a must. And this weak minded redguard was a sucker at personality. Slowly, Kah was putting calm spells into the redguard at the same time. " You're not still mad about that little trinket I stole from you anymore, are you? Do you want it back?" Here take it, Kah slipped off the sanctuary ring that had helped him countless times, and gave it to the redguard. "Can I be on my way now, and by the way, if you attack me now. Everybody will think you attacked me for no reason. And I have friends in the trees." This was a complete lie of course. He had no friends to help him out of this at the moment, but his reputation of getting friends in tight spots, and his personality, along with the calm spell would ensure him getting away from this man.

Zakkon watched from a nearby dark alleyway, as the smooth talking Khajit cast Calming spell upon Calming spell on the Redguard. Zakkon wasn't ready to attack just yet.
While he was watching what was going on between "Kha" and the Redguard, Zakkon could only think one thing, "That is so going to work on him."

"An interesting spectacle, isn't it?" The dark, mysterious voice came from directly behind Zakkon. Maikau had shadowed him every day on the way to Anvil, and had even managed to figure out why Arnix wanted the Kahjiit. The speaker was invisible, hidden by the shadows, but he wasn't projecting his voice. If Zakkon wanted to attack him, the chances that he would miss were minimal.
"A thief casting calm spells on the Redguard. While I'm sure that, as the Deathblade, that you think Arnix will be too stupid to resist the spells. I mean, after all, who expects me to appear out of nowhere, a simple assassin of an unknown race, who has killed Dark Brotherhood, Morog Tong, Ambassadors, and has now come into the luck of having the chance to collect three bounties. While I must say that you're untimely appearance threw off my schedule, I can get money off of Arnix from the Dark Brotherhood, and get money off of you through the Kojitae Assassin's Guild, and get money off of Kah through my client.
"Who thought that, after I didn't attack you, that I'd come back to end you. I'm not chancing it this time. If I have to uproot Anvil, I'll bring your severed head back to Kojitae, and earn the fifty thousand drakes. Kah and Arnix together don't add up to more than forty thousand. You have quite a price on your head, Bosmer. Now, if you feel me incompetent, as I know you do, just keep in mind that I have spells that can rip through a Silt-stider's hide, and shear through a town without leaving a mark. I'm almost sure that you have no idea who I am; you'd've killed me back there, when you thought you had the chance.
"As of now, you might as well stand still. I have allies here in Anvil. Lots of them. Brothers, sisters, all allies and no friends. Do not underestimate me, for I can assure you:
"You're the one that's been proven incompetent."

"So you really think this calming spell can work on me Kah? I saw it comming from a mile away." Arnix Took the amulet from Kah and crushed it in his hand and smiled. Then he picked up the Kahjit by the neck. Guards came rushing to the sceen. But stoped when the saw the Redguard and just stood there and waited. Arnix lent close to Kah's ear and wispered. "You may have no friends in this town but I do!" The he held the Kahjit up for everyone to see. "GOOD PEOPLE OF ANVIL, THIS IS THE INFORMUS KAJIT THEIF KAH, IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY VALUABLES STOLEN NOW WOULD BE THE TIME TO ASK WHERE THEY ARE BEFOR I BREAK THIS FOUL BEST IN HALF!"

" Before you crush me arnix, I would like to say to you one thing, I believe that nobody here, but three other's that you have, I believe, met already, know me for who I am. That bosmer and wizard over there are them. Kah cast a light spell into the darkness over by the wizard. As it turns out. We all have bounties on our heads. Maikau there having the lowest, and only because he goes to the most extreme ways to get his targets. The Bosmer right by him having the highest, but that would be expected, of a deathblade!. Yes, that bosmer is one of the handful of people that are in the deathblades. He is the person that stole soulgems off your shelves at night. Where they mysteriously turned up at the trader down the street the next day. And me having the next highest, being a thief, but I sware, to none of you people of Anvil except a sanctuary ring from Arnix over here. You can search all over Tamriel. You will not find a single thing of yours out of place by the cause of me. And Arnix here has a bounty on his head also, being a drinker and slayer. He has killed a few innocents in his life, along with dark brotherhood assasins that would undoubtably have a writ. So I ask you, who is the real crime master here. That Maikau may seem innocent, but I assure you, if you have some enemy that would pay to have you killed, that innocent Maikua will turn against you at the drop of a pin. So I ask you, help me destroy these people and create a safer Tamriel. Join me and we shall have peace!"
Kah prayed to almelexia that this would convince the people around him to join him or distract them while he made an escape into the water. Casting invisibility and swimming underwater to Valenwood, and maybe doubling back and heading to Morrowind, where he was born. There were many safe places in that island.

Maikau's entire mood changed as he watched what Arnix was doing. Not a word escaped his lips, but the entire atmosphere of the alleyway seemed to change as Arnix accosted Kah.
Without word or warning, Maikau rushed forward, jumped over Zakkon, and landed right behind Arnix. His legs shot out silently toward Arnix's back. He was trying to keep Kah safe, so that Maikau would get credit for the bounty. He doubted that Arnix would see it coming, but it was only strong enough to knock Arnix down; it wouldn't do any serious damage.

Arnix put Kah down. "Well it seems my old friend that our plan worked!" Arnix turned to look at the Bosmer and Maikau when he was kicked. He wasn't concentrating hard enough. He stood up on readied his weapon and place his foot on Maikaus neck. "That was mistake number one." And he raised his axe ready to strike!

(Ya I agree with Sormani, lets wait until a later time.... but first my post)
Kah ran after the Bosmer and easily caught up to him. He would be able to swim across the river to valenwood, he could much as easily catch a short legged Bosmer. He tackled him and help a wild viperblade at his neck.
" Do you want me to kill him Arnix??" Kah shouted looking back at the writhing deathblade, millimeters from the viperblade near his neck.
( I will delete the post if he wants to put something in. But I have tackled him and am poised to kill him no matter what he posts... Unless I decide otherwise.)

Caught by a Khajit, Zakkon would almost be embarassed by this if he was truly in an trouble what-so-ever. However, as Kah turned his attention away from his prey, to ask Arnix whether he should kill the Deathblade or not, Zakkon silently cast Grace of the Forest, and The Silent Flight on himself, and after using the "writhing" to secretly hide his motive of getting his hand down to the sheathed weapon in his boot, pulled out his Daedric Shortsword, and quickly deflected and pushed away the Wild Viperblade at his throat. He lunged away from the Khajit, rolled, and landed with this feet under him, in a crouched position. Ready to strike should the Khajit make any move, he turned to survey his surroundings.
He saw the Redguard poised with his axe, ready to strike down the man from the forest who'd snuck up on him in the alleyway. Zakkon hadn't shown any outward sign of shock when the man had crept up behind him in the alley, but on the inside he was slightly angry with himself. "Shouldn't have gotten so involved in the Redguard and the Khajit, should've paid more attention to protecting my back. However, he was indeed more than just angry, he was also amused. This "Maiku" had not only told him exactly what he'd needed to know, and answered the quetion Zakkon had traveled here to discover, who wanted him dead, but also he was amused because this man thought he'd be able to kill the Deathblade. As amusing as it was however, Zakkon quickly saw that he'd be needing allies, and perhaps there was a chance that this "Maiku", being in a similar circumstance as he was, might just decide to join him in taking out not only the Khajit but the Redguard as well. Zakkon turned and lunged at the Redguard, casting Leaved Raiment as he went, Daedric Shortblade straight out in front of him to block the killing blow of the axe.
"An ally would be welcome indeed," he thought.

((So how are we going to get these people to be allies? Or are we?))
I hate it when I have to help the one I'm going to kill... The thought had gone through Maikau's head numerous times, and yet he had no choice. He was about to throw his last advantage out in the open, and he knew he had to have at least something else to useshould he get himself in a tight situation. Then an idea struck...
He turned around, firing a Sting spell at Zakkon. He knew it would likely be dodged, but that was his plan. If it wasn't, he'd have little time to cure it before it killed him. Then he jumped away from Arnix, so that he couldn't be attacked, and muttered an incantation. The command itself was short. The effect was devestating.
"Sornime firos korjen. Cleave." The spell had to be started outside the city, for Maikau knew that if any of the ones he was after knew it was coming, they'd simply dodge it. He was going to circle the wind-comprised blade around, and have it come out of one of the buildings in the alley. With any luck, they'd be turned around. He just had to divert their attention...

Zakkon saw the cloaked man turn and utter the word Sting. Zakkon quickly used the Recall spell he'd prepared for such an occasion, and returned to the forest just outside Anvil, at the location he'd Marked. He knew enough about Maikau now, that having one of his powerful tricks used at point blank range upon him, while he was two busy diving at the Redguard to dodge, would be disasterous.
He quickly got up, and started making his way along the perimeter of the trees. He was going to get back to the docks, but in a manner that was less obvious than just waltzing through town. Sure it'd take a minute or two, but he'd have the element of surprise when he got there.
At least, he hoped so anyway.

Kah watched all of this happening in a blur. The deathblade escape and disappear, the wizard say something under his breath, and he felt a strange foreboding of something dreadful. You could call it a thieves sense somewhat. He knew something bad was going to happen, and it would happen quick.
"Arnix! I think it is time we made ourselves scarce? Do you have some of those divine intervention scrolls?" That was the code for him to toss him the almsilvi intervention scrolls. It was to make the enemy start going to the wrong shrine. So that they could make a good getaway.
"If you do, give me one, and use your other! I will meet you there ."

In an act of desperation to take down the remaining two opponents, Maikau sent the blade flying. The screech it made as it flew through the air toward the alleyway was deafening. Arnix and Kah only had two or three seconds before the blade reached them and cut them through. At this speed, there would be no dodging it. Not when its appearance was so sudden.
He only hoped it would work...
