"" Switch drew back under the recesses of the bench as hands came searching and found Leo - unfortunate for the poor 'chu, but in Switch's opinion, 'better him and me.' The remaining Pikachu peered out to see what fate awaited the bandana-clad 'mon. "<-huggy one?>"
Switch eyed Emilie when her form darkened his and Patches' little hideout. At her suggestion he looked around, ears twitching; he could hear the little troublemaker, so where was.. aha.
The green-eyed 'chu waved a paw the tattooed grunt. "P'ka chu." Which meant Nyx could deal with him.
A rueful half-smile crossed Hayes' face, and the blond winced in sympathy as Nikki tried to move. "Do you want anything?" he asked. He glanced over at the doctors and nurses going past, but they were all moving with the brisk, economic movements of busy persons on missions. "They'd probably let me get you some water at least."

Seth grunted a little in response to TRP's attempt at humor, his brows furrowing a bit. His gaze then shifted to Kofuku and he narrowed his eyes a bit before looking back to TRP.
Eventually the doctor came back, looking rather frazzled but still calm and driven with purpose. She checked Seth's IV drips and the monitor that showed his vitals. "Heart rate is a bit erratic, but that's not unexpected. Let's see now.."
Her mutterings were more for Kofuku's benefit than anything else since she was still learning. The doctor frowned as she pulled back the covering over Seth's wound. The bullet had torn right through his side, leaving a gaping wound, but the bleeding had mostly stopped.
"You're a lucky b*****d," she told Seth. "Much closer and we'd be picking up your entrails." Her comments did not warrant a response. "We're going to have to stitch him up. Did you disinfect the wound, Kofuku?" she asked before barking out orders for pain killers and other things she would need.

"No. I'm fine." Nikki replied to Hayes, getting a little short with him. Again she tried to make herself comfortable and grimaced in pain. "Agh... dammit. What the hell is taking them so long?"

When the hairs on the back of Kofuku's neck went up, she glanced over at Seth to see him squinting a bit at her. Automatically, she gave him a warm smile, then went about him, checking to make sure the machines were working and that the fluids that were hooked up to him were actually being pumped in.
The color had returned to her face, and her panic had finally subsided when the doctor came back into the room. Keeping close enough to see and hear what the woman was saying, but far enough to not be in the way. As soon as she was addressed with the question, though, she froze as she thought back. Unfortunately, thanks to the panicked state she'd been in, most of it was a blur, but she was able to piece together some of the memories. "No, ma'am, but I do remember seeing one of the other nurses tending to it while the blood was being hooked up."
As soon as the orders to retrieve the painkillers and supplies came out, Kofuku moved to leave the room to go get them back; she knew where those items were, and she felt more than confident that it was something she wouldn't- no, couldn't- screw up.

Liam took this moment to barrel into his mentor... well, the one that was already standing, at least. Both went tumbling to the floor, the smaller clinging tightly to the larger.
"M-mr. Hayes! Are you o-o-ok!? Th-they told me my mento- the blonde o- oh, wait! M-m-mrs. Nikki!"
He jumped up immediately, rushing to Nikki's cot.
"Are YOU alright, Mrs. Nikki!?"

 Without a doubt, Lilith was in the most excruciating pain she had ever been in in her life. Her right shoulder and her left knee had both been shot by those damned cops, and now... now she was as good as worthless. That hijacking was so embarrassing and humiliating... She needed to keep her distance from the others agents now, especially the elites. She needed to redeem herself. How she was going to do it was still a mystery, but she would do it nonetheless. She hobbled ungracefully into the packed infirmary with Serafina and Ziazan supporting her. The Charmeleon had Lilith secured by her left arm and shoulder and the Igglybuff was inflated and floating by her right shoulder, keeping an eye on the wound. Lilith gritted her teeth and tried to push through the pain, hoping that one of the doctors would notice her soon and help her.
