Mosstar nodded toward Embergaze, "Well there has always been gatherings that brought us together in peace." Mosstar started going deep in thought about the last gathering how all those infested prey was controlled by the two massive cats. The thought shuddered inside of Mosstar, but she shook it off.

"Yes, that's true, but not so much as this," he replied. "Not one cat is arguing or fighting here. Everybody's getting along. I suppose it's because we all have one common enemy..."
[He blinked, thinking to himself. Maybe this was true. But he wished that everybody could be like this all the time. His mind wandered back to the previous gathering, and what Blackflame and Moonflower had said, and what had happened to Ravenstar...he shuddered. Mosstar shuddered as well, and he wondered if perhaps she had been thinking of the same thing.]

Mosstar understood what he meant and nodded in agreement, "Yes, I guess your right, it does get pretty intense when we are fight over all sorts of things, because when something bad happens we all come together, then when nothing happens to us we go all hostile on eacch other." Mosstar thought to herself again. "Because we dont know how much we need each other till its gone and our lives are on the line." Mosstar said mostly talking to herself.

"Actually, that's exactly what it's like," he said, sounding impressed.
[Embarrassed, he looked away, almost tripping over himself. His ears lay flat and he began to stutter, becoming shy.]
"I-I mean...I suppose that's probably why you're, ah, the leader. You always know what to think-er, say, and you keep a clear head, unlike me..."
[He blinked, trying to concentrate on where to walk. He felt awkward, and tried not to trip again.]

 Icestorm was bored. She was alert, but she was bored. She wanted to talk to someone but everyone seemed to be talking to others and it seemed rude to interrupt. she sighed. She padded onwards with the group who was now following Embergaze. She padded up to him to ask him something. "Embergaze...uh..." she noticed Mossstar was talking to him. "oh... im sorry. i didnt mean to interrupt." she said as she dipped her head in respect to the Seaclan leader.

Oh, after this journey, I must thik about her warrior ceremony. . . . It's long overdue. But she shall keep her seniority by being made a warrior before Hawkpaw. Name, name, name. . . Silverstar thought. She signaled for Thunderpaw to follow her as she drew away from the group. She encountered many questioning glances as they retreated.]
"Keep going! We can keep up, if not, we can catch up!" she called.
Once Thudnerpaw was ready, she began. "Okay Thunderpaw, what scents can you catch?" _________________________________________

"I smell..." I said, then hesitated. "I smell..."
[I wrinkled my nose.]
"It's hard to distinguish scents in unfamiliar territory," I said, marveling. "But I think I smell...some type of mouse....and tansy."
[I tilted my head, and sniffed again.]
"And...and there's water nearby."

"Come to think of it, yes, I hear the stream. Let's all stop for a bit and get a drink, perhaps hunt and rest. We have traveled a long distance. We will keep going until moonhigh after this rest."
[Silverstar veered off and bounded to the front of the group, murmuring to Mosstar and Galespirit about the water.]

Wavepelt started purring "finally, a small break, and something to eat. Oh and there's water here, that's great" it was tiring to walk so long of a distance, Wavepelt was ready to sleep for moons.
