Wavepelt smiled and bent down, getting ready to jump. "I wonder what it looks like inside, it's probably even shinier there!" He jumped up and hit the side of it on the inside, making it shake. Wavepelt saw the lid falling and jumped out too late, and only hit the side. "S-SERPENT HELP!!"
(and he's stuck in the box XD)

 __________________[Serpent jumped in fear but was not about to abandon a comrade! She bared her long fangs and unsheathed her claws letting out a hellish hisss! she tackled the box knocking Wavepelt out and it against the wall. the box continued to face her furry! when she was SURE that it was not going to get up anytime soon she relaxed. and looked over to Wavepelt.] "Serpent has never seen such a creature as this. it lures you into a false sense of security. unfortunately for it it cannot fight at all."

Wavepelt gasped when he was knocked out of the box and hit his head on the wall. He shook his head and leapt up, to see Serpeent had taken care of the beast. He padded over to her, stapping widely around the creature, and sitting next to her "T-thank you so much Serpent!"

Wavepelt shook his head "no, no, I'm fine. My head just hurts a little" he looked at the monster then looked around the room. He sighed "so, are we going to go back to the clan now, or will we finish looking around up here?"

Wavepelt nodded "well, I'm guessing that there's nothing else up here, so let's go". He kicked the box quickly and dashed down the stairs.

__________________[Serpent ran after him returning to the couch to retrive their stored food. as she dug through the couch. a door opened and 2 men walked in. Serpent darted inside the couch and remained completely still. they muttered something, looked around, and found some cat hair. one of them sat down on the couch and talked into a radio while the other one looked around.]

Waveplt saw the group walk in and dashed through the hole to outside. He sighed and smiled "glad we got away right Serpent?" When she didn't reply he turned around "S-Serpent!" He wwent over to the hole and looked inside, then ducked away as the other Twoleg walked past it. Serpent's still inside, I have to save her!

__________________the men looked in small crevices and holes, they were definitely looking for something. the one sitting on the couch showed the cat hair he found to the other and both of them muttered something in their strange, uncatlike language. neither of them looked like they were from around here. Serpent peaked throught the hole in the couch to look at Wavepelt she signaled for him to go on ahead, hoping that he would leave.]

Wavepelt went around to the front of the house, and noticed a metal bucket. He smirked this thing was always so loud when I knocked it over, it's sure to get their attention. He pushed a rake, which hi the bucket, and it hit the ground with a few mettalic cranks. He dashed back to the hole and wiglled through it about half way "Serpent, now's you chance, come on!"

__________________"[Both men dropped what they were doing and looked in the direction of the sound. one pulled out a rifle and they both went to inspect the source of the loud noise. Serpent dashed carrying the food out through the hole and continued to run until they were well into the forest! out of breath she dropped the mice and started panting, her heart racing! with frightened eyes she looked up to Wavepelt.] "Th-th-thank you so much Wavepelt. thank you so very very much!!" [she trembled.]
((very clever. they fell for it hook, line, and sinker! 3nodding ))
