For now (partly due to it being 2 in the morning over here) I'll stick with my first RPC though. I'll get him introduced to the story and then, boomf, Team Rocket's Rockin'.

Now with all seriousness, I think that we should occassionally dropping on unsuspecting RPC's and battle them. If we win as our Rocket character, we'll take their pokémon (and RP a reason how they got them back).

Like I said, RP a reason to get them back. Though I suppose a Deus Ex Machina would probably be fairer. For example, in the even of a Rocket win, Officer Jenny shows up and scares them off or something like that.
