In response to travel. I personally feel as though the wait time on travel is needed and should be ranging from 10min to a full hour depending on where you are going, subtracting time if you are from that country, and subtracting time if you have some sort of jutsu in which gives you a bonus to travel. So for example instead of having mist instantaneous body skill make you go poof to another country it could simply provide some sort of time reduction to travel. The time reduction would be very minor based on the skill level. This way a high level ninja would still be relatively faster when travelling than a low level ninja.
Also adding that there be a base minimum on travel times. Such as no matter how fast you are it still takes at least x amount to travel to y location etc.

Bit of slowness the past few days on my part sorry about that guys, I'm moving in with a friend since I got laid off and can't keep my own place up anymore.
Hopefully getting a new job within the next few months with the tsa so I can start paying rent again.
Anyways as for noclans no I haven't yet determine a benifit fitting that scales appropriately "yet".

I don't plan on doing a character (won't have the time needed to invest in one AND be able to update/run the guild), I'll probably be more focused on doing npc's to help move story along.
Ie set up events, or what have you.

I figured you wouldn't though I do believe you should still have a particular character. An NPC if you will that will come in from time to time to help progress the storyline when needed or wanted.

Compensation for lost oe's is going to be the same as others.
Auto defense sense added as a public effect will be considered as if you lost it since it's not exclusive.
Powerful though, but to get a "fully buffed" version it wont be as strong since someone could switch from say physical to mental when an auto defense is activated just so the enemy wastes chakra.
Going to edit in one limiter as well as to "how many" attacks it can stop (ie for every x you pay it can stop 1 more attack until the beggining of your next turn)

Medicate was changed so that you can now perform it in combat (though with a penalty of -100 representing the rush and distraction of being in the middle of a fight).

Nah, cause I'd rather have the static info needed as stickies, things that are updated but important as announcements and things not important as normal threads.
Besides there aren't that many threads and the OOC is posted in so often it'll be at the top 9/10 times anyways.
