Growth Prompt:
Levi is...a bit of a brute. He has done right horrid things at such a young age, and it's bound to get noticed. Has there ever been a time that he has gotten into some serious trouble over it? Moreover, what happens when Levi has no other choice but to save someone's life?

Into the Ocean: Part One
Levi was off in the deeper waters, peeking out from it, watching as Roll seemed to still be waiting for him to finally come out of the water. Fool that he was thinking that he was going to leave his realm to get yelled at for crimes that he may or may not have been a part of. There were plenty of things that he had done, things he would confess to, and other things he would happily take credit for! The most recent thing that he had been accused of wasn't his doing, it wasn't even his sort of crime! The only reason he was getting accused of it was due to his reputation. What a pain right in his scaly backside! As though he would have any sort of reason to break things at random when they belonged to someone that wasn't even prowling around in his area of the beach. He would certainly break things that belonged to interlopers on his beach, he would steal them, he would chase those people off, but he didn't leave his territory unless there was something outside of it that interested him. In fact the last time he'd left his beach and his section of the ocean was when he'd chased after that pink haired false princess.
Even just thinking about Deimos set his blood to boiling and his skin to crawling, he was still so pissed off about that entire incident. To think that he'd gone to so much trouble to capture that brat in hopes of luring out Gera only to find out that not only was Deimos not Gera's Princess but that he wasn't even a girl... his eyes narrowed on Roll before he sank under the surface of the water and out of sight once again.
He was capable of taking care of himself, he could find his own food, sleep under the water, and otherwise not leave the water unless he felt like it so if Roll wanted to hold siege against him he would show that blond haired dope who would survive longer! He was pretty certain that it would be him since Roll would need to give up and go and find himself food and water after a time. He smirked a bit to himself as he dove down, swimming toward the bottom of his domain and looked around from one side to the other. His territory was small yet but it was his, he took care of it, got rid of the trash the accursed humans left here, he kept people out that weren't welcome, and this area was his beautiful because of it. There was also plenty of various creatures around that were quite tasty, another testament to the fact that he had taken good care of his place. Once he was bigger he had a feeling that he would need more space, more creatures to feed from as well. He gave a sound in his throat a bit like a sigh as bubbles rose from his mouth toward the surface.
It was going to be a battle to clear out more area of beach and ocean to to call his own but it would all be worth it, someone like him deserved it after all. He was Leviathan, Lord of the Ocean after all. It belonged to him, it obeyed him, and the humans only seemed to abuse it in all of its glory. They didn't deserve to swim around in his water he thought darkly, he was young yet but still grouchy despite that, more so then perhaps most that he'd run into. So far most of the people he had run into were rather... perky. Almost to much so. There were a couple that stood out among the others though, Arlen of course. His General was favored above all others in his mind in a somewhat biased manner. There was that shark kid that had claimed the title of 'Captain' some time ago when the guy had come passed his part of the beach. He hadn't seen him since then but he had been interesting enough.
His musings were interrupted by the annoying buzzing sound that was the sound of a boat as it came rushing over the surface of the water and it drew his gaze to the top of the water. Damned boats... He was going to figure out how to sink those things one of these day. He wasn't sure why but there was just something about them, about boat, he just felt the desire to see them at the bottom of his realm, to drown the damn sailors that were daring to make such noise. It was an old desire, deeply ingrained in him, one that wasn't just his but something from a past before his own. It buzzed passed again and his annoyance rose making him wanting nothing more then for a wave to roll into flipped that damn thing over!
"Sink damn it!" He snapped at the boat. While there was a wave, more like the wake from the boat first few passes, and it seemed to jump violently across it there wasn't enough 'omph' behind it to really sink the thing, didn't even flip it or anything else interesting... though it would appear someone had gotten launched out the back. There was a crash sound as the person hit the surface before sinking under the water. His lips twisted into a smirk before he pushed off the bottom of the ocean floor to inspect this person that was about to be taken by the ocean.

Into the Ocean: Part Two
Leviathan swam in circles around the body that was sinking into the water and in the distance he could hear the boat slowing down, people screaming the name of this individual, and he could tell that they were trying to figure out where this person fell off. They were moving to fast it seemed that they weren't even paying any attention were they? Foolish humans, that showed you how much they even cared about this one. It would be best to leave him to drown, to let the ocean take and was him away into the depths where he wouldn't be seen again. He circled around him a couple of times, trying to figure something out about this one that seemed odd. He was... small, wasn't he?
He made a couple circles around him and it finally seemed to click in his mind, the guy wasn't a guy he was a kid... he wondered what those people were thinking letting the kid on that dangerous boat without so much as a way to... he wasn't sure, tie him down or something. Shouldn't he have been on a leash or something given his age? He thought this crossly as he followed the boy in the way that he seemed to be sinking deeper into the water and was drifting out with the current. He felt... nothing watching him being drug under and it was likely that he might have just left the kid the kid to his Fate and to the Ocean until suddenly his eyes popped open and he seemed to come to. He had been stunned from his body hitting the water but was awake now...
And the kid actually reached out toward him, making all to pathetic grasping motions at Levi of all people looking for help. He jerked back a moment before he found himself reaching out toward him, his lips curling up into a smile. This was just the thing he needed he realized, if he wanted to save himself, get himself out of trouble with Roll, and make himself look good he had to save this brat. He reached his hands out to catch hold of him and using his powerful tail he prepared the both of them up toward the surface of the water. They broke the surface and the boy set to coughing heavily as he was able to gulp in some air that he had been deprived of for a time.
The kid starred at him before giving a smile and hugged him, "I gots saved by a mermaid!" The kid said, his words causing Levi to wonder for a moment if he should have let him drown but shook his head as he rolled over so that he was on his back with the small boy on his chest before he started to do the back float, using his tail as a paddle, and moved toward the shoreline where there was Roll who was watching in wide eyed shock along with a few gawking onlookers. It was likely as big a shock that a kid nearly drown that the sea serpent that lived in these waters had fished him out and instead of eating him.
Levi shifted and pushed up on his coils when he got into the more shallow water, slithering forward toward Roll and gave a bit of a smirk as he lifted the kid up and handed him off, "There, now everyone will forget about those false charges that I broke things." He told the man, seeming to be quite pleased with himself.
Roll starred, looking as though he were about to choke on his tongue when the young, scaly creature that he was taking care of declared such a thing. Much to his annoyance it seemed to be that he was right, the people around them were cheering and the people off the boat had come in from the water, racing up to check on the boy before giving a lot of thanks and praise to Leviathan. It was far different then just a couple of hours before when they were accusing him of breaking things and stealing things... Roll lifted a hand up to rub it against is eyes, wonderful... he was never going to hear about this, accolades of Leviathan and his false heroics done only to get people off his back.
"We will talk about this later, Levi." Roll hissed at the sea dragon before he turned to the child's parents, handing him off and before he could even turn back to Levi again the boy was already retreating back into the ocean, a huge grin on his face as he escaped.

Big and Badass
Leviathan had woke up earlier then was normal for him, while it was still dark out and above the water the moon was still full and bright. He starred up at it before shifting a bit in place then slowly sat up, rubbing one hand against his forehead, "Hrm..." He felt a little off, as though he'd been sleeping forever... but he could tell it was still the same night, but for some reason despite having slept he was still quite exhausted.
All of his coils started to stretch, twitch, and strangely it felt... somewhat sore. Odd, he really hadn't done anything that should be making him sore... he hadn't gotten in any fights today, hadn't hunted for anything to terribly dangerous for his dinner last night. Geez, why was it that he was so... he trailed off and looked toward his coils, following the full length of them and he suddenly gave a choked sound, "The Hell?!" He gasped out, finding himself quite shocked as he looked at himself and rose up off the bottom of the ocean floor, eyes wide, he was... he was bigger! He'd grown bigger! This was just amazing, he was a giant sea dragon now! This size meant that he would be able to do so much more!
He was never as pleased as he was in this very moment, to be able to suddenly be a real dragon like this... he was pleased, beyond pleased he was ecstatic! He couldn't wait to show this new form and body off to... well everyone! To his idiot guardian, to his general, to anyone that came into his territory. His new body was going to be perfect when it came to chasing off foolish humans, they wouldn't dare to mess with him now that he was as big as this. He would be able to better pummel the lot of them as well, to show them who was Boss and that Boss was Leviathan! This beach was his and he wouldn't share it, now that he was this size he didn't have to again.
"I should get something to eat and then set to work showing myself off." He murmured, rolling over before he set to swimming deeper into the water to find a tasty meal.

With Arlen: Part 1
It had been a little time since Arlen had gone to look if his Lord was back in his territory from going to capture a princess and to make her knight fight his Lord. But then he hadn't been goofing off himself as during that time in playing with his siblings and working on hunting and running better. Every now and then he would go and look to see, but Levi wasn't there so he would just go home or do a little hunting before he would head home. Today he was going to see if his Lord was there now as he ran most of the way to the beach as he didn't want to talking with anyone but to get to his destination. Once Arlen got to the section of beach that was his Lords did he stop running and walked onto the beach to see if Levi was around.
Leviathan was lounging at the moment, he'd forgotten how tiring it could be to claim territory. It felt like nonstop battle at times when it came to chasing the humans out and making them understood that they were unwanted in certain areas. At the moment he was lazing at the bottom of the water in the shallows and was half dozing when he hard familiar foot steps on the ground, they were fast ones and only one person he knew could move like that. His eyes opened over, he rolled over, and he lifted up to peek out of the water to make sure before his lips turned up into a smile, "General Arlen has returned." He murmured to himself before he pushed up on his coils and started forward from the water toward his most faithful.
Arlen kicked the sand slightly as he had yet to see his Lord at least on the beach as he headed towards the water. But then he heard his name being called out and it would be only one person that would and that would be his Lord. He smiled and waved back to Levi, "Its good to see you Lord Leviathan," he answered as he walked quickly to be at his lord's side. Getting to his Levi did Arlen see that his Lord has had a growth spert when he was a way as well. "I see that you also got bigger, your Lordship," he said looking Levi over. "So how did things go?"
Levi drew his coils to him so that he could lean against them, giving a bit of a sighing sound, "It went very badly." He said, looking as though he were upset with something but he tried to shake it off. Things were going better at the moment so he didn't want to think of the new enemies that he had added to his list after the incident with that false princess, Deimos. The end of his tail twitched from side to side before he looked Arlen over, "How have you been faring?"
"Well maybe the next time it will go better," he said to try and make his Lord happy, but left it at that. Thinking for a second to the question asked. "I be doing good. Learning about different type rocks, how they are formed and which ones are of more value or practical applications. Playing with my siblings and planning on a hunt with them once they get older and bigger. But that is all that I have been doing beside coming here every now and then to see if you had come back," Arlen answered as there had been hunting and such in there as well but he thought that Levi would know that he would be doing that.
Levi listened to the words of his General, giving a smile and a nod, "Your days are sounding quite eventful, General Arlen. That you still find time to come down to the beach to check on me means a lot. Your loyalty is something that is special to me, something I appreciate more then you could ever know." He said, reaching one scaly hand out to give the raptor general a pat on the shoulder.
Listening to what his Lord was saying make Arlen proud of what he had done and he thought to what he was going to do in the future and one thing was to make his Lord happy in the best way that he could. "Thanks your Lordship. Well I do something fast as in my nature that I really cant stand in one place without feeling that I need to get moving and do something to keep my hands and mind busy." he replied as right now he was content on talk to Levi. "So is they anything that we could do today?" Arlen asked as he really didn't plan on things just to do something when it felt right to do so.
There was a nod from the water serpent as Arlen spoke of doing things quickly, keeping himself busy both in physically and mentally. He couldn't quite explain to Arlen how much he was glad to have his General, it was like having a liaison to dry land. He looked a bit thoughtful, "What should we do? That is a good question, I have been doing so much in the way of trying to expand my territory that I haven't done much else of late." He admitted, "I would like to do something a little more fun and a little less business orientated." He loved his territory, loved keeping it from getting ruined and invaded but that didn't mean he didn't have tired moments or moments when he felt he needed a break, he was young still after all.
Arlen thought for a second to figure out what they could do as he scratched the side of his face when he was in thought. Some ideas came to him and he had to discard them as they weren't what he was trying to think of as he wanted something that was just right. "Well we could always go and walk around town and see if there is anything there that will tickle our fancy and to scare others as well," he said as nothing really special came to mind and they could always buy things too as he had a little money with him that Tireu always made sure he had when he went out.
For a moment Levi looked thoughtful before giving a chuckle, heading to town for the expressed reason which was scaring people sounded as though it would be amusing, "I am sure I can leave the beach for a while." He said, giving a smile that showed many sharp teeth, "This might work out to our advantage, if they see how dangerous we are the odds that they will come to our turf to trying to mess with things is little to none." Anything to keep humans off his beach.
Smiling as it was good to see his Lord in a good mood and it would be lots of fun to scare people, has he had done it sorta with Tireu but it was an accident that Tireu had lost control over his powers to keep a sorta human form when walking around town and turned into his dragon form with a huge sneeze or do that but breath a little fire. Arlen thought it was fun to scare or watch other to being scared. "Ya! Well if people come in you can always scare them off again. As if they do then they are stupid humans anyways that don't learn from there mistakes," he said as wiggled his toes. "That is very true. Also we could find things that could be useful, like more things to keep your treasures in."
Leviathan gave a pleased sort of smile, "I just love how enthusiastic you are, General Arlen." He murmured, it always made him happy when he heard how enthusiastic he was when it came to his job. He wanted to make sure that he remained as such in the future, if so as Arlen grew he was going to be a force to be reckoned with, one that would be able to defeat any knight foolish enough to stand against him in single combat. He stretched out all over before moving forward to pull himself completely out of the water and onto the warm sands. They were going to take a walk and see what humans there were near to his territory and he would decide the level of danger they presented before deciding how the two of them should deal with the fools.
Arlen just had to smile at the compliment as it was always fun to serve his lord and there was bound that something fun was going to happen or they just have a nice chat. He so very much now wanted to grow bigger to be more impressive sight to see and make others be scared of him like his Lord does. "Well thank you, Lord Levi. It is always fun to serve you." he said was thinking about the different places that were around this part of town to try and remember to what was around, but nothing came to mind. Wiggling his toes in the sand as Levi got out of the water to were they could start to walk around. "So is there any particular direction you want to go in?"
He gave a shake of his head, "I figure we can pick a direction at random. Let's see..." He looked from side to side then snapped his fingers, pointing at a stuck that was a short distance away from where they were standing, "Grab that for me General Arlen?" He asked, figuring that they could use it to decide which way it was that the two of them were using. He was planning to have fun wherever they were going so it wasn't important.
Arlen gave a nod and when and retrieved the stick to were Levi had pointed to and came back fairly quickly back with the stick in hand. "Here you go my Lord," Arlen said as he handed it over to Levi and wondered to what he was going to do with it as he stood next to Levi watching to what he was going to do. Still thinking to what shops were in the area that his Lord would find useful and find some fun.
Leviathan took the stick from his raptor general and set it in the ground. It stood up for a moment before it tipped over to point in a random direction, "Alright, we will go that way." He said, looking quite pleased with his method of decision making in this matter. He started to slither along in that manner, "Come along, General." He was all for seeing exactly what there was in this direction which made the stick decide upon it.
Arlen thought that using the stick was a good idea to decide direction, he just might have to do that the next time he couldn't decide on what direction he wanted to go in when he went hunting and see what would happen. "Ok Lord," Arlen said as he followed Levi to see what they would find. But Arlen did think that there was a ice cream shop that was near, but not to exactly to were it was. "Lord, I just remembered that there is an ice cream shop that is near by, but I don't remember to were it is," he said as he tried to rack his brain to try and remember to were it was.
"Ice cream you say?" He asked of Arlen, sounding as though he were interested in what his General was talking about though had no idea what it might be, it was something he'd never heard of so he would need to rely on Arlen for the information, "If we are able to figure out where it is we will visit, if not we can always go on your next visit to the beach." He told his General.
"Yep, its very good. A cold sweet treat that is made with cream and sugar that is then cooled down to make a soft treat," he said as he remembered the first time that he tried ice cream and it was the best thing he had tried well at least for a sugary treat. Arlen was very excited to find that place as he knew his lord would love the treat. As they walked on in the direction of the stick, but it then it hit him as he spotted a landmark to were the shop was and Arlen got more excited. "Well I do believe that we are heading in the direction of that ice cream shop and I know that you will like it, Lord," he said with a large smile on his face.
Leviathan thought that over, what the ice cream consisted of and he had to admit that it sounded good and like nothing else he'd sampled before. Normally he stuck to meat since that was what was easy to gather in his territory. Food that lived in the water or was foolish enough to land on top of the water where it could be grabbed, or walked along the ocean floor were all things that were meant to be eaten if you asked him, "Alright, we will keep heading this way and see what we see."
"Ok," Arlen said as he was still excited as it would be an adventure. But not too long into there walk he spotted the little ice cream shop and it looked that it wasn't all that busy so all the better to try all the different flavors that were there. "I spot the shop just a head of us and not to long of a walk there. Also there are many different flavors of the ice cream and I can also see that there aren't many people around the place either," he said as the day wasn't too hot so people really didn't need something to cool down as much as they would on a very hot day.
The sea dragon seemed pleased when it would seem that finding the place turned out to be more simple then he'd assumed it would be. A part of him was worried that it might take some time and he wasn't a big fan of leaving his territory for extended periods of time since that left it open for any fool to invade were they to realize that he was missing. It wasn't something he liked the risk of but he wouldn't complain, after all as a Lord he couldn't let any weakness show, "Good, I am pleased to hear there are few people. They always bother me." Not as though he didn't bother them when it came to chasing them off 'his' beach.
The raptor gave a thoughtful nod as is Lord was happy and he wondered to what type of flavor he would like, for him he didn't have a favorite he loved them all. "Ah well if you do come back here don't come on a very hot day as there will be many, many people here. Mostly a good day to come here when there isn't many people is on a cooler day like today," he said just in case Levi wanted to return. At the shop Arlen goes up to the door and holds it open for his Lord. "After you, my Lord," he said waiting for Levi to head inside before going in himself.
Levi slithered through the door that was opened up, drawing in all of his coils with him before he looked around. It was a lot colder in this building then he would like he thought to himself, it smelled good in here though, like a whole lot of sweets that he wanted to get his scaly hands on. It was very, very rarely that he got sweets but this would be one of those times and he was going to be put into the best of moods by that! The end of his tail was already wagging behind him as he got close enough to the counter to look at the various ice cream tubes.

With Arlen: Part 2
Once Levi was inside the shop, Arlen let go of the door and walked over to his Lord's side. Arlen was a very big fan of sweets as he did have to fight over them as all in the household loved them, so he had gotten use to hided any treats he brought home. Looking inside the counter to decide on what flavor that he wanted as there was lots there. "Lord if you want to try any of the flavors all you have to do is say you want to try the flavor you want to," Arlen said as he still looking over all the different types they had.
Levi's tail was swishing that much more, "There appear to be many delicious flavors." He murmured, inspecting them closely, and seemed to be struggling with deciding which of the many flavors he wanted. It was hard to decide! He gave a hissing sound in his throat as though he were being threatened with a most horrible decision before finally pointing at a flavor that was chocolate with peanut butter cups in it, "I believe that is the one I want." He said then motioned at the woman behind the counter, "Ice Cream wench, fetch that one for me." He said, giving her a look that seemed to make her think twice about arguing with him despite his rudeness.
"Oh yes there is, but you can always come back to try the other flavors," he said he did finally did decide on the one he wanted, a black licorice flavored one. "I would like that one," he said as he pointed to the black colored ice cream as he just smiled at what his lord said to the lady. Walking over to another lady that was in the shop he payed for the ice cream and with a small tip too for very tasty ice cream. Once he got his ice cream he started to lick it as it tasted so good. "We will have to do this again some other time, Lord,"
The dragon lord reached out to take his ice cream from the woman and was instantly gulping it down, the end of his tail wagging as he did, "Your right, this is a rather good place to visit when we are away from my territory." He agreed, quite pleased with how the day had gone thus far. He had his treat finished in a snap and was considering getting more given he was a very large creature and had a very large belly as a result.
Arlen just beamed as he was very happy that his Lord was pleased with the ice cream and he would keep it in mind when ever they were near to visit and have some ice cream. "Also next time we will try the different ways they can prepare the ice cream. As there are many ways for it to be put together," Arlen said as he quickly finished off his ice cream as it had hit the spot. "Well we better be off before stupid people decide they want to go on your territory and we can plan the next trip as Tireu always take me for some kind of treat after a hunt," he suggested.
"Yes, we should be getting back." He agreed, making a mental note that when he got strong enough to spread his territory further he would need to swallow this place up into his territory so they could have ice cream whenever they wanted it. He grinned a bit as he slithered along with Arlen, abandoning the ice cream shop for now, "Yes, let us plan our next move." He murmured, seeming thoughtful, "I have been thinking of taking more territory now that I am bigger." He told Arlen with a toothy smile, "Bigger dragon, bigger territory since I need more to fill my stomach."
Arlen just smiled as he followed his Lord out of the shop as he was thinking on things as one thought he was thinking as he got older and larger he would leave Tireu to have a place of his own and maybe somewhere near to his Lords territory. But that would take lots of planning and preparation to do so. "Sounds like fun Lord. Maybe you could create a sign or something to mark your territory to tell others that what you have claimed is yours. That is very true and you could see if you could get other in your army to patrol your territory for you to even have a much larger one that you yourself could control," he said "Also you could have people that want to use your territory to pay you homage to use it," he suggested as he walk with Levi back to his territory.
Each idea was filed away for later use while the sea dragon nodded, "Those are useful suggestions, General Arlen. Ones that I will need to consider putting into place." He looked quite delighted over the idea of having people patrolling his territory. He would need to find someone trustworthy to do just that but he was sure he would figure it out. First and foremost though the signs he decided, those were the most important thing that he was almost certain would keep people away. Beware of Dragon he thought to himself before chuckling, "I think that is a grand idea, I will work on the signs very soon."
"Thank you my Lord Levi," he said as he smiled and bowed as he was very happy Levi like the ideas that he suggested. "Very good, if you need help with anything I will be willing to help you," he said to his Lord as he was just having fun just being with his Lord.
Levi nodded, "If I require assistance you will be the first I contact since you are my General." He said, as his General the Raptor was his most trusted man, the one he spent the most time plotting with, and the one that knew the most, "Ahhh, it feels like we were gone forever." He murmured as they returned to the beach, looked it over, and then nodded in a pleased manner. His attention turned to Arlen as they went from walking on the grass to the sand and he seemed pleased with the change, liking the feel of the sand better as it had a lot more give under his weight.
The raptor smiled and nodded to his Lord. "It would be an honor," he said. "Yes the sand is very nice and warm too," Arlen said as he did like the sand to bask on but for running at his top speeds it was hard and more staple ground for running. But then he thought sand did have its uses for thrown in others eyes could temporally blind and then could get the kill or win a fight. Arlen keeping his eyes on his Lord as they walk as it would be good just to relax before heading home.
As they reached the edge of the beach where the water reached Levi's coils shifted and spread out in the sand so that he could lay down on the warm beach, arms folding behind his head, and his exotic colored eyes closed, "Are you staying for a time, General Arlen? Or are you needed elsewhere?" He asked of him, wondering if he were meaning to leave now that he'd seen Leviathan to his territory.
Arlen smiled warmly at his lord as he did need a rest away from those at his home at it can be tiring at times. "I will be staying for a time if it is alright with you, Lord Leviathan," he said as he sat down near Levi soaking in the warm sun.

Scribbles in the Sand I wonder if its a bad thing for someone like to me play favorites, likely not since I am after all the Lord of the Sea, what I favor should be important to those around me. To give me what I want so that I don't rain down doom upon the heads of all of the fools out there that wish to oppose me. Or so I believe... now where was I? Oh yes, favoritism wasn't it? Yes, well I do favor some thins above others. Like I favor my General over the random people on the street, I favor the ocean to the land, and of late I am starting to favor the Deer Princess above all other princesses and false princesses I have met thus far. Not that I would admit to such a thing out loud mind you. If there were someone out there listening in they might take my Princess and use her against me, something that I will not have! She is mine and mine alone, there will be no sharing... though I suppose I will have to share with people like her friends and relatives but that is something different entirely to having to share her with say a knight. I would murder the fool first! Luckily for me there hasn't been a knight around for some time come to bother me, I find myself wondering if they, like the normal humans, have heard of how dangerous and powerful I am? Perhaps they are all afraid of me and are keeping their distance, how wonderful would that be? Wonderful but I suppose a touch dull at the same time, how will I hone my skills if no knights come around to start s**t with me? I suppose that I will have to continue to hunt more and more dangerous, and delicious, animals that live in the sea to keep myself from getting rusty. Best to keep my skills honed so that I am ready for anything! ~ Leviathan

How Much is that Jewel in the Window?
There was very little that drew Leviathan out of the water very long aside from pouncing on princesses, hunting for food that lived on the land, and meetings with General Arlen. Aside from that he mostly preferred to stay within the sun warmed waters of 'his' beach or the river that was nearby, all depending on what his plans for that particular day were. The only reason he was where he was currently was for the amusement of his worthless Guardian as he found he could still use the guy from time to time so he was going to keep him around. For now at least, the moment he ran out of uses he would be sure to drown the blond. That wasn't now though, sadly... not that he had anywhere to drown the fool at the moment since they were in the middle of a miserable, waterless city.
"Why in the name of the depths are we here again?" He asked, giving a hiss at a random child that dared to get to close to him, not liking the idea of being touched by some brat with sticky hands when he had no use for them. Much to his delight the child burst into tears and raced after its parent for affection and protection. Leviathan smirked despite the look that he was getting from Roll who seemed as though he weren't in anyway amused by the fact that his son was torturing little kids.
"I have a prospective job, something that will give me a couple days of work and I thought you come along, help out and get some spending cash of your own." He said. Roll was, if nothing else, good as securing jobs that would only last a short amount of time, pay in cash, and ask no questions about things like his place of residence.
Leviathan's tail lashed, thumping against the ground, he barred his teeth, and he growled low in his throat, "Thrice damned fool! Do you think that someone like me, The Lord of the Ocean, needs some damn job that pays so little?" He asked, arms crossing over his chest, "I have enough money that I can take care of myself just fine! Before you even think to ask, no, no you can't have any of it. Go to your job! Worthless human, you make me want to shake you!"
Roll waited until he was done with his rant, used to them by now, chuckled and nodded, "Fine, I didn't think you would be interested but I figured that you would want to have at least the offer or else you would end up bitching about how I never tell you anything that is going on." There was no winning with Levi, he'd learned that a lot time ago and that the best way to deal with him was to agree, nod, and then ignore him when he threw his fits and made his villain like speeches, "Do you want to meet somewhere? If you want to hang out in the park there is a water par that is set up for the kids that you can hang out in if you want to keep wet, just try not to eat anyone, alright?"
"No promises if they try touching with those disgusting hands that they all seem to have." He said, turning around on his tail and slithered off in an arbitrary direction, grumbling and hissing about he could in his ocean hunting for treasure and tasty treats instead of cooking on a side walk like he were so much baked fish!
Roll watched him go, rolled his eyes, then turned to head in the opposite direction so that he could hurry toward where the job was waiting for him.
Leviathan looked over his shoulder, grumbled about stupid people and how they seriously needed to have common sense shaken into them and then he was casually looking around as he slithered along and found the area... strangely familiar. It felt almost as though he'd been around here before though he knew that he'd never been to this part of Durem before. He looked around, grumbled, lashed his tail, and otherwise seemed to be in a foul mood until something caught his attention from the corner of his eye. The blue sea dragon jerked his head to the side and then the rest of him followed, rushing forward to look through the glass at the most beautiful trinket he'd ever seen in his life. At first glance he knew instantly that it was real and it was rare, rare enough that the dragon in him started to drool. He had to have it!
Of course the moment he thought about it he realized because of that fool not telling him where they were going he had no money with him... this would require something special he thought to himself. What he lacked in sneakiness and finesse he made up for in brute strength and intimidation! Those were going to have to work for him quite well here and now...

Free is the Price For Me!
Leviathan wasn't sure how long he'd been stuck to the glass of the shop, starring at the item that he felt the need to have, something that was calling out to him to the point that it was making him want to just take it. A voice inside of him asked what was stopping him, squinting through the window he didn't see a show owner in sight, it meant that really all he had to do was open the door, slither inside, grab it, then back out. He found himself trying to judge the distance between the door and the display case, he was pretty well certain that if he reached in and grabbed it some of his coils would still be holding the door open. It was a good idea... the door would close only after he was gone and nobody would be the wiser!
The end of his tail was swishing from side to side, his wing like fins were fluttering rapidly, and he was grinning like a Cheshire cat. He could do this, "Do it, don't let some silly human rules hold you back. You are the Lord of the Ocean, your a Dragon! Your above all of these foolishes pieces of pink meat." He told himself, giving himself a pep talk as though he were getting ready to go into a battle instead of what he was doing. He drew in a deep breath and then moved. He was slithering forward at a pace that was, for him, quite quick when normally he wouldn't bother with moving as fast as this on the land. The end of his tail held the door open, his hand reached out, and he grabbed hold of the beautiful item with the three gems in it that reminded him the deep blue waters of his ocean. The moment his scaly hand closed around it it just felt... right. He grinned and then he was retreating, back out the door with his stolen goods in his hand.
There was a rather cheerful 'ding' sound when the door closed after him but he was already outside, inspecting the glittering object, seeming to be bedazzled by it, "Heh, that was easier then expected. Nothing is to difficult for me." He said, grinning to show many sharp teeth before he was racing off as fast as his coils could carry him. It wasn't as though he weren't the most obviously thing on the block which meant putting as much distance between him and the scene of his crime as possible. Levi slipped into the shadows of an alleyway so that he could hide himself in the darkness and seemed to be waiting, for sirens, for police officers who already didn't like him, or for some crazed shop owner to come after him with a baseball bat and yet there was... nothing? It didn't see that the shop was very well protected, was it? There was a sighing sound from the dragon "That was almost a disappointment." He muttered, he would love talk puff up and go on and one about how weak and pathetic humans were but this was bad even for them.
"Oh well, its mine now regardless how horrible their security team is." He said, giving a nod to himself before he set to inspecting the gem more closely, seeming to be appraising it, trying to figure out how much it might be worth but he couldn't seem to figure out. He rarely had a hard time pricing an object and when he did it was one of those things that was going to be called 'priceless' by anyone he tried to sell it to. He'd learned that he tried to sell off something else that he'd found swimming his territory in the ocean. Priceless was a rather useless price if you asked him.
"Alright, now what to do." He murmured, the end of his tail lashing now. He wanted to head back to his back so that he would be able to hide the jewel away where it would be safe but he knew that he wouldn't be able to do that when that fool Roll was still here. The guy would end up wandering around the park all day and night trying to find him since he was dumb enough to think that he actually wanted to visit a hot city like this one. What he was going to do was get to the park, curl up under the water features that Roll had mentioned earlier, and he would stay there nice and cool until Roll was done with his foolish work and they were able to go home.

Claimed in the Name of the Lord of the Ocean
It was far to long a slither from the scene of his crime and the park that he was supposed to go to. It was to hot, to dry, and he wanted nothing more then to find the water park that his idiot of a guardian had been talking about so that he could go and take it over. He was hot, hot, hot! He moved off the concrete to the grass finding it to be far better then moving on the over heated stone and then looked around as he went. He heard it first, the wonderful sound of flowing water though there was also the sound of squealing, giggling brats... but he shoved that aside. He would deal with some brats to get his hands on what it was that he wanted to have all to himself.
He barred his many sharp teeth, hissed, and flared his wing like fins as he got close and much to his complete and utter joy children and parents alike scattered likes in a hurricane allowing him to move under the spray of one of the fountains and he flopped down where the water was falling, drawing in all of his coils and arranged them so that he could get the most exposure possible to the cold, refreshing water. He stretched his arms out over his head, one of them closed tightly around the gem, and his eyes sank closed as he soaked up the water as well as the horrified whispers from the crowd around him tat were to freaked out to get any closer to him then they were which leave a nice five yards on all sides between him and any of the snot nosed little brats that had been playing around in the water before he claimed it as how own.
He was soon peacefully dozing, very lightly mind you as he didn't want to risk anyone stealing what was his or coming close enough to him to touch him. He would bite their hands if they even tried he thought to himself, the end of his tail thumping against the ground in an aggressive manner as though he were warning those around him without words that they needed stay way back or else there would be Hell to pay.
The sea dragon settled into a nice, comfortable position where he was able to soak up the sun, be cooled by the water, and feel a nice breeze as well. He was a contented Lord of the Ocean and he had to admit that were he to come back to this park that this would be the place that he would go... though he could only hope that he was never stuck going back here. The place wasn't bad but it wasn't his ocean, wasn't his territory, it was anyone close to either of those actually. While it was a place that he would love to permanently claim as his own he decided that it was to far away from his own space to do something like that. If his place was closer yes, but since he had to take a horrible, overcrowded, and smelly bus to even get to place.
This was a temporary bit of territory, one he would make use of while he was staying in the area but once he was done with it those little brats could have it back... he supposed.
As he dozed the item in his hand, a golden item that was set with three good sized blue sapphires, was glittering in the sun bright, reflecting the light in all directions. It really was a beautiful item and it made it almost understandable why Leviathan would go out of his way to steal it without thinking over what could end up happening in the end. The gem was his now and possession was nine tenths of the law which meant that if the shop owner didn't notice that it had gone missing by now then he couldn't care less about the person and his or her feelings later on...

Waking up with a Servant
The moment that he woke up he knew that something was wrong, the gem that he had been holding in his hand felt like lead and it felt as though its worth was the same as that of a rock that one found on the ground. His exotic eyes slid open so that he could turn his attention to the trinket that... looked the same but somehow not, it seemed lifeless and heavy in his hand, one glance and he knew instantly that it was worthless... it had been a rich and beautiful item before, gold and sapphires. How had the worth plummeted into nothingness during his nap? The answer was sitting not to far away, soaking up the water from one of the sprinklers. He wasn't sure how but instantly he knew that... that... fish was the cause. He starred for a moment before he set to gathering himself up, sitting up, and he starred at the pink and teal being before him.
Leviathan was displeased for only a moment before he got to thinking on what this might mean. Once upon a time ago Roll had showed him a scale that seemed to hold the same, dull and lifeless look that the trinket in his hand did. It was dull and ugly, just the same and he said it was an item given to him that Leviathan had sprung forth from. He hadn't believed him since it sounded like drivel to him but now... now he seemed to not only believe but had experienced it himself. So this kid before him had been born from the item that he'd stolen from that junk shop? The end of his tail set to swishing before he slithered over over to him, reaching a hand out, and grabbed hold of the boy by his chin, looking him over, "I think you will make a fair enough servant, little Guppy." He said, nodding in delight. This was what he needed, someone to do various chores around his territory, to clean up the beach, patrol the shore, and chase off unwanted humans.
"Your rather small aren't you?" He sighed, that was a problem but it wasn't one that couldn't be overcome, "It doesn't matter, small or not I think you will be able to go about your chores quite well."
The fish boy, actually of a race called Zora, starred up at the long, serpentine dragon that had hold of him, and he could only nod as he was assigned the title of 'servant' the nickname of 'Guppy' and the insult of being 'rather small' all in a short amount of time. He didn't fight the hold that the much larger male had on him feeling that it would be rather foolish of him to even consider such a thing. Instead he pushed up onto his fin like feet so that he could at least attempt to look a little bit bigger though standing next the one that was tower over him he felt as small as this one had told him he was...
"I... who... are you?" He dared to ask.
"Who? Sheesh, what a useless sort of servant you are. I am Leviathan, Lord of the Ocean of course! Fool..." He gave a roll of his eyes then released his hold on him, "Not as though its your fault for not knowing though, you seem a rather simple creature the way that your starring so dumbly at me."
The Zora opened his mouth and seemed very much like a fish out of water before slowly he closed it once more, taken aback by his speech as well as the way he was insulting him so easily, "Ahhh..."
"Don't bother thinking to hard on it, Sharkbait, from this day forward your going to be serving me and the others of my army as our servant. You needn't worry about thinking since I will be doing all your thinking for you." He shifted his coils so that he could lounge back as though they were a throne as well as a part of him. He was sure that this venture was going to be a great one, this boy was going to be quite useful he could tell already. His inability to fight back seemed to make him that much more interesting if you asked the Sea Lord. He was, needless to say, pleased.
The Zora, dubbed Guppy, Servant, and Sharkbait thus far wasn't nearly as pleased... instead he felt something akin to dread filling his belly.
