I just thought of like Sailor Gaia as in the lady from Captain Planet? But I think it would be hard because people are probably already named Sailor Earth, Fire, Wind & water....

What about a sailor senshi based on a word, it would hold some mysteriousness to it.
Latin ;D
like
Sailor Contineo : hold together, keep together, connect, join. So a Soldier of Unity
Sailor Evoco : to draw out, draw on, produce, recall to the colors.
Sailor Jinx: Change fortune, power to change the outcome in a battle
Sailor Impetus : attack, onset, rapid motion / impulse, passion, force.
Sailor uh....light?
