Lyndon squeezed Qiuyue's hand slightly. He loved the feeling of her lips on his. That was my first kiss! He blushed a little, IT was fantastic. He focused more as the reentered the colder part of the cave. The cold wind nipped at his bare skin casing him to shiver a little. The fire which once had been ablaze with life was slowly burning out. "I think I should take you home." He looked at her and panicked "But I-I'm not trying to get rid of you or anything!" He he stumbled over his words, I just don't want someone worrying about you." Just shut your stupid mouth! He stopped his rambling and stared at Qiuyue, suddenly overcome with the impulse to kiss her. "U-um... May I..." his voice tailed off. Lyndon stared deeply into her eyes and held her chin firmly, but gently, claiming her lips for yet another sweet kiss.
He pulled away, blushing madly. He released her hand and moved over to the fire. "I-I'll put the fire out." He swept a pile of snow onto the fire, liting it fizzel out. He then rejoined her, leaving the net of frozen fish behind. Lyndon smiled shyly as he ran a hand along his arm. "Shall we go?" He held his hand out for her to grab.

Quiyue's eyes widened with surprise as Lyndon stole a kiss from her. Her eyes slowly closed and she indulged in the feeling of safety and comfort she felt here with Lyndon. He pulled away and she frowned a little. This had been on of the greatest days of her life and now... Now she had to go home. There was no doubt that Jackie was worrying about her like a mother hen. She could see her brother now, pacing the floor and pulling out his hair, wondering where she was. Yue grimaced. She didn't want to go back home now! Not when there was so much more that could be done! But still, she thought to herself, I need to go home eventually. Who knows how long we've been alone? It's probably sunset by now...
Qiuyue watched as Lyndon hastily put out the remains of the fire and she bit her lip. When would she see Lyndon again? When would they be together again? And what if they didn't see each other again at all? The thoughts whizzed through Yue's head and began to drive her crazy. She began to walk towards Lyndon and paused near him. "Lynd'n? Wh-... Wh'n will we see each 'th'r 'gain? I don'... I don'..." The thoughts were like an angry hornet's nest in Yue's mind and she silenced them by throwing herself around Lyndon, planting her lips on his for yet another kiss. She stayed locked there with her arms around him until she pulled away little by little. There were tears in her eyes. "I don' wanna h've t' be wit'ou' you."

Lyndon held her face and gently wiped the tears from her eyes. "Don't cry." He said quietly as he stared into Qiuyue's eyes. "We will see each other again." He whispered in her ear sweetly, "As long as there is a breath in my body, I will see you." He pulled her in close and tried his best to soothe her, running his fingers through her hair. He once again captured her lips with his, wishing that this kiss could last forever. But she had to get back, there was probably someone waiting for her. With a sad sigh, he pulled away and squeezed her hands lightly. "I'll walk with you."
Lyndon walked her as far as she needed to go, and stopped her before she was able to leave. He hugged her and kissed her forehead. "Don't worry, I'll see you soon." He smiled at her, once again caressing her face. I don't want to leave... But I have to. He retained his smile as he walked off into the woods. The sun was slowly setting on the horizon. This has really been the best day ever. He chuckled and made his way back to the cave. Shivering slightly because Qiuyue still had his jacket. All the more reason to see her again. He smile, seemingly satisfied with himself.
