Zaine93 I thought that test one was the skelly XD It was, but that doesn't mean it is available yet. Bulletproof Duff What about the summoning technique? From the series there are multiple animals and some japanese lore that can be summoned (if you have been keeping up with the manga) should the crew regulate the pirits that can be summoned, so no one tries to summon insane things like clucky the giant chicken. That is one of the things that the crew is going to be addressing.

That is one of the things that the crew is going to be addressing. people can only summon one type of animal, but I personally think summons should be limited to one per ninja. I'm thinkingEarth/water and using Kimimaru's KG or the mokuton with a Jonin if allowed.

I'm warning people now:
Certain KGs are only useable in ONE village.
EX- Mokuton in Leaf, Sand control in Sand, Ice in Mist, etc.,

The_Epic_Muffin I'm filling out that profile at the moment. If all else fails, I'm going to shoot for being a Jonin in the Lightning Country. I still don't understand how you can be filling out the profile when I haven't set guidelines of what you can start with, yet...

With the completed profile, I have a combination of 9 water jutsu, 6 lightning jutsu, and 1 non elemental jutsu that could be considered offensive jutsu. No bloodline techniques, just a katana that can concentrate lightning chakra, and fire them in a concentrated bolt from the tip.
I have a recommendation for the ranking system:
Kages/Organization leaders: 25 jutsu.
Higher Jonin/ANBU/other organization members: 20 jutsu.
Regular Jonin: 15 Jutsu.
Chuunin: 10 jutsu.
Genin: 5 jutsu.
I don't know if that would work or not....it keeps a cap on how much people can know until they learn it.
Then you could start putting limits on how many jutsu they could learn in a month, and stuff like that, to balance things so that people don't get too powerful too quickly.

The Jutsu is going to be in a system more like this:
((There are no "E Level Jutsu" that are actually worth taking your time to learn, so for all ranks, you have unlimited E Ranked Jutsu))
((If a Rank isn't shown, aside from E, assume that you cannot learn any of that level at that rank.))
Genin:
D: 6
C: 3
Chuunin:
D: 12
C: 6
B:2
Jounin/ANBU/Oinin: (2nd Chakra Nature Unlocked)
D: Unlim.
C: 12
B: 5
A:2
Sannin:
D: Unlim
C: Unlim
B: 10
A: 4
S: 1
Kage:
All Unlimited except for S, which is naturally limited by a lack of a large amount of S ranked Jutsu.
The final amounts may be changed, but i think this is pretty fair.
To comment on the speed of learning:
People will be able to learn Jutsu as fast as they want, provided they go about it through the way that the crew will be developing.Katsurou Rikujin

Would anybody have a problem if I made a custom ninjutsu?
There are no A-Ranked Fire Techniques, so I was planning on making a VERY weakened version of Amaterasu that could be extinguished through normal means.
