you cant play calger in a 1500 point game it has to be at least 2500 points game
...you can have him in a 1500 point army...
look it up

I second that. The point value must be 1,500 or greater. Not 2,500.

okies so i got another question here goes.

Can normal space marine sargeant with 1 wound have artificer armour at 20 points?

also you can have 6 characters on the field

1.its possible that you can have a sargent with artificer armor at 20pt if you have gotten treminator honers for him

2.no it is not possible

1. was answerd correctly.

2. is incorrect, a sergeant, captain or any command brethren are considerd a character. Models like lysander and Calgar are special characters and have a limit.

I answerd this on the revious page in full detail.

Say how much would it be to buy a standard box of space marine models and paint? (Note: I'm new to Warhammer 40K, I've only played the pc games and thats all so I don't know much about the table top game.)

Well the best way to start off by Games WOrkshop terms is to by the Battle for Macragge box set. While not the best models in the world you get one tactical squad of Ultramarines and a few squads of Nids. It also comes with a mini rule book, rulers, dice, and terrain. At a price of only 45 bucks it cheap too. For warhammer stuff

It's a great deal, I bought two of them a few month apart, just to have the extra nids and Marines. 3nodding

Everyone is when they start out, you are more like a newb big difference.

But the land raider is 50 bucks, but a powerful tank. With 14 armor running all around, very easy to place.

The Grey Knights are...(this is a very basic description)...space marines dedicated to killing Deamons...so they are pimped out with bigger stuff...

Adding to that, Greyknights are also charged with dealing with "unpure" Marine Chapters. Meaning the GreyKnights have been known to whipe out other chapter of marines entirely or atleast to the brink. Lotta skellys in there closet but they are the coolest looking out of every chapter. 3nodding
