She sits in her corner
Singing herself to sleep
Wrapped in all of the promises
That no one seems to keep
She no longer cries to herself
No tears left to wash away
Just diaries of empty pages
Feelings gone astray
But she will sing

When he was finished preparing the room, he opened the eyes he'd closed to help him in focusing on the room's appearance and spoke. "There, all done and connected... You can open the door now, Mira-kun." He said, seeming to realize the other's hesitation to risk opening the door before it was all set up and connected. Not that anything bad would happen..
As in this anime, should a door open with no connection to another room, it would merely appear as an empty space, and a connection could not be made if the door were open, so he would need to close it once more so Kaitou could create the connection between the mirrors/rooms.
When everything was done and Mira was now within the room made in the mirror-necklace, Kaitou placed the necklace around his neck and, picking up his jacket, left the house and locked the door behind himself. He'd picked up the paper with the location written down and had placed it in his pocket, but pulled it out once outside to look at it once more. The place was somewhat close to where he currently was, the likely reason why they called him, and so he took off (walking at a non-hurried pace of course) in the direction in which the paper indicated as his destination.

Till everything burns
While everyone screams
Burning in their lies
Burning my dreams
All of this hate
And all of this pain
I'll burn it all down
As my anger reigns
Till everything burns
