Xmas was knocked out of it. He laid warm-fully next to Holly.
He dreamed of them running around in the snow, watching fireworks. Holly standing beautifully waiting for him to catch up. Snow covering some of her patterns as she left deep paw prints in the snow. The weather being nice and late. Xmas was looking at a weird rock then debated rather or not if something was under it. He peered under where something shiny lay.

Some how their dreams joined and now Holly was having the same dream as Xmas. In their dream, Holly comes up to Xmas as he looks underneath the large rock. The fireworks were still going off and the snow began to fall again. She then took a clump of snow and through it playfully at Xmas, laughing and running at the same time.

In his dream he blushed and chased after her. He was pretty slow in the snow. Yet he caught her anyways. She was glomped. He grinned playfully and held her down by laying on her across her back. Xmas laughed pretty hard. He was blushing to. "You're it!"

She laughed and then crawled out from under him and tackled him with more snow and ran onto a lake frozen solid. Unfortuantely she began to hear cracking and the lake began to break apart with her on a piece of ice and surround by freezing water. She began to panic.
Holly called out to Xmas for help.

Xmas panicked then ran to the edge of the ice and water. He quickly jumped in and pushed the ice she was on back towards the shore. Shivering, he slowly got out of the water, soaked to the bone of water. Xmas coughed then shivered more. At least he saved her.

Holly feeling better that she back on land grabbed Xmas and took him to a nearby cave and made him lay on a bed of leaves while she lay next to him trying to warm him up with her own bodily warmth. She made a small fire and hoped that it would be enough to warm him up. He didn't seem to respond and felt terrible about what happend and what she caused him to do.
Very softly she began to cry. Trying very hard not to disturb him as she did so.

Xmas shook water off his tail by the fire. "Shhh... it's okay, and thank you." He tried to coo her to calm down. Xmas blushed at her laying next to him. He put his head under hers and sighed. He was getting quite warm. Soon enough he was good as new. Xmas licked Holly's face and tears then smiled. "I'm just fine."

Just then Holly awoke from the dream and she noticed that she had actually been crying and blushed as she remembered the dream. She began to wipe her tears and try to stifle her sobs so she did not wake up Xmas.

Xmas woke up anyways and licked her face. "You okay?" He blushed looking into her eyes lightly. Maybe they had the same dream. That would be odd. Really odd. They just met though. Of course he'd do it all over again just to save her.

"I'm sorry to have woken you up"
"You see I had this dream....." (She then continues to tell him about the dream they had shared)
She blushed and nuzzled her head.

Xmas was pretty shocked that he was right. "It's alright, and I had the same dream. That's pretty freaky." he nuzzled her and licked the tears.

Xmas kissed her cheek again but for a little longer. He blushed too. Crushes couldn't be controlled.
