Another troubling question to fans...
You know those short-like-thing that lucario wears,is it a part of him or is it like a pair of shorts he/she can take off and on?Think about a lucario wearing human clothes,for the bottoms do you think it will be the short-like-thing,a part of jean,or jeans over the short-like-thing.I wasn't thinking about this till I was drawing the bottom half of a lucario wearing human clothes.

I have an answer to that. See, Lucario is a Pokemon that basically can live in almost any environment, and is skilled more than any human in martial arts. Those "short-like-things" are still his legs. They're his thigh muscles. Lucario has thick, powerful, solid thigh muscles, that's why he can jump so high, as well as dole out bone breaking kicks. As for human shorts...  I believe this explains it. Sort of.
