[OOC: Sta was a preexisting character for me. Preexisting = backstory so hahaha! The only thing is she's kinda mary-sue-ish because I made her when I was like 14. xD
Bappy must have had a family though and friends and stuff. Unless he's a clone or something. ARE YOU A CLONE BAPPY DEAR?]

"It's not enough to know your limits.. She has never liked the company of others. Not that much at least. But before she heads over to the battlegrounds there is one person she must see first.
He might get angry.. But.. this is my choice..
She always goes to see him once in a while, it's the only kind of gratitude he would allow her to make. And she doesn't mind. He is the only person whose presence she can tolerate.. No, his is the only presence she enjoys.
I'll never say that to his face, he's stuck up enough as it is.
A smile creeps onto her face as she remembers their playful spats and arguments. And after a while a blush forms on her cheeks as well and she pulls up her scarf to hide it. It's as if they're time together makes up for the years she cannot remember. The visits have been short these past months, she can only manage at the most once a month.
But Odin likes it that way. And she worries that if she spent more time there it would make his presence as unbearable as other people's. And now, joining the War would mean less time for her to visit, unless he'd like to join her. But that was out of the question. She would not endanger him by allowing him to protect her this time. It's happened before, but she will not let her weakness hurt him again.
She hastens her step as the anticipation arises in her. She is excited to see him and at the same time worried he might disapprove with her choice. As she nears his house the need to see him overshadows her anxiety. But as she walks up to the door she makes a wish at the back of her mind, asking all the gods to not let this War make this the last time she'll see him.

"It's not enough to know your limits.. Odin reaches inside her coat and pulls out a key. The doorknob is icy in her hands as she places the key in the whole and turns it. The door cracks open and the warmth of the dwelling creep up her face and she tugs at her scarf. This time the color on her face is genuinely because of the temperature.
A crackling fire is the first sound she that reaches her ears. Lightly, the door clicks to a close. She takes a tentative step forward, as if she has never been in the house before. But what makes her move forward is the nearly silent and familiar sneeze from the other room.
Odin all but sprints down the hallway and into the living area where she is faced with nothing.
No one is there but the fireplace and the half-touched cup of coffee on the table next to an armchair.
Her heart nearly sinks and then someone grabs her from behind and wraps her in their warm embrace. She can feel that someone bury their face in her hair and the color returns to her face stronger than before. The hands are familiar and so is the touch.
Odin relaxes for a moment and then heaves a sigh.
"Hey, what's wrong with you!?" she cries and pulls the hands off her waist.
The young man behind her laughs and steps back.
"Is that how you greet me after another month? Really, where did I go wrong in raising you?" he smiled gently. He was barely a year older than her but the way he acted was far more mature.
Odin crossed her arms on her chest. "Raised me? More like trained me to do chores."
He laughed again and this time he grabbed her wrist and pulled her in another hug, burying his face in her long red hair again.
"What have you been getting yourself into?" he said quietly and no one but Odin could have made out the twinge of concern that laced his voice.
She sighed and returned the gesture, she couldn't say she didn't miss the concern.
"What would you like to hear first, Joshua?"

 Bushes are not comfortable. Sure, theoretically they are much better than landing on the hard ground, but none of those theories took into account how many little twigs comprised a single bush, let alone a cluster of them. Feline groaned as she carefully sat up from inside the cocoon of twigs and leaves that had greeted her eyes when she woke from disturbing dreams of being torn apart and put back together again. Where am I? she thought groggily, wincing as various twigs gouged into her skin leaving small lines of red all about her person. The scene that met her eyes when she cleared the top of the bush was not what she had expected to see. The battlefield that spread out before her was defiantly not the high cliffs of Verath she had expected to see. In fact not only were they not the cliffs of her beloved city, but the creatures that were fighting on the field were not like any she had ever seen before either.
