Her mother told her the origins of her kekkei genkai and why there last name is different. Her ancestors where getting slaughtered, so in order to survive they changed their lastname. She graduated the acadamy when she was 8 and began training harder. She quickly learned how to do many medical jutsus and worked in the hospital for a few years until she became a chunin. She then started working on her kekkei genkai to try and get to stage 2. She is currently a jonin at age 16. On a personal note, She is also dating the Hokage, Harashi Senju. She rarely listens to him unless she has to and she loves pulling pranks on him but he always finds out about them. Eh that's why he's the hokage.

Sine_Amore@ acceptedReynard Lothar@ Chidori (Thousand Birds) is Raiton but other them that its acceptedLink_to_Your_Destiny@ wow I through Blue had make a rule about the max limit so how come I counted 21 suiton, 18 Fuuton, 26 Medical, 3 genjutsu, 3 taijutsu, 11 bloodline. If you have read the rules like I have been saying for the start you would have seen the this.
Jounins:
A) You are allowed to know up to the final JOUNIN stage of 1 Village Taijutsu style. If your specialty is Taijutsu then you are allowed to know the jounin stages of all the taijutsu styles of your village.
B) You can know up to jounin of one element. If you specialize in ninjutsu you can be a master of that elemental ninjutsu. If you specialize in genjutsu then it will be up to jounin of that elemental genjutsu
C) In addition to that you can add a total of 20 jutsus that are not of your mastered element.

So basically... we have ONLY 20 techniques, and need to distribute them... for everything? Even a Kage?
e read your rule books, and your jutsu things, but its all scattered and hard to find. It's becoming rather annoying.

Its is base on your rank and you can learn more but there is a limit to start with. If you know anything about the naruto most ninja in it only have 10-15 jutsu. BluewolfofMibu Auto Ranking 1. To balance the power between villages, each Kage is allowed to have at least 1 saanin, 1 jounin, and 1 chuunin at a time. The 3 must be approved by the Guild Captain in order to auto rank. 2. If your saanin or jounin or chuunin dies and you have no more, a kage can do one of two things. A) promote the next person in line, ie: promote jounin to saanin, chuunin to jounin, genin to chuunin. The promotion must be approved by both the kage and the guild captain. B) Invite someone to become your saanin, chuunin, or jounin who is not a member yet. Note: that if you at one point have two saanins and one dies, you can not auto rank someone to take the dead one's place. Jutsus for Auto Ranks Just because you are now a saanin doesn't mean you know everything about everything. These are the rules for an auto ranked character. Kages:A) You are allowed to be a master of only 1 Taijutsu style of your village. If your specialty is taijutsu, then you can be a master of all the village taijutsu styles. B) You can be a master of 1 element and 1 element only. If you specialize in ninjutsu then you can be a master of the ninjutsus, if you specialize in genjutsu then you can be a master of the genjutsus of your element. the rule says that you get the 20 jutsu(or however many it says for your specific rank) in addition to mastery of one element(knowing either all the ninjutsu or genjutsu of that element), so no kages, do not start off with just 20 jutsus, those jutsus are in addition to the mastered element you have. (and of course the three basic jutsus do not count for additional jutsus)

So, then why did she make a deal out of my RPC? I counted 28 non-main element ninjutsus. No ninjutsu, no taijutsu (currently).
My main is Earth, I have Lightning, and Water...? That's three?

Aeldevera was born a nobody. Both of his parents were murdered during a raid on Iwagakure. He grew up living with an older man, one torn and distraught from war. The man was a master of earth and lightning elements, training Aeldevera and entering him in the Academy at 7 years of age. He was a prodigy, able to quickly learn and adapt in just about any situation. To graduate they required a deadly exam.
It was hidden to any historical record outside of Iwagakure, but all of the Academy students were to battle one another for supremacy, the surviving three became a team. Aeldevera along with two of his closest friends covered themselves in the blood of their fellow village prospective ninja. They were made genin. They performed up to b-ranked missions, quickly and perfectly training with amazing precision. When Aeldevera fell in love with his squad mate, the two fought, Aeldevera sealing him in the ground with a chasm forever.
This was only the beginning, on a c-ranked mission, they were ambushed by three Jounin. They took his love and killed her before him, the anger straining to release. He took it to heart, and killed the three of them within a single kunai charge. A week later, he entered the chunin exam. He rose to become the victor, forever carving his name in history. Becoming a chunin only lead for the village to respect him even more. This was of course, only the beginning.
He soon began to undertake many missions, mostly B and up. It did not take long for him to rise above all odds and become promoted to a special Jounin. From their he became a Jounin, and was given his own squad. He melded the finest future ninja at the Academy for many years to come. Further etching his name, as he grew older. He was now a healthy man of 18.
Eventually, the village fell under attack, homes burned, and the Kage's office was overrun. The Kage was assassinated. The village was desecrated, appearing emptied and without hope. Many anbu and Jounin were lost that day. Aeldevera's success during the defense of the village demonstrated such great skill, the village needed a leader, and he fit the profile. They bestowed him the rank of Tsuchikage. To this day, he lives for his title, and his village alone. He fears nothing, for he sees no evil, hears no evil, and feels no evil. Aeldevera has become a man free of his past burdens. No one really knows him, nor will they ever truly know. He spends his days training Academy students, and perfected his own techniques. He still does missions, feeling paperwork is overrated and does nothing for a village. This is his history, as he writes it, new chapters unfold. That's just the way it is.

Oh I didn't know we started out with one mastered element! Mine would be Fuuton, and It's a good thing Chidori needs raiton....because I have that... But it is in the Universal Jutsu list, we might want to move that.
