"It's friday, so theres a buffet in the school dining hall today." Alik said, his mouth nearly watering at the idea of a nice juicy piece of steak. The school's food was as good as any resturant, even better than...well most. Without waiting for a response Alik scooped up Rahne and put him on his shoulders, leading the way to the food, for food was the one thing he did have say in.

Ever smiled back weakly, a little unsure. It wasn't often that she needed the approval of someone else. Ever never really committed herself to anyone before,and really hoped this lunch went well. Ever stuck close to Heaven as they walked, debating on if she wanted to try and take Heaven's hand or not, every so often the back of their hands would brush against eachother, but Ever didn't think it appropriate with Neveah and the boys around.

 Neveah laughed at Alik as she saw him nearly die from the thought of a steak and swoop Rahne up onto his shoulders and lead the way. She followed and fell in step with his, lacing her fingers with his and continuing on. She knew Heaven and Ever would follow and really, she wasn't worried one bit about the new girl. She never picked up any bad vibe or anything so all was well.
Heaven slipped her hand into Ever's and followed on behind, but kept a couple paces back to give the two some time. She had no clue as to where these feelings for Ever were coming from but she loved them. Every time Ever smiled, her stomach would get butterflies. A touch from the girl would make her blush insanely. A word from her sweet lips would leave Heaven's ears yearning for another. She didn't know what this was for she had never felt like this about another but she was willing to live with them with Ever being by her side, Ever being the one who was causing such feelings.. Heaven wondered if this is how Neveah felt about Alik when she first started loving him.. she didn't know..and right now, she didn't care.

Ever smiled when Heaven slid her hand into her own and by pure reflex Ever raised their hands up, pressing her lips against the back of Heavens hand, gently kissing it, her eyes on Heaven's face the whole time as they walked. Ever wasn't sure what Heavensaw in her, but she was glad of it, and wondered how far this relationship would go.

 When Ever's lips met Heaven's hand, she didn't blush.. Why didn't she blush? Only because the kiss felt so right. She smiled softly and squeezed the woman's hand gently before facing from and watching Alik, Rahne and Neveah in front of them. 'If you and Ever rather had some time alone..' Neveah started in her head..then sent a similar message to Ever's mind, only switching the names. She really didn't want to drag the two along if they didn't want to come. 'It's all up to her..' Heaven replied to her sister and blocked the bond between the two twins so that Neveah could speak to Ever alone.

'As much as I would love to have some time alone with Heaven,' Ever said kissing the back of her hand once more, projecting her thoughts into both of the sisters heads, ' I wouldn't want to take her away from her family, and besides, I think it important to get to know everyone as well.' Ever smiled warmly and thought it must suck for Alik to never really know what was going on, she chuckled at the thought and continued on with Heaven as they came to the doors of the dining hall.

 Neveah smiled softly and spoke her thanks to Ever for not wanting to take her sister from her. Yes, she was protective and yes she didn't like seeing others take her sister from her, but with the feelings she had about Ever, she knew that she could relax and not worry about anything really happening. As they entered the dining hall, she and Alik, with little Rahne upon his shoulders, all headed toward a six person booth near the back so it wasn't as busy and loud. Sliding into the booth, she sat down, Heaven across from her, "Why don't you and Rahne go ahead and get some food." she offered to Alik before looking back at her sister, holding a conversation with her already in her mind.

Ever scooted into the booth next to Heaven, sliding her hand back into hers and watching as the boys walked off, wondering why Neveah sent them off. "What are you hungry for, Heaven? I can get you a plate." Ever offered trying to be polite.

 Heaven smiled and shook her head, "Nah, don't bother yourself with that, I'll go serve up." she spoke softly and after getting out of the booth she went off to join Alik and Rahne in line.
Neveah smiled as she watched her sister go before looking back at Ever, a calm, rather grateful look on her face, "Thank you. I know I haven't had the time to even get to know you, but I can't help but thank you so much..you've turned Heaven's world completely around and she's so much happier since you two have met..I wasn't supposed to mention this but she couldn't stop mentioning you while we were in the city.." she spoke softly, watching Ever before her. Neveah held her tongue from then on, not saying any more as she just kept her eyes on the girl, or the surrounding area as Heaven's thoughts filled her head.

  A soft humming sound filled the air as a white haired girl with red eyes in a simple white dress walked calmly on the campus. Her eyes were glued to the pages in the book she held in her hands. Her baren feet made no sound as they hit the paved walk way with each step she took. She was heading to see the care taker. She owed him a visit. Though, she regret the way she had to go to get there.
Noise of senseless chatter filled the air as she entered the dining hall. She continued to read, dodging people every so often. She was forced to duck under many a tray to get over to the exit. Though, before she made it to the door she bumped into someone causing her book to mash into her face. Because of the impact she fell back onto her butt. She glanced up at the person; her bangs a disaray as her maroon eyes showed her slight fear. Her knees were bent as the souls of her feet lay flat on the ground. Her white dress spread around her slight and fell between her legs as she awaited being yelled at.
Then, the man opened his mouth. She closed her eyes and winced as she felt the pain of his booming voice crash down on both her and her ears. When he was done saying things she wouldn't even write down on paper, she picked up her book carefully and glanced up at him in fear. She could handle being hurt, but she couldn't stand being yelled at.

Ever couldn't help the smile from forming on her lips as Neveah spoke, he eyes staying on the table as she mindlessly traced an infinity symbol with her finger. "She's done the same for me," She said softly, briefly glancing up at Heaven from across the dining hall. Ever was about to speak again before she was cut short by another student yelling at a girl. Ever's hand was clenched into a fist before she pushed herself up from the table. "Excuse me." She said quietly before making her way to the pair in a few long strides. She looked the man right in the eyes before punching him square in the face. "Shut up." she said as he fell to the floor. Her face twitched in irritation, she hated loud people, people that felt the need to make up for their weakness with strong words. Grabbing the man by the shirt she dragged him out of the dining hall before returning tot he girl and offering a hand to help her to her feet. "Are you alright?" she asked.

Upon this new forming situation, she only clutched the book tighter to herself. She could feel the worn leathe cover bend slightly under her grip on it. Her deep maroon eyes showed her fear. Fighting of any sort scared her. She wasn't a fighter. Sure she trained hard to hone her powers, but she woul never be able to use them in battle. She only faught in the classrooms because she was always forced to.
When the girl's hand appeared infront of Hell, she only stared at it. She knew that she probably was a deer in headlights at that moment. So, she took the girl's hand and pulled herself up. She only nodded at the question she had been asked. She bowed her head and gave a curtsy before leaving out the back door of the dining hall. A sudden cold wind hit her. She gasped in shock and staggered back from the chill of the air. She shook it off, her silver tresses following her movements, and then started making her way to the Ground Keeper's home.

Hearing the sound of a thump rumble along the floor, Heaven turned around instantly to see what had caused the commotion: her Ever. At first she was shocked and amazed that Ever was able to even send a full grown man down to the floor in one punch, and at the second hand, she was also rather...thankful for her doing such an act. He was very loud, and quite inconsiderate. So for Ever to be willing to stand and put the man in place, then that was all good in every aspect.
Turning to Raine's call for attention, she merely shook her head and spoke softly, "Ever's just telling a man to quiet down hunny. It's nothing...now, do you want some fries?" she asked softly, helping her little nephew serve up his plate with Alik off doing as he pleased. She had lost track of that boy some time ago...just goes to show Heaven's attention span...
Neveah stood up quickly, almost going to join Ever in whatever she might have needed assistance with, but after seeing the demonstration of strength, she knew all was well. Smiling...well, more like a half smile, half smirk, Neveah crossed her arms and watched the man be dragged out of the dining hall. Staying on her seat, by their booth, Neveah looked from Ever's act of kindness to her sister and back at Ever. At that point, Neveah knew. She knew that this was going to be a good change in Heaven's life.
Being the oldest of the twins, Neveah has always looked out for her sister, and even now with Ever entering her twin's life. But after seeing this act, Neveah knew that everything was going to be fine. Neveah was willing to trust Ever with one of the most precious things she held dear: Heaven's heart.
