Louis turned red and looked at the other he gripped his wet clothes tightly. "I am..that transparent?" he said shyly as he looked at the other. "Maybe..just for one night till I get used to the place." he was too scared to say now to let his shyness get in the way after the horrible night he longed deeply just to curl up with someone and be warm. Curl up with someone who actually cared about his welfare.

"Not transparent," Esqyn said softly. "It's just that there are others here just like that, so it's easier for me to recognize." He stepped over to Louis, and touched the boys clothes, which dried out under his touch as if they were in the desert sun. He stepped out of his boots, and with a touch to his own clothes, the shifted to a clean white button-up shirt and comfortable shorts. "Louis.... I think that you'll find that if you ever need to ask something of any of us, especially me, we're more than happy to help. This type of situation included." He smiled softly, wanting to reassure the boy, and slipped into the bed, offering a hand to Louis. His blue-green eyes were gentle and caring, a small smile still lingering on his lips, and a strand of his blond hair had fallen into his fair face.

Louis smiled and took the others hand climbing into bed with the him. It was awkward just a bit but not too much so sadly he had climbed into bed with less admirable men just to feel like he was close to someone. Louis lay down he was amazed by the others magic he didn't even know what he was. Louie figured he would there would be time for that in the morning. He did not get to close however not wanting to crowd the other in case it would make Esqyn feel weird or something.

Esqyn yawned a bit, it was late, after all. "Sweet dreams," he said softly. He drifted off fairly soon, eyes closed exhaustedly as he rested, breathing soft and even. Without realizing it, as he slept, he snuggled close to the boy, a bit protectively, unknowingly keeping him close. He dreampt about the things he had gone through, and experienced. He dreampt of meeting Ahkra and the others, and realizing he wasn't mortal at all. Previous to that day, he had thought himself a talented, but mortal elf with nothing abnormal about him. It seemed like a long time ago. Things were different now, but in a way it was nice. He couldn't have asked for better companions in the other Elements and Incarnations, and was happy to stand along side them.

Louis felt the warmth of the other surround him in his sleep. He instantly latched onto the other snuggling as close as he could. He sighed happily and sweetly fast asleep and having peaceful dreams of when he was younger and things were less complicated. He saw his adoptive parents and his old friends from school he saw his old home. He smiled happily cause he knew even in his dreams he had a new home now and new friends.

It took Acelin a while to fall back asleep. Once he did though he didn't dream about that place. Instead he dreamt about nothing. He was in an unconcious sleep but he still kept waking up several times until he finally decided to give up on sleep and just lay in bed. That was when he noticed that Elan changed his form, but to tired an annoyed to think much of it.

((Time Skip to the Next Morning is in Effect))
Esqyn's eyes blinked open drowsily, slowly waking up. He lay in bed for a while, smiling as he turned and saw Louis beside him. "Hey," he said softly, lightly ruffling the boy's hair. "It's morning now..." He stepped out of the bed for the moment, and walked over to the tall window, pulling back the heavy curtains so that bright morning light flooded into the room. "I suppose classes will probably be soon now...."
--
Feeling the dawn arrive, Kael slipped out from under the blankets and stood up. Elan, who had previously been curled up against Acelin, shifted back to ferret form, running over to Kael to climb up to his shoulder. The white ferret perched there with a comfortable purr, but the albino's thoughts were elsewhere, distant. His husky blue eyes, slightly dark underneath from the lack of sleep, were somewhat empty, either hurting, or sad, as he stroked the ferrets fur. Something bad was coming. He could feel it. "Classes will start fairly soon, I believe," he said quietly, running a hand through his snow-white hair, the words filled more with dread than anything else. He couldn't shake off the feeling the visions filled him with, the fear. He'd have to tell Ahkra and the others, soon.

Acelin woke up soon, 'feeling' that it was morning. He yawned as he stretched, "Morning." he said to Elan an Kael as he stood up grabbing a class of water. It tasted nice against his dry throat. However, the vague dream still bothered him slightly as if he's going find more about what he than he can handle. Acelin walked over too his bag taking it over to the wardrobe, quickly putting his clothes away.

Louie woke up and looked around oblivious to his clingy actions that had gone down while he was asleep. "Yeah..so um I hate to ask this but what are you?" he asked blushing a little. It was an odd question and he didn't mean in it a bad way at all.

Elan chirped in response, happily, keeping close to Kael. The other, husky blue eyes distant, offered a faint smile that had more sadness behind it than warmth. "Good morning," he said quietly, dread still filling every inch of him from the vision. He watched Acelin put his clothes away, mulling over the vision, and any way to prevent it. It made his stomach turn just to think of the possibility of Omin coming here. Immortal or not, Kael practically shook just from the memories that kicked up from the name. "I hope you slept well," he murmured, eyes downcast.
Elan gave a worried chirp, snuggling close to Kael, trying to reassure him.
--
Esqyn smiled softly at that. He'd more or less expected it, really. "I'm a Sun Elf," he told Louie frankly. "But, I'm guessing that's not quite what you mean. I'm the Element of Light, a so-called god. Although, that's a bit of a misnomer." He smiled a bit sadly.
"Immortals, gods included, are neither perfect nor impervious. There were many who came before me, and who were killed. It's hard to kill one of us, by any standards, but there are those with more than enough power to do so." He sighed softly, Omin coming to mind - Ahkra's corrupt twin, who took great pleasure in subverting or killing the other gods. "It takes a lot of power, not just physical damage. You'd have to ask Kael for the details, but there are a handful of people in all the worlds who have the power to unravel the essence of a person, degrade who they are to the level that all, or nearly all, of their parallels are wiped out just as a side effect. To be honest, it's a bit frightening. The world seemed like a much safer place when I thought I was mortal." He glanced out the window, towards the sunlight. "We're not perfect. But in a way, what purpose to the world would there be if we were? If the forces that swayed the worlds lacked even a spark of emotion or compassion, wouldn't the result be simply a frozen, mechanic hell? We have weaknesses, fears, dreams. We each have the potential to be good, or evil, although some have tendencies. Some of us are neither, like Ahkra. Even though he is good, the truth is that he's neither virtuous, nor corrupt, but something completely outside of that spectrum."
A white cat pushed its way past the door, with a scared, lonely mewl, rushing to Esqyn's side. Esqyn smiled, if a bit sadly, and picked the feline up, holding him close. Luce, the Incarnation of Light. "I suppose I should back track a bit, though. Most people I've met just thinks of us as gods, without even realizing that there is a certain order to things. Do you know about Elements and Incarnations? The Lokoi, and it's children?"

Louie shook his head no. "I was..raised by under a rock and all the time I've been wandering around alone for the last couple of years I heard nothing on the streets about this. I was probably just in all the wrong places though." he said still sounding curious. "Please do tell me more I should know about this stuff if I'm going to learn here."

Esqyn nodded. "To be honest, a lot of people don't know, so don't worry about it. I'll do my best to explain, but if I say anything that doesn't make much sense, let me know so I can try to explain it better." He smiled softly, running a hand through his blonde hair. "In the beginning, there was the Lokoi. This was before Time began, before any world was born, or anyone. There was nothing. Neither order nor chaos, neither time nor space. No energy. There was only the Lokoi. The Lokoi was and is everything, and it is what everything is born from. It's sentient on a higher level than any of us can comprehend, and contained the raw ethers from which everything came, so pure that the ethers, that pure power, had no association whatsoever. It was neither dark nor light, neither good nor evil. It was still for a very long time, and nothing changed, but something happened to disturb it. When it was disturbed, it started to move, react - violently. Small pieces broke off, tiny fragments. In comparison, they were hundreds of times smaller, relatively, than a grain of salt would be compared to a sun. However, from our perspective, that size of a fragment holds power than few of us can even comprehend. Those fragments, like the Lokoi, were sentient, powerful. Neither good, nor evil, but something else entirely, which I cannot fathom. Although it's hardly a perfect description, we call them Gray. The Children of the Lokoi. Neutral, some people call them, although they aren't quite that, either.
From one of them came the multiverse, from which an infinite number of worlds were born. From another, came Time. One of the fragments, slightly larger than the others, broke into three, and became three siblings.
"One of them is Ahkra. The other two are his siblings, Omin, and Zylphia. On the outside, Ahkra looks like he's just another immortal. Able to shift shape, physical in nature, has flaws and emotions. But he created that body for himself, and he makes most of us immortals look like ants in comparison. His true form is that of pure, intelligent energy. There is so much of it that he cannot, no matter how hard he tries, stuff it into that body. Rather, the intelligent center is what's housed in that body. The soul which controls the rest of that energy, which is so vast that it is scattered throughout all the worlds. Darkness. Every shadow, every darkened night, dream, and wanton thought is him.
"Despite being Gray, and generally doing what he pleases, he's virtuous, though. He's declared it himself, although to be honest he tends to do his own thing even still. However, his twin, Omin, is the exact opposite, and delights in torture, killing, and destruction. He's constantly trying to subvert or kill Ahkra -- his favorite game -- although he's never succeeded. He has, though, killed nearly all of Ahkra's children. Some of them several times. They're all around now, but most of them have had to be reborn several times, and the memories haunt Ahkra.
"Time is also like Ahkra, in that she takes a physical form, but is much more than that. Her name is Lea, and I don't know too much about her.... Despite being Children of the Lokoi, though, they are also what we call Incarnations. They are a force in nature, partially coalesced into a physical form. There are others, though, for the multiverse, which was also a fragment, continued to break down into smaller fragments. Some of the people born into the worlds were a fragment unto themselves, and of the same nature as Ahkra and Lea, if not quite as powerful. There are many incarnations. Time, Darkness, Corruption, Light, Fire, Water, Spirit, Air, Luck, etc. They are exactly the force in nature that their name implies. It's not that they are gods that control it, they actually are that power, in its entirety.
"Apart from the Incarnations, though, there are also the Elements. The Elements assist Incarnations. They protect them, guide them, stay by their side. An Element is the person, out of all the multiverse, who is most compatible with the power which is the Incarnation. For instance, as I am the Element of Light, I am the most Light-compatible person in existence, if you will, the most powerful Light mage. More than that, because of our compatibility, we can actually house our respective Incarnation if they shift to energy form. Kael was actually born with Elan inside of him, all along channeling Elan's power as if it were his own, their souls bound together. It can be that way for any of us. I have the most ability to channel the power that Luce, the Incarnation of Light, harbors. There is more than that, too. There are those that help us, as well, and are also granted immortality. They're called Angels, commonly. As many types as there are Incarnations and Elements. Grim Angels, which are Ahkra's, Fire Angels, Water Angels, Spirit Angels, you name it.
"The Incarnations can take any form. Literally. Ahkra could be a chair if he wanted to, although you'd have a hard time of convincing him to do something like that. Elan prefers the form of a ferret, Luce a cat, and Ahkra prefers the form of an incubus. However, they are not limited to that form in any way. If you incinerated Ahkra, pulled every single atom apart in his body, degraded the very essence and components that build his body into nothing, he would not die. That body is a shell to him. One which he cares for, but which if needed, can be replaced. If you destroyed his body, it is relatively easy for him to almost instantaneously rebuild a new one for himself." Esqyn paused for a bit, not sure of what else to say. "I'm sorry it was so long," he offered, feeling a bit guilty over the lengthy explanation. "But, does that help?"

Louie nodded and smiled. "That was very interesting actually I never knew there were so many amazing creatures in this world. I always thought well I was some kinda of freak being like I was..I'm not even totally sure what I am actually just that I don't want to be a freak anymore that why I came here. If I learn to heal to help people maybe they won't be so afraid of me..ya know?" he said. He just had to tell his story to someone at this moment his feelings kinda had come pouring out. "Sorry...I shouldn't be spouting stuff out like that."

As Acelin finished putting away his clothes he grabbed some water nibbling on an apple as he looked over Kael. He loked sad as if something disturbed him. "Are you alright?" he asked worriedly. Once he finished his apple he started to change into a loose black dress shirt, over dark washed blue jeans and blue/black/white tennis shoes. As he was getting dressed, Acelin couldn't help but think of the dream, he looked around his room walking over to the window drawing the curtain back slightly as he looked out. This place felt nostaligic as if he had been here before.

Esqyn smiled softly, shaking his head. "There are a lot of places, towns or small cities, which are primarily populated by one race, but I assure you, the world, and beyond that, the multiverse, is much more diverse than you'd imagine. There are so many, that there are even races within races. Just within the Elven race, there are the Sun Elves, the Dark Elves, the Drow, Water Elves, and Wilderfae, and I'm not even certain that's all of them. There are several types of dragons, countless variations of lycanthropes, as you know. There are Incubi, Succubi, Sirens, Nymphs, Humans, Demons, Daemons, you name it. Those are just some of the ones within this world, too. There are thousands upon thousands more if you look just a bit farther."
Trying to reassure the boy, Esqyn ruffled his hair lightly, in a friendly manner, rubbing a bit behind one of his ears. "Whether you can heal others or not, anyone who knows you will not fear you. I'll be teaching you the art of healing, but perhaps we should include a bit more in our curriculum, hm?" He smiled softly, lightly pulling him into a hug. "You're not a freak, in any regards. You're just an incredibly pure-hearted person. I'm certain that you'll make many friends here, and begin to see that for yourself, as well."
--
Kael blinked faintly, trying to shake off the sensation that even recalling the vision invoked. He gave a faint smile toward Acelin, not wanting to worry him, but also unable to lie about it. "It was just a vision," he said softly. "I get them fairly often, although most of the time they just come out of the blue, like this one." He walked over to the tall window, pulling back one of the heavy curtains just enough to glimpse the outside, sun shining brightly as if last night's storm hadn't even occurred. Although, with the weather around here, it was possibly to be raining or hailing or snowing within the hour, even with the warm sunlight and clear skies now. It was hard to tell, and largely depended on Raien's subconscious.
"What about you, though? Judging by the expression on your face, you seem like you saw something last night as well, although probably something less ominous. You have the unmistakable expression of deja vu on your face."
