Yes this game is so much fun, i haven't touched it in a month and i feel bad ; ; i need to get back to it and beat it. my fav. team line up is >>>> lyod gensis ummm his sister and precila i hope thats their names. i forgot the two female ones. and im not spelling them so great.. arrrgh i really need to get back to that game oh and btw how do i get the summon luna?? is it a side quest thing or will i run into it sooner or later

I've played it. It was pretty nice. The gameplay was wonderful, the plot was good but nothing special, and the puzzles were delightfully challenging. My lineup was Lloyd, Sheena, Zelos, Raine. Because Zelos > Kratos.
It even almost lived up to Phantasia and Eternia before it.

I'm at a part I didn't even KNOW existed. =3
They have this level in a book, see, and it's 15...by what I read...and you lose this soul fire and you die while going 15 levels and some floors disable some of your abilties and such.
There are special character endings? oO?
I've gotten a few costumes. yaay!
and by what I read, it was also for PS2...which that has a few different things than the GC version. ^^

I've played and beat that game....it was so fun...it didn't take long to beat it either because I rented it for a little and beat it so I didn't go out and buy it

Gemelli I just got it! I had to get used to the battle system at first but now I like it heart can't say much of the story yet since I'm not that far...but up till now I like it 3nodding The battle system is awkward at first, but as soon as you get used to it, you realize how awesome it is! I love the 3-D battlefield and the easy ability to select certain enemies and change the character you're playing (I do it all the time, from Lloyd to Sheena, back to Lloyd, to Raine, to Sheena again, back to Lloyd, then to Genis, back to Lloyd again, and it keeps going and going XD)

So...unless you know Japanese, you'll have no idea what everyone is saying xd No, It never came out for the PS2, your thinking of Tales of Rebirth which was going to be released for the PS2 (has nothing in common with ToS storyline wise) but It was scrapped and canceled the came Namco shipped for the PS2 is Tales of Legendia, not as good as ToS in my opinon abit too childish cel graphics. Yes there are infact different endings, two of the most commons ones are one with Zelos, and one without (because you killed him after picking Kratos to talk to etc.) Theres tha ti've gotten when Sheena and Lloyd have the highest relationship between the characters which took me three times through the game to get it that high, can't remeber it but it was quite funny

Tales of Symphonia = fun. It's like the only game I ever replayed more than once =o (granted it's the only video game like itsself I own) I really need to use Sheena more, I always seem to lose like in less than a minute when I fight against Kuchinawa... <_<

I just completed it on GC and I absolutely loved it. It clocked me about 38 hours of gameplay, which is pretty sweet seeing how obsessively I played it.
I'm quite mystified by the whole "alternate character endings" bit. How on earth do you access those? o_O
Am I evil for thinking that Mithos is the most attractive one there? sweatdrop

the character endings;
From what I've heard you get a different ending when you either talk to Kratos, or talk to anyone else in Flanoir. It depends wether Zelor or Kratos will return to your party.
Or so Wikipedia says. sweatdrop
