Sari growled, not liking her current position. She stepped closer to the machine, observing it, when his radio came to life. She listened, growing angrey when he called the girl 'it'. once he was done talking, she turned, facing him, her voice low and dangerous. "We are not 'its'. We have names, genders, and we were once as human as you. YOu dehumanize us, like a serial killer, giving us numbers, taking away our identity." SHe brough tone hand up, level to his throat, and flexed it. "It ends now. I'm not afraid to kill you at the price of my own life."

He woke up and stretched his body. Those dam stun guns really messed up the body when one awoke. He looked around and didn't really know where he had been moved. Sometimes he wondered why he was still alive. He had seen people come and bend their heads. Some had allowed themselves to die in their fights. It was sad to see people lose all their hope. Rowdy had no hope, he had just anger and hatred within himself. It gave fuel to his soul and kept him alive, he guessed. He slammed both fists into the door and roared at his might. He remember hearing a voice just as he had been taken down. He couldn't remember who it was but he knew it was someone he knew. "I know you hear me! I know you fear me! Have you the guts to meet your own making? I won't die until your dead or you killer is killed by me!" He screamed out into the room he was in and walked to one wall and to the another. He warmed up his bod for whatever would.

Ranulf sighed. It was always so much harder when the subject started to grow a conscience. Why couldn't they all just do what they were told for once? It was all for their own good, and most of them were too stupid to realize this simple fact... Then again, he had only met one subject who truly had understood.... But that was a long time ago.
" You jump to conclusions far too quickly. "Her" is a fellow scientist working on a vaccine with me. I wanted the guard to relay that message and bring her down, act as a guide. She often gets lost in the facilities. While "It" is the vaccine itself, I sent it up to DVR for testing and I want it to be in perfect condition. " He explained, his voice betraying his disinterest.
" And we all have a name, most people in the world have one. I have a name, you have a name, we just prefer letters over numbers really.... but I prefer to give numbers instead of names... Its much more... unique, really, I mean only we in this facility have numbers... but if you like your name so much all you have to do is say so." He sighed again.
"But if you want to kill me, I promise you it will be no easy task. Much more convenient to take me hostage, really. At least remember to get some information out of me in some way, it would be ever so dreadfully boring if I died so meaninglessly. " He grinned, having fun with the idea.
Inside his head, he was already laughing at what his tombstone might say.

He needed to find Ranulf. He wanted to try another attack at the b*****d. He tried the door it moved a little. This can't be his new cage, this would break by his will. This was some odd testing facility. He kicked the door and it budged a little. He bug to use a combination of his speed and his strength. The door budged a little more after every kick and then he lunched his entire body at the door. It cracked in half and Rowdy used his reflexes and agility to land on his feet. He looked to the left, nothing. So he looked to his right and there stood two guys with nightsticks. What in the world was this. Rowdy begun to walk towards a door that said exit behind them. They seemed scared in front of the panther-human mix. Well they came at him. The first man got 3 sharp deadly claws over the throat. The other attacked from the side and hit Rowdy on the arm. Rowdy begun to run around the man in a circle and made the circle closer and closer until he could leap upon the man's back and sink his teeth into him.
Then Rowdy opened the door, two guards stood there and where quickly dealt with. Ranulf could start to think low of him? He hit a intercom and pressed and begun to speak with a growling voice. "Ranulf! I'm coming for you this time. You gave me birth, you gave me the power to kill any of your guard. I know you fear me and I will kill you or kill the on who killed you. Now answer me you low life human!" Rowdy disliked Ranulf that was true but the time he had spent here made him dislike humans as well. He was a bloodthirsty beast, he knew it. It was a mix of his cat and his old personality. Well he had a goal and it was to avenge him being captured. No matter what gift he was given he would never forgive Ranulf!

Sari's head cocked to the side and she stepped back as the announcements from another escaped and angery experiment echoed through the building. She smiled and clasped her hands behind her back. "Looks like I won't have to bother getting my hands any dirtier."

"Rowdy" Ranulf growled under his breath, as if trying to murder each syllable. This was not what he needed right now. "Stay here." He commanded Sari, not caring if she obeyed. He exited the lab at a fast, irritated pace and stepped back into the elevator. As the doors closed, the elevator hummed and rose, he clenched his PDA and furiously entered thousands of codes into the database.
"Understood. Running Injection Program. 55% Complete... Please wait."
Ranulf clenched his face. This was not good. His body couldn't take this much stress, he had to calm down. If he didn't...
"Program Complete. Please Insert injection. "
A small needle flipped out of the PDA. He injected himself with it quickly, taking deep breaths and trying to calm himself. The elevator opened onto the top floor, a long, bright room that looked like a greenhouse. The room lead towards what looked like a glass podium. The glass revealed a sunrise above the Arctic, thousands of feet below him.
He walked slowly towards the podium. Standing on it, he looked at the sunrise and sighed. It was really too bright out there...
"Open Project Ghost."

They came at him, guards armed with asp nightsticks and stun guns. Now the sad part for them was that now they where in his domain. He wasn't hunted, he wasn't running he was calm in his hatred. He punched a guard so he fell down. He kicked another into the wall. He bit the first to death with his fangs. They kept coming but in larger groups but that matter not. Rowdy had trained combat in this form for so long now. He had battled the worst that they dared sent to him. Security detail of this place truly was just stalling him. He knew his creator had no love for them and used them only as pawns in chess. Rowdy was like a full set of a chess team.
He didn't remember this floor but he knew the staircase had to be around here. The good thing with things built for humans was all their security for emergency. Rowdy was great at using them. He slammed a door into another guard and with his claws at his feet he tore the throat up. This was getting annoying indeed. He dodged swings of desperation before Rowdy found an opening and slammed both his palm into the chest. Rowdy didn't kill them unless he wanted to prove something or he needed to. Here there was just no point. If they died they died, if they survived they survived.
Then he sniffed something he didn't remember, he followed the trail because if there was a new experiment then Ranulf had to be around. Rowdy had been close before and he knew he got closer for each attempt. These times he knew that Ranulf always needed to use his brain towards Rowdy's will. That or a new experiment and Rowdy hoped it would be something he could kill in front of Ranulf so he would know that the perfect killer being was made.

Sari waited until Ranulf was in the elevator, then unfolded her wings and gave them a powerful beat. She rose into the air effortlessly, and kicked the machine across the room where it shattered against a wall. "Oops. My bad." Kicking the metal had hurt her foot, but not to bad. Most of her bones were hollow, but all were reinforced with lightweight titanium, making them almost unbreakable. She flew over to the pieces, pushing them around with her foot.

" Opening Project Ghost. 26% Complete.... 27%"
"Enter Override Code B-Alpha." He grinded his teeth in frustration. These useless machines where too slow, too primitive.
"Understood. Please re-connect cable 16."
A panel slid open, revealing several thick cables, unattached at one end. He gently lifted a blue pulsing cable and fitted it into a port, just below his own neck.
Cable secured, he closed the panel. " Pump Virus b/4533, 500 ml/h." He braced himself for the shock.
"Understood. Starting Process"
Suddenly, his veins turned to ice, burning in pain as the very limits of his body were tested. He writhed in pain, not uttering a sound, his face twitched inhumanly. Then, it was over, as quickly as it began.
" Process complete. Vital signs Normal, Please keep the Cable connected."
" Initiate Manual Override. " He gasped, his body shaking in shock.
"Understood. Initiating Manual Override for Project Ghost."
A panel flashed and glowed, and then showed thousands of tiny buttons with strange, indecipherable symbols on them. Ranulf straightened himself up, looked at the panel, and began pressing buttons faster then it was possible to see.
" 34% Complete, 42%......59%...."

He must looked quite fearsome because a guard with some clearance had traded his life for Ranulf position. The door opened and Rowdy knocked the guard out when he found what he was searching for. "Hello there! Humans nailed god to a cross and killed him. I won't be as nice to my god. You pathetic human worm!" Ranulf stood with some machinery but who cared. There was just open space between him and his goal. Rowdy breathed heavy because seeing this devil just made him even more pissed of. "Your mistake was not to kill me so many years ago. Now I'm unstoppable and you know it and now your luck is gone!" Rowdy took a deep breath. He would savour this moment because he hadn't been face to face with Ranulf for so long now. Always glass between them, a voice from the wall, a TV screen. "The best part is that I know you won't beg me for your life. I think I'll bite of your limbs and watch you bleed!"

"Shut up." He growled. Still pressing keys faster than humanly possible. His face took on an expression on utmost seriousness.
" 93%....100% Project Ghost completed. Project sent to Remote wireless connection. Shutting Down. Please disconnect any cables."
Ranulf flinched as the cable slowly ejected itself. It fell from his neck to the floor, giving out a sickening clank as it hit the ground. He rubbed his neck and turned to face Randy.
" Mistake? I never make mistakes. Don't shove words into my mouth, it makes is terribly difficult to breath." He hissed, adjusting his tie.
"I don't intend to stop you anyway. I want you to know, Randy, of all the creations I have made, you are the only one I've ever liked, your the only one who really understood anything, your the only one who ever had a real chance of becoming anything more! Such a pity.... You were once so great..."He sighed.
" But if your sole intention is to kill me, please, for the sake of the carpet, don't make it messy." He grinned.

He hated this man. oh how Rowdy hated this man. He knew he had become something so much more. Something so great but he had not been asked to become this. Ranulf had forced this upon him and in the beginning Rowdy wasn't able to do anything but to follow orders. Yet now he wouldn't need that any longer. He begun to run, a humans speed, then beyond human. Onto all four legs and he ran with even greater speed. He growled deep within his throat and when to bite Ranulf in the throat. He wanted to taste his flesh! A few years ago he wouldn't have stood still and asked Ranulf to tell him more and guide him. Those days where long gone and now Rowdy wanted to kill the only one superior to him. Then he would take over the world!

Sari flew over to the elevator doors, searching for any weak points. "Sorry I can't wait for you Ranulf, I was never good at following orders anyways." With a wild screech, she kicked the heel of her foot against the metal doors. They buckled and bent, but not enough for her to slip through. She pried her fingers into the crack and pulled them apart, tearing the metal right off. She peered into the dark shaft, her slitted pupils dialating as they got used to the darkness. The shaft wasn't wide enough for her to fly, so she started crawling up the side, her talons squealing against the metal. Up she went until she came to the bottom of the elevator. Unable to manuver herself for a good kick, she punched through the floor, ripping the metal enough to climb out.

Ranulf didn't flinch. He stared coldly at Randy for a while, unable to say or do anything as his brain worked quickly, still hyped up on the virus. Either he would die, or Randy would, however, even if he managed to kill Randy, the experiments would come for him. He would die now, or live to die another horrible death.
It didn't really matter did it? His Personality and thought process had already been transfered into the Master Computers virtual matrix. He would never truly die, he would just exist as a stream of data instead.
"Randy... I think... you may be the one to.... "
(( Kill me, and I'll just move my character to the Master Computer, no biggie whee ))
