I was about to win but then suddenly my trading pass was disabled right at the last moment. The other person ended up winning.

So basically i have no idea why my trading pass was disabled.
I'm usually found playing bootygrab and posting in the forums.
I'm a beginner in the vending thing so im still trying to learn how buy things at lower prices by trading and sell them for a higher profit.Dealings with Gaia:I have already sent a complaint. I plan on trying to send another one.
If none of that works then i will confront all of the members of the admin.
I soon plan on spreading the word about this whole situation to everyone so hopefully soon the problem will be fixed.

I have extra accounts, yes, but I don't even use them for the daily chance more than once a month. The other possibility is that I bought a hot item. I bought a trick or treat tote at 95k. There was another gen with a 95k lowest buy price as well, and it wasn't that far beneath the others, so I bought it. Dealings with Gaia: I sent in an account inquiry. Here is the reply to my ticket: SOLUTION= Hello, Your trading pass has been disabled for the time being, as currently your account is involved in an investigation. There is no timeframe I can give you, all I can do is ask you to be patient while this is resolved. Thank you, James Gaia Online Customer Service I declined the "solution" and hastily typed this up in reply. Yes, I know, TERRIBLE typos and one spot's totally ruined where I attempted to edit it, but here is what was sent: Unified_Splintered This is unacceptable. You have not given me sufficient information. If this is about my recent actions in merging my two main accounts into this one new account, I can give you whatever information you need to prove that I am in fact the owner of the account. I have maintained contact with every person I was in contact with on the other two accounts prior to the merge. And if this is about a possible purchase of a hot item, just tell me please. That I am not happy about but understand. However, this ambiguous, impersonal automated response is not what I have come to expect from a site where I have come to expect at least the pretense of graciousness and a caring, casual, personal air from the administration, moderators, and other volunteers and employees for almost years since I first joined with an account I no longer own, whitefox_the_mule. This is sorely disappointing. I do not accept this solution because it is not one. I know it is not your fault, James, if you read this, but that does not change the fact that this is unacceptable. Despite plans to the contrary, I as of now will NEVER. Buy one cent worth the items of merchendice for your website. I refuse to fund a company of your size that has such an ambiguous, assbackwards way of handling such a serious matter. Thank you for your time and for your site. I have been a member for almost 4 years, and this entire time I have been waiting to have the chance to buy cash or items and just when I have finally gotten to the point where it's a possibility, this happens. Suspected reason: I filed a hacking report. I was unable to log in because someone had changed the e-mail and password. I lost quite a few items and gold. So when I got it back I was letting people know what happened, I played a bunch of BG, bought a bunch of gaia cash to sell some of the items, bought a few things from the MP.
Dealings with Gaia: I sent a ticket out today, and I'll probably get the same response as everyone else. I just hope that I don't get banned and hopefully *crosses fingers* some day I'll get my stuff back.

There are several other people from that thread that were gifted large items from the same user, and have since had their passes disabled. I'm guessing those items were botted or bought. Dealings with Gaia: I sent in a inquiry the next day, and got this response about a week later. Quote: Hello, Thank you for your note. We're sorry for the frustration over your disabled trading pass. It was disabled as part of an investigation, which needs to be completed before the pass can be turned back on. We know that these investigations can sometimes take a long time due to the amount of work that goes into each one. Unfortunately, we can not provide any time frame in which this will be completed. Suspected Reason: Gold buyer... not me of course; but seems I got an item(s) or gold from one.
Dealings with Gaia: I PMed a mod or two, before finally being referred to an Omni Mod; ended up PMing at least 4 of them before 1 finally responded some days later. At this point I finally discovered my trading was disabled, banned due to an "Ongoing" investigation. I have asked a few mods and omni mods many questions since then, usually ending in the same generic "it's under investigation", "please be patient" BS. Only more recently after sending in nearly 3 tickets at the same time (not exactly, like a week or two apart); I finally got that they didn't know the definite time line, and couldn't yet say what items were involved; but as far as they could tell no gold had been involved, but that could change as the investigation was still ongoing... and once again told to be "patient".

Suspected Reason: I think it may have been because I received a rather large donation and gifted a number of unwanted items to people. I was disabled shortly after purchasing and spending Gaia Cash, so now I have a number of gifts and items to sell on the Marketplace and no way to do that.
Dealings with Gaia: Sent in a ticket through 'contact us'. Received the same form e-mail as everyone else. When I clicked to respond to the e-mail I was forwarded to a number of sites like career builder, monster, and att, when I try to get to Gaia Help from Gaia Online, my internet won't connect.
This is upsetting at the very least.

Suspected Reason: I am part of a donating thread and several other people including myself received a donation from a Gaian named Naz (he changed his username sometimes, so Nazeroth or It's Naz! are the ones I remember)
Shortly after receiving these donations (items/gold via trade) we were disabled, and learned that Naz was banned because he had bought the gold with real money then donated to us. This is why I suspect I have been frozen. :<
Filed a ticket the same day, and got a response on the 5th under my ticket called "suggested solution" but all it says is that there is an investigation and I will be given more information via PM within 7 calendar days.
That will be the 10th if I do receive any information.

Suspected reason: well I got a PM when it was disabled saying that I may have gotten gold or items gotten by someone else illegally..I think I won a page prize contest from a hacked account which results in 70k u.u
Dealing with gaia: only with the mod that told me it was disabled, they said they don't know how long it would take and that if fond necessary they would cancel the trade to my mule for 1.7 mill and take the part of the gold if it is illegally gotten or whatever. *Sighs*

Suspected reason: On my mule, I got a PM from a mod saying I had gotten gold or items from someone else illegally and that the situation was being investigated. I got on my main (this account) and realized it had also been suspended. I PM'd the mod that had contacted me on my mule (PM's are private here) and asked her if this one was disabled for the same reason and she said yes.
I've been selling a lot of stuff and doing a lot of trading from various mules and gotten a lot of donations because I'm questing, and I figure someone bought something with botted gold. Of course, this is completely the wrong time. neutral
Dealings with Gaia: I PM'd the omni-mod and sent in a ticket. They told me they have no idea how long this will take and that I should be patient.

Suspected Reason: Botting. I had the skype add-on installed which messed with Gaia so the pages loaded strangely. Gaia wasn't happy. I was only told this after I PMed a mod asking about it.
Dealings with Gaia: PMed a mod. She told me she can't do anything but tell me that Skype affects your page load.
