Alie Valens absolclaw Guys seriously. It's just a business deal. Buy out all the competition. It's not like this means cross overs like Kingdom Hearts. um... unless im mistaken, Kingdom Hearts was/is really successful and has a huge fanbase... im seeing that you used Kingdom Hearts as a negative in this... That's what everyone's assuming will happen with Marvel. A cross over between their characters, much like Kingdom Hearts was. I didn't mean anything besides that.

i will say that it didn't completely suprise me though. and to market to young boys, yeah, i can totally see that. how many of those disney characters can be used for boys in a successful light (think about it. pinochio's a liar, simba runs away from his problems, peter pan refuses to grow up, there's too many examples from 101 dalmations, todd and copper are likely being shunted out because the movie has hunting in it, bambi is just gay, and no boy in this day and age will want to be a prince charming without running the risk of being called a f*****t on the playground)?
but with whatever due respect, if that's their purpose, it won't work completely. i think spongebob will still do better than the incredible hulk (and all the gay bashing done on spongebob isn't hurting the cause). someone at disney better get their mechanical business head running.

You guys aren't smart. Marvel shows like spiderman were on disney before they merged, and MArvel is going to be a whole different department than Disney's base. Just like they did (touchstone I think) for The nightmare before christmas. That is Disney, and it's darker themed.

Nothing is happening to Marvel....
sure, Disney owns it now, but Disney is the Wal-mart of the child world.
All I'm saying is that don't get too repulsed.... Marvel is still there, and I'm sure Disney won't get too far with messing up anything.
Oh, and Kingdom Hearts was really just Disney making a game, and Square Enix helping out.. Nothing big...

Alie Valens Nina Atlas i just want gold! disney is GAY!!!!!!!! someone obviously didn't grow up with Disney classics. >.> The Lion King, The Fox and the Hound, Peter Pan, 101 Dalmations? The only Disney princess movies i watch anymore are The Little Mermaid and The Little Mermaid 2. Disney classics are good... today's Disney sucks donkey testicles

Am i seriusly the only one who knew this before whoever posted this? I knew that Marvel sold out to disney last year.
I truly dont beleive that disney is going to F up all our favoite movies, take what Something Invisible said about The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coarps Bride (think i spelled it wrong) still dark and awsome movies.
