((Because of the many locations, I am thinking of moving the whole School of Pranks thing into another guild. I don't know if I'll definitely do it yet, but I've been testing it out here. Your input is welcome. For now, Lise and Kyground, do you want to continue the roleplay with just the three of us? Perhaps, Mosmoto and thy will join us after the festivities. That, and ...we need a couple more roleplayers. Hah.))

(I leave the choice to continue to you guys, I of course enjoy this rp, but three people will likely not go too well. I'm willing to try though. And as far as an entire guild goes, it will either gain rapidly, or slowly and very painfully die. Let's hope it's the former.)

Now, how do we get more peoples? XP))

((I'll try the cookie approach for now... Drat the title being long. I had to abbreviate "Staff Orientation"
If the rp doesn't take off here, it could be a bad sign for starting a guild, hah.))

((Alright, we'll just stay here for this particular roleplay. If this goes well, I'll retry the older/larger roleplay in the guild with both students and teachers.
Jivundus, feel free to send in an application.))

((I'm in. ninja ))
Maelle gladly took the seat next to Lise, whom she faintly recognized. Perhaps she had traveled with Armand and herself at one point? But she was not particularly focusing on remembering where they had met before. Instead she was focusing on the treacherous walk in between the door, and her seat. As she walked, she could feel that many of the other teachers’ eyes were on her. Judging eyes, and the eyes of men who were looking at her with impure thoughts.
Oh, how she longed for her petticoat! But it was too late for that. All she could do was sit down with as much dignity and grace as she could muster. And that’s exactly what she did. She let out a small sigh of relief once she had sat down, still making sure to keep perfect posture. At least now the attention would move from her to someone else.
Until she was mentioned by one of the others in the room. Just another moment… She told herself as she stood up. “I’m Maelle Porter, and I’ll be the school’s Doctor, as well as the herbalism teacher.” She said, before once again taking her seat.

((Just joined. I'm gonna attempt a decent first post now.))
During the time in which everyone had been speaking, a figure emerged from a shadow in the corner of the room. It wouldn't really be all that noticeable unless someone had been looking in that particular direction. The woman who emerged was dressed in black and dark grays. Her long black hair was pulled back halfway from her face, letting the rest of her hair hang down her back. This woman stayed where she was as she listened to the people who introduced themselves, including Isaac's long-winded one.
A few milliseconds passed after Maelle spoke and sat down. Then, the woman dressed in black decided to speak up. "Aria Niven. Art professor." That was all she said. She didn't think anything else she had been asked to say would be needed to be said by her.

((xp Yup.. dunno if it's still blank now because it's not on the page.))
Oh! Another girl! Girls outrank guys in sensibleness! Lise thought with a smile directed at the new teacher. She didn't even notice the new teacher until she talked.
Lise felt that girls were more sensible than guys mostly because of Armand's behavior. Compared to him, most girls appeared to be more logical and careful. If Maelle and Lise had met before, Lise certainly didn't remember. She was just glad to have another female around, but felt kind of sorry for Maelle's dress. It looked expensive.

((As usual, this poll will effect a later event. I put "Other" instead of the Academy Building because there are too many rooms in there.
I'm not sure what to make of the title issue. I tried tweaking the title, but it still remains invisible on that guild page.))
Armand merely grinned when the latter two women introduced themselves. It would have been more fun to have them answer why they were at the Academy, but there was no point to drag it out, although it could be amusing.
"Alright then, now that there are more of us around, let's continue. The late stragglers can catch up to their detriment later.
As you might imagine, this Academy and its buildings aren't typical. As Academy staff, we have to the duty to be alert for anything that seems strange and be ready for anything." The headmaster knew he would be garnering dirty looks from some of the staff. "I encourage you to look out for each other."
In more than one way. Prank each other or save each other or both. We'll see how this goes. Armand had a light mischievous look in his eyes.
"Now, there is much to learn about this Academy, and you will learn more during the course of this orientation. Perhaps, there is even magic involved! However, in the event that you have any questions or concerns, do feel free to stop me in the halls or find me at my office on the ninth floor." He continued on, not letting anyone halt him at that statement.
"I believe I have taken enough of your time for now. I am sure some of you will need to finish unpacking. We will meet on the tenth floor at the observatory for an evening dinner and more. Meanwhile, please choose a number from one to ten and keep it in mind." The headmaster ruffled his hair and stood up. He would head back to his office unless someone stopped him. However, he had no intention of truly answering questions.
It had been a most useful meeting, though it was not particularly obvious to everyone.
