ariella look at the door then leaned to micheal and spoke quitely a long time ago there was this blind girl mary...something i cant recall but she was around shortly before and for a good period of time after he was turned he was...protective of her and i had thought he had changed her but i guess not she sighed please do mention i said any of that it is not my place to talk about it

time has passed and lance walks into the room quite angry he sits down in a chair in the corner then stands back up "damn it" he then moves the now broken book that was in the chair and puts it back on the shelf

Aria quietly pressed the door open and knocked twice. She looked up at Lance and bit her lower lip. "Are you alright?" she whispered and stepped inside of his room, closing the door behind her.

"yeah its just forsyth....i don't get mad like that often and it will take me a bit to cool off" he shook his head and said "but where are my manners have a seat" he then looked at all the chairs there were all filled with books "just move the books of the chair first"

Aria glanced over to the chairs covered in books and smirked. She scooped them up, clearing up two chairs she lightly tugged on his hand and sat down. "You sit too." she whispered and found she was more worried about him than herself. "He has that affect on people. He can act like the perfect gentleman but... you can just tell he's a jackass..." Aria leaned back in the chair and curled up, tucking her knees up to her chest. "Tell me what you are thinking about?"

lance finally stay down in the chair he had intended to sit in a bit of a smirk on his face "what am i thinking....well not much at the moment when i get worked up things go blank..."

Aria looked into Lances eyes and smiled. "Dont let him get to you. He's gone now and with a bit of luck his clan will tear him apart. Just relax," she cooed and cast her eyes down. "So er... dont be mad ok?"

lance sighed a bit an relaxed "its okay it just takes me a bit to calm down" he put his finger under her chin "im more worried about you though" he gently touched the bruise on her face "do you want something to help soothe that"

Arias hands fluttered up to her cheek. She frowned and found it stung a bit. "No, if Im going to be a badass vampire like Lady will want me to be, I better get used to pain. Besides, Forsyths done more damage, this isn't bad." She smiled bravely. "Im nervous about this whole thing though... she can read my mind. I can't say what Im thinking or even think what Im thinking... I dont want to play by her rules and if she gets pissed... the psycho in her will tear me to shreds. I have a feeling she's gonna be way tougher than Forsyth." Aria gushed, feeling weak for admitting so much. "Im trying to be greatful... but I just feel so raw."

lance smiled a bit and removed his hand from her face "trust me this is for the better and besides lady is not as bad as you think......she has to be the way she is especially with the way her father is" he shuddered a bit "i met him and it was not a fun experience"

Arias shoulders sagged and she turned her attention to his desk that was cluttered with books. "I know you're right..." she whispered and dropped her chin into her open palm. She inhaled deeply and looked back at Lance. "Did you ever have a problem with this? Lady said I was the only one here who had a master. Did yours just let you go?"

lance bit his lip "i never technically had one i was turned as a means of revenge" he sighed "but im extremely lucky though trust me a master is always the best way....provided you have a good master" he seemed uneasy talking about his past

Aria noticed his unease and took his hand in hers. She looked into his eyes sincerely for a moment before giving his hand a squeeze and turning back to his pile of books. "So... you reading any good books?" she asked light heartedly picking up a large leather bound book. "Sweet Lord, is this an encyclopedia? This thing could crush me!"
