The reason hax items are called "hax" items is because some hackers can make them activate by assigning a button to make the item activate when they want. Now brightpower/lax incense can make a 100% accurate move miss, and focus band can make a pokemon with 1 hp live multiple times, my point is that these things don't normally happen with in the games usual algorithms, while critical hits do. I may also not that holding a scope lens is the equivalent of using focus energy. I don't consider scope lens a "hax" item, but I can't use my sniper Kingdra effectively because of it.

Judging by kingdra's defensive base stats,the max it can last is 2-3 turns(if you EV train it in defense and sp.def and if it's against physical sweepers) at most and it's speed could be easily outmatched by several OU physical sweepers.By the time it sets up a focus energy,the next turn is the only time you can use it.After that it's dead.You'd be much better off with a swift-swim Kingdra.Starting with that ratio at the moment of it's release gives you too much of an advantage..A kingdra with max EV'd SPD with max EV'd ATK along with scope len could easily take down well set up walls if it has the sniper ability.This is all coming from my own personal experience with sniper kingdras.Don't take this too seriously,this is just what I think.I can't believe I'm having a debate in a tournament topic,I think I'll just stop here.

I lost against Burner for 1bp. Interesting battle. They're very bulky in my opinion, but I didn't know we could have leftovers on more than 1 pokemon?

@Jess- Don't be so sure of yourself. The trainers around here are pretty tough nuts to crack. Aria and Luth are, in my opinion, some of the best around.

Though, if you must know, being lv 100 is nothing to boast about since Wi-fi sets their levels to lv 100 at defualt. What matters most is EV trainer.
