actually lets make the dead line first so she can tell people the dead lines, when do we want to send the letter so our translater can tell us if he can have enough time to translate the last minute stuff, and everthing else so Nura ik need to talk to you mainly

alright everyone including Nura i have two translaters and the other one i can pester all i want, so now i was thinking that we would be sending the letters the begining of december maybe january (after the new chapter come out which i'm not sure exactly when that will be) so here is my thought prosses
-if we have anyone sending an actual item we will need those to be in at least a week befor (hard to traks the movment and how long it will be till it gets there when it's being shiped) and also who is going to recive these items
-letters will need to be in soon after or sooner because of tranlating so last day to turn those in will be 2 weeks and those will be sent in for translation via e-mail
-art work, can be e-mailed as well and because it dose not need to be translated can be a few days befor
what do you think tell me so we can make a set plan please

If you guys want to send it, it's best to do it before end of Jan because by then I will be very busy.... I will be pretty starting End of Nov until the first week of Jan as well so I probably won't be able to do any translating during that time sweatdrop
Maybe we can do artwork on one side and message on the other, kind of like a postcard!
@Kaga: Just curious, since you talked about real items, do some of you live closeby to each other? O.o
