pandalover09 a mysteriously small female figure wandered aimlessly into the hidden leaf village from her journey from her home ninja village of the north.
she wore the pure white cloak with her hood up that remained still even as she entered the village cautiously
the stranger looked at the attire of the hidden leaf village's shinobi from genin to jounin and villagers that walked peacefully while she wandered into the alien town she had never been before and from where her mouth was the leafs visitor raised her right arm slowly and delicatly with her fingers unzipped the cloak down and the white cloak fell to the ground around her and revealed a slightly tan colored girl with a white tube top and white skirt with black netted leggings as she abadoned her white cloak and headed for the hokages office two scythes clanked at her waist by a knotted tie.
The Leaf guards at the gate eyed her. "Hay! Missy! You got a visitor's pass!" He yelled as she started to walk past him.

Raka looked around as he sniffed the air, "Hmm...this is odd..." he said as he walked over to Ashi and put his hand on his shoulder gentily tapping his shoulder in morse code so as not to alert any listeners...
'Something doesn't feel right...I think she may be testing us,' Raka said as he looked around, 'Odama and I will be a distraction. Draw up some scouts as covertly as you can and send them to span the surrounded area...I don't know what kind of test this is but we need to make certain we aren't caught off guard so keep your eyes and ears open and don't get lazy...' with that Raka moved away from Ashi and stretched his arms...
"Jeeze...I wonder if there's ever been a more unreliable sensei than ours, she is really late," Raka said as loud as he could hoping to draw any observer's attention, "Well...I gotta go use the can and me and Odama are gonna grab a quick bite. You stay here and just draw or something..."
With that Raka walked back into the Village gate until he was out of sight, once there he formed a sequence of handsigns, "Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique..." Raka said softly as he sank into the earth, as he went he relayed directions to Odama in sign so the wolf would understand as it lept up against the gate and would go around to search for Suuhai's scent and try to flank her...
Raka then moved beneath the ground under the gate and started moving in a wide spread circulatory pattern around the main entrance as he searched for any sign of their sensei.

After hearing what Raka said, Ashi then said 'Alright, time to figure out where our sensi is' then he made a few hand signs and said 'Ink clone jutsu' and created 5 ink clone's with the ink scroll. 'This is what I need you to do, I what you five to go look around and see if you can find our sensi hiding around while I wait here and see if she ever arrives but don't go to far just in this area, NOW GO' Ashi said as he waited in his position to see if any of his ink clones or Raka have found here.

Raka slowly emerged from the ground as he looked around into the trees and around the area, sniffing the air trying to catch a scent or a clue, anything that would help him as he looked at the ground around him...
"Hmm..."

The guard slowly shifted features, taking on a feminine appearance before replacing her glasses.
"First rule of reconnaissance: When ninja are concerned your senses will betray you." She explained stepping out from the guard outpost. "Even with your prodigious ability to detect odor- it is both a strength and a weakness." She lectured. "Rely on ALL your tools. Social AND physical."

Ashi saw his sensi and dispelled the clones. 'So the test has already started' Ashi said to himself.

"Though you guys bit it didn't you?" He asked unsure. "Besides... you're kinda young to be a messenger don't you think?"
Something wasn't adding up. Did their Kage send a little kid?

I mean I don't want to sound cold... but do you want us to get our own people killed trying to liberate a few lone survivors? Wouldn't it be smarter to move into another village or something?" He asked quizzically, his hands on his hips.

Raka slowly rose to the top as Odama lept down from the trees nearby, "Humph...well I admit the ability to erase one's scent is impressive and indeed a weakness of mine...but...I just don't see how its possible to erase every trace of your scent," Raka said as he crossed his arms a little and sighed, "Well whatever...when are you going to start taking us seriously...?" he asked, a little cross that his pride as a tracker had been so greatly insulted.

"I didn't erase anything pup. You think to much inside the bo.." She jeered but then re-collected herself. She didn't have to "show off" for kids. That was so immature...
"We have been tasked with a VERY specific mission in the near future. It will be dangerous and vital to the survival of the Leaf Village. My job is to get you little pukes ready for it. Your talents will be invaluable- even more so than my own." She reported as if reading from a mission log.
"It will be... tracking the Tengu." She proclaimed. "So far... no one can gather intel on them and without information on who they are or what they are- we can't hope to defeat them. Understand?" She questioned with great discipline.

Ashi then thought 'Man, if only I knew the Art of cartoon: Beast mimicry jutsu then I'll be able to do this mission without ease.' Then he looked at his sensi and said "So how long do we have untill we start this mission?'
