"The guy Dusk left in charge when he ******** off, it seems." He ran his hands through his hair, shaking the dust off him. "I'll deal with him.." He sighed, trying to calm his wolf down. His wolf hadn't liked the other male, not one bit. Looking over to her, he couldn't help but smile a bit. She'd not been happy when he said he'd had to return here but.. She'd come with him and for that he was grateful.

"I see.." She explored the rooms -- the rooms she once so meticulously kept clean and tidy, the rooms they'd designed together.. The layer of dust disheartening, as well as the scents of others. Her own Club was a dire mess.. A shadow of its former self. Just what the hell had the Elders been playing at..? It depressed her enough to leave her happy life behind and come back here.. But this?

Watching her, he felt his heart ache slightly. He could see the sadness in her eyes, he could feel it within himself even. Heading after her, he gently slipped his arms around her from behind as she stopped in the bedroom. His lips pressing to her shoulder as he held her close. Truth be told, he hadn't expected the club to be still standing.. But it seemed it was, only just.

"Back where it all began.." She mumbled, trying to feel positive.. But right now, it was hard. Though she had to be strong, for him. She'd simply bury herself in work around the Club for a few days.

"Uh huh." He mumbled, resting his chin on her shoulder as he kissed her cheek softly. "Tomorrow, we go shoppin.. This place needs a lick of new paint and a few personal touches.." He mused.

"It stinks." She frowned, her more more childish wolf side not liking it at all. She hated bad smells -- the only sweat she cared for, was Kinikki's. "Not only can't they lead a race in a competent way, they can't wash or keep a home clean either."

"I know, I know.." He smiled a bit, nipping her ear softly as he held her close. "It's late now, how bout we order some food? We'll clean up tomorrow, I don't got anythin major to see to so.."

Closing her eyes as he found her ear, she blushed. "Home sweet home.. Or it will be, soon." She smiled a little.. Her hair had grown out since she'd last been here -- her frame much more toned. She'd loved exercising with him, back.. Back where Leon was.

"Wonder if the around the block still has my tab open.." He smiled. He'd been a regular customer of course. Hell, all the staff knew his name. He bought a lot and topped big. Of course they loved him. Gently kissing along her jaw, he used his finger to gently turn her face to his before kissing her lips gently.

"They adored you.. Ling?" She smiled, his kisses had certainly cheered her up more than ever. "Ribs, Cowboy.. I know you dream about those ribs.."

"Damn right I do." He smiled, gently turning her in his arms so she was facing him instead, his lips finding hers again as he kissed her lovingly. "And they loved me cause red's a lucky colour in China. Apparently if you get a red envelope in China means you get money. So.. I'm the equivalent to a red envelope." He grinned.

"Lady, when you got me all the time you don't need money.." He winked playfully, kissing her lovingly again before heading back through to the kitchen to find the food. His stomach was complaining. He wanted food. Finding the number for the Chinese take-away, he dialled it and smiled when he heard a familiar voice. "Guess who.." Well.. In New York, his accent was unmistakable.
