Salvatore paused for a second before producing the list of Jutsu he knew that he had prepared a head of time for whoever would be training him.
The note said:

Taking the note, Luo read it quickly, crumpling it as he had memorized the list. "Ah, I see. So you are like me then. I'll be glad to teach you the rest of the wind and water jutsu. I'm sure with my guidance, you'll surely be able to grasp these concepts."

Salvatore couldn't contain his excitement any longer. He leaped up several feet in the air, clicked his heels, and hollered, "I'm being taught by the KAGE!" When he finally landed he stood absolutely straight with a look in his eyes that said, "What next? What next? WHAT NEXT?!?"

As frost began to grow amongst the walls of the academy, the temperature dropped severly. As snow began to fall a fierce blizzard began to ensue. If one were to look outside they'd see a giant pillar seeming to touch the heavens origination from the Bloody Prarie

As a few hand seals were quickly formed, two water body clones were made. One to go to the park as he saw the emergency flare from the window, and the other to go see why the hell his friend was literally freezing his village. He then looked at the boy and smiled as he attempted to put the thought away of what was happening outside as the clones dashed out in the two directions. "Well, although you do have the essentials of both elements for combat, you need some of the defensive techniques as well. We'll start with the water wall jutsu and work from there."

Salvatore shivered as the temperature suddenly dropped. It was very strange, it shouldn't get this cold in the Mist village. But his worries were lower considerably when Luo sent a pair of clones out, no doubt to solve the problem. It was still freaking cold out......Salvatore grinned and gave Luo a thumbs up and said, "Alright! Lets get going!"

Luo nodded and formed the seals for the technique slowly and methodically in front of the boy, although usually it was not necessary for him to do so. Nodding, he looked at the boy. "Now for a demonstration. Go ahead and throw the slashing wind skill at me. I will show you how to effectively use this technique as an offense, and defense."

Salvatore grinned and leaped backward into the air and flashed the hands signs in a blur. "Slashing Wind Jutsu!" The surge of wind flew at Luo. When he landed, Salvatore decided to be a bit mischievous and made a quick dash to the side to get and angle at Luo and flashed more hand signs. "Wind Explosion Jutsu!" Now two attacks would bombard Luo.
(And this RPC is a Speed type, so I'm pretty sure that's a legal move.)

As Luo activated the jutsu, the slashing wind skill hit the cylinder of water, it's curved shape causing the attack to simply cause the water to ripple as the brunt of the attack was curved around it's sides. He then noticed out of the corner of his eye the sneakiness of the boy and chuckled a bit to himself as the wind luckily passed right behind him. As the wind explosion jutsu was called, Luo used the dual purpose of the shield as a pair of hands made of water rocketed out towards the boy, grabbing both of his wrists and slamming him into a nearby wall. A water tentacle then sprouted from between the hands from the shield itself, and wrapped around his neck gently, as it was just a demonstration. Luo's face could be seen through the water as it seemed to make calm sweeping noises as if he were standing in a creek. His smile disappearing, Luo looked the boy in the eyes. "This is the true power of this jutsu. Although its original use is defensive, it has the capability of acting in offensiveness as well, surprising your enemy. I showed you the seals before, and now I ask that you repeat them and perform the jutsu. By completion, I want you to be able to replicate what I have done." Luo then ended the jutsu as the water fell to the floor for the boy to use since at his level he needed somewhat of a source of water. At that moment, Luo felt a surge of information as the two clones he sent out earlier were dispersed.
((I want six posts for this, five being the training of actually creating the shield, and the sixth being at least six sentences of you incorporating the appendages of the jutsu.))

As fordon moved passed the academy he focused on the left leg. it was the last part of the body that he had to learn. he kept practicing on moving quickly and silently through. he also kept visulizing and striking silently as he went. once he had finish memorizing the points he took off for the next part of the village

Fordon came to the academy and ran circles around it. he was almost finished with this lap of the village. he was sweating and in pain but he knew it was better to hurt now then to die later. he gave it he all and began to push to the gates of the village. he left going a little faster then when he came.

Salvatore nodded and began. He ran through the hands signs a bit slow to make sure he had them down. A small, wide, foot high fountain like sprout popped up for a few moment before falling to the floor.

As the real Luo caught sight of Fordon the second time around, he noticed he had more weights on. He had a feeling he had something to do with that. He then looked at Salvatore with a smile. "Try again. Perform the seals with confidence, and visualize the technique in your head."

Fordon arrived at the school with the two sets of weights strapped on. he looked around at the school till he saw luo. Fordon approached him and bowed. "you told me i would finish training here my lord" he said quietly.

Nodding, Luo looked at Fordon, assuming it was his clone who sent him there. "What is it that I am supposed to train you in if I may ask Fordon?"
