My favorite animal will always be the rat. I love their history and how they got their horrible name. I work in a pet store and sometimes even my coworkers say "you have RATS?!" and shudder a little. When people think rats they think of THIS. When I think of rats I think of THIS. I'm kind of shocked there's very few species of birds up there. Since Panda and Red Panda (not even of the same species) are categorized in the same area I'm going to request a generalized category of "Parrot" and add me to that list as well. I love watching birds fly. Any kind of birds... those little brown hoppy birdies (house sparrows), crows, ducks, geese, ravens, hawks, owls of all kinds (the beautiful silent killers), falcons, macaws of all types, conures, senegals, basically any kind of parrot (even budgies), finches... and even though these aren't birds; bats, flying squirrels and sugar gliders as well. **Someday** I hope to get a Southern Flying Squirrel. I've done way too much research not to ^_^. Once I move to a state where they're legal to sell, I will get one. Then my birdie Calypso and my future squirrel can have flying contests hehe. So yes, to summarize: Rats, Southern Flying Squirrel, Parrots, Birds of Prey, any other birds on your list, oh and bunnies.

I would hate to disapoint you, but the difference between your pictures of the two rats, is that the one you like, is a mouse; not a rat. sweatdrop

Aaah... I like golden eagles, poison dart frogs, and hammerhead sharks. They're fantastic!

I don't see how y'all can pick just ONE best animal.
I mean, they are so amazingly different and unique, it's like picking your favorite child. (Which, even if you have one, you prolly shouldn't do, as it may cause mental trauma. xp )
