If you looke at my WIP, you'll see that I fixed up the breasts, legs, arms and face a bit. I still need to find a better colour for the lips...
How'z'it now? The breasts look much better. The arms still look more short than foreshortened. I'm sure there are some tips out there on the net dealing with foreshortening. The legs look good, though I think some shading from the knee down on the leg on the left would make it look more like it was bent.
The thing I think would make the most dramatic difference would be balancing the shoulder angle in relation to the hip angle. You have the hips right, with the side that has the weight carrying leg higher, but the shoulders don't fit. I've made a quick sketch to show what I mean

The hips and shoulders should be at opposing angles....Unless we're supposed to be catching her in the middle of some kind of action or you planned for her to not look like she's calmly standing. In which case ignore my comments about the shoulders.
