He wasn't sure why her face started to turn red. Rais hadn't been around blushing girls very. "Why? They don't look bad." They were just antennae, gave her character. Like his antlers were different than most faun.

She refused to look at him, indignant. So what if it wasn't his fault that she told him. She could still act like it was. "Because, its different. Society in general can't handle change." Said antennae twitched. Some pae wore clothes. Some pae were born blind. She, had antennae attached to her head.

He frowned at her, "Society can't handle antennae? Then who cares about them?" Why should she bother caring. If it was him they would show respect...but that came with being leader. "Do you feel shame for them?" All that mattered was respect for yourself, really.

And just like that, her spunk was back. She puffed up her chest. "Shame? Ha. It only comes with the territory, being a goodluck pae and all."

Rais nodded, he doubted that was the pae she was, but wasn't going to call her on it. The lighthouse was much bigger now. "Almost there." He was a bit happy, because then he could go back to his home and leave this girl with her parents.

And it was already dark. The lighthouse loomed ahead, making her heart sink with every step. She knew she had to go home, but every second brought her closer to her fathers inevitable fury. "Uhh...hey...to make sure this isn't some weird dream, can you come by sometime?" Really, she was just lonely. She didn't have any friends. But like heck was she going to tell him that.

"I assure you it's not a dream." Could he be dream worthy? Rais wanted to chuckle at that thought. He then thought on her request. "I think so, you can come back to Laisidhiel as well. It's always open." Even if sometimes he wished that statement was untrue.

She shook her head, causing those fire red locks to sway. "No no. You got to come visit me, else no one else will be able to back me up when I say I met you."

"Ok, ok." He could do that. If he remembered where her house was. He got so turned around when not in his safe tree. "I can try and do that." Would no one be home when he got there? He could very well meet them now.

Oh...they'd be there alright. But they wouldn't be in a friendly meeting mood though. She sighed when they at last reached headquarters, slowing to a stop. "This is it..."

"Would you like me to see you in?" He asked as he opened the door and held it open for her. Rais was usually gallant and chivalrous. He hadn't had that opportunity last time.

A pretty shade of red spread across her cheeks as her emerald eyes widened slightly. No one ever had treated her like...that...before. "If you want to, I guess." She spoke stubbornly. Though, she kind of liked it. The female walked into the lighthouse. "My names Cressida...by the way. Not Shageki."

Rais did the next thing he usually did when meeting ladies, he bowed. "Nice to meet you, Cressida." He wasn't doing this to impress, it was just the way he was raised. He was quick to temper when he knew his people were in trouble. How he had acted when first coming to the isle proved that point. Now he was acting more himself. He was glad she finally didn't lie, but at the same time cared not what her name was.

"Wish I could say the same." She muttered. She told him the truth finally, but only because if he called 'bye shageki' infront of her father he'd freak. Even worse then he already was going to. The female had to smirk at that. Using her older brothers name in case she got in trouble. Her father would have a field day with his goody nature. "Now that I think about it, you remind me of my Uncle Tristen...I always disliked him." And though now she wasn't lying, this was ultimately who Cressida was.

Rais' eyebrow twitched at the girl's elude to disliking him. What did it matter if a demon disliked him anyway? He didn't love demons very much as it was. "Oh, well, maybe I would get along with this Uncle of yours." He chuckled at that.
