These people were really weird, Amelia decided, studying her menu intently. All of them were... really odd, but they were nice enough. That raven man with the wine, flapping his wallet around, she couldn't be that sure about, having not truly interacted with him yet, but he seemed nice enough. Kyros still seemed rather father-like, sitting at his seat, looking rather pleased with how things were turning out. Jyoti and Teifi were just like the little sister and kind mother, really... Like a big family...
Amelia jolted to attention first as Kyros shouted, then got a chair for the walking corpse (apparently named Charles). She looked at him (it?) curiously before putting her eyes back on the menu. She tried not to focus on it too much as she tried to decide between a soup dish and something with pork in it. If they liked him, he had to be nice... right? They wouldn't let him attack someone in their sleep or something...
Amelia had just managed to decide when Kyros shouted once more, and Amelia literally dropped her menu that time. "G-Give it a few minutes," she tried, looking over to Kyros. She held up her hands and smiled a little. "It takes the chefs a while sometimes, especially when there's a big party. So, uhm," Amelia tried to divert his attention; maybe if she got him talking, he'd get distracted until his food arrived... "where exactly did you guys travel from? We get travelers from all over."

"Sorry Roy, I just can't help it," he said as he rubbed the back of his head. He had always talked to Roy with his name formally. It's how he talks to any noble really, they are a higher social status to him that's why.
He was surprised when Roy said that was his mom. "Umm hi there, Miss Ninian, it's nice to meet you," he said to her. Oujay never expected his mom to look like this, but then he had never seen his mom, so how would he know what she looked like.

Sue and Nino's food arrived. Nino took her salad and smiled. Nino was, again, taken out of her daydream. "What?" She muttered. "Oh! Food! Could I um... Have some dressing?" She asked. She poured a little salt and some pepper on the salad.

<[ – K Y Ř O Ş – ]> o[-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]o -...I can change your life, rest assured...- "I have seen love in vain..." "...I have felt the pain..." Kyros burst into laughter again at Amelia's flinching, something she seemed to not be used to. Someone living in Eyris of all places should be accustomed to the hustle and bustle, the roaring drunks, the playing children. But, it was no big deal. While she did have a point, his stomach could hardly be ignored, before the other customers started to look like giant hunks of meat, all the more appetizing in the absence of his order.
His mouth began to salivate, his eyes going wide, as if he'd gone into some odd trance. His hand carefully moved towards his back, caressing the handle of the axe like it wasa a lost lover. His hand began to tense on the concealed handle, and then...
A waiter came rushing in, carrying the Warrior's soup. The hand eased from the axe, playing it off as scratching the back. An itch seemed reasonable, given the armor he was wearing, and the little movement he'd done in ages. Maybe there was still some stone in there or something. As the plate landed on the table, soup sloshing about in the bowl, Kyros looked up at the man, smile still on his face.
"Thank ya kindly, kid." He reached into his pocket, pulling out a few gold coins, gently tossing them at the waiter. "Sorry 'bout that, lost my temper a bit." The smile still refused to fade, even after the waiter scurried away, where a frantic woman, white of hair, orange of clothing, ran about the kitchen in a frenzy. The head chef, maybe?
Kyros pushed all wandering thoughts from his mind as he gazed into the soup, barbarously picking up a spoon and gluttonously devouring it, hardly any stops for air. He'd gone far too long without any decent cooking, and he wouldn't let his little daydreams pull him from the first of many meals of this new life.
However, he did stop once Amelia had addressed him, inquiring as to where they came from. "...us? Well, we're from all over. Some of us came from other lands, others from neighboring countries. But, we all ended up together, like some weird cosmic famiy, fatefully intertwined...." He laughed again, expecting Amelia to be startled by his philosophical remark, and returned to his soup, guzzling it down as he was before."...Torn by desire..." "...Lead by the fire..." (I know what it means to burn.) o[-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]o <[ – S A V O R • T H E • M O M E N T – ]>

"Ninian, it's good to see you again." Sue greeted the dancer, glad to have hers and General Roy's company. Food did bring people together... how pleasant.
Also, Oujay was here too. Everyone seemed to populate the restaurant all at once, just to swap tales. It was lovely.

Amelia watched Kyros closely, confusion clear in her features. What was going on? His gaze was focused on the woman nearby, a lady eating a breadstick rather calmly, chatting with friends. Amelia looked back to Kyros. His hand was moving towards his back, and... was that his axe handle there? She couldn't tell, it looked like he was just clutching onto something there, maybe a fistful of fabric...
Then there was a boy arriving, putting a bowl of soup right in front of Kyros. He looked to be scratching his back... yeah, that was it. Totally fine. Amelia relaxed and spoke briefly to the waiter before he departed, asking before her food before sinking into her chair. You're too worked up... relax...
Amelia watched him eat in vague fascination. Like a starving bear, she thought. He barely seemed to take in oxygen in between bites, he just kept eating. He finally sat up later and answered the question she'd asked him. Well, not the answer she'd wanted, but it was an answer. Amelia just nodded slowly, deciding that he made a lot of sense. That was how everyone at Fefga's manor had ended up, sort of.
"I see," she murmured, a small smile on her face.

Uncle Canas A lone man in a dark purple robe, sat alone in a corner of the resturant. He was well dressed, as a scholar should be, and in his hand he carried a Tome. He delved into it, setting to work on getting comfortable reading 'The Song of the Eight Legends'. It was a story about the ancient heroes put into a poem. He red aloud, and yet only to himself,
"Pride hath Durbans, wisdom Athos hath; And both of them shew marvellous courage; Once they are horsed, once they have donned their arms, Rather they'd die than from the battle pass. Good are the counts, and lofty their language. Giant Dragons come cantering in their wrath. Says Athos: 'Behold and see, Roland, These are right near, but home is very far. On the olifant deign now to sound a blast; Were The others here, we should not fear damage. Only look up towards the Pass of Bern, In sorrow there you'll see the whole rereward. Who does this deed, does no more afterward.' Answers Durbans: 'Utter not such outrage! Evil his heart that is in thought coward! We shall remain firm in our place installed; From us the blows shall come, from us the assault.'"
He fixed his monocle and continued to read silently. He heard a ruckus but was too entranced in his study to be bothered by it all.

Meanwhile, Domanova had already ordered, politely nodding to the waitress who'd set down a basket on his side of the table.
There is a strategy to this, he thought to himself, chewing the end of a breadstick, One must always order appetizers, in cases of extreme hunger, lest one's stomach grow unruly...
"Tell me, Charles," asked Domanova, turning to his companion, "are you still in need of food in this state? And, moreover, what type of food is it?" He chuckled. "It isn't brains, is it, my dear?"
The sage scanned the room. So many new faces to see, and his old companions looked so happy. Even Charles! What a miracle, he thought, and he took a small sip of wine. His eyes caught a head of purple hair--a man with a monocle, perhaps another scholar, deeply engrossed in some sort of book. He debated going over and speaking to him (were his lips moving? He couldn't hear him speaking over the others) but decided against it. At least until he was done eating.

Break me, shake me, hate me... But when the madness stops, you'll be alone.→τειғι← ◣ ♪ I can't feel nothing at all... ♪ ◥ You've confused me in a way that I've never known... She'd been late- she hadn't meant to be- but worry had gnawed at Teifi when Misura had been nowhere in sight. What was the girl doing? After about ten minutes of wandering, though, her eyes fell on the Arena; a sigh escaped her lips as she made her way back to the restaurant she had left her makeshift family at. A small smile was over her features, though- she'd save some leftovers for the girl. She was probably having a grand old time at the Arena, knowing her swordsmanship. Raising the little headband again, it fell over her eyes as she walked into the restaurant, letting her fully savor the aroma of the food that wafted up to her.
She raised the headband again to let her blue eyes see from beneath the headband, lightly bowing to a passing waiter and whispering a quick order into his ear. She didn't want to intrude, after all, and he seemed all too happy to listen to the woman's request.
I haven't had a lovely order of soft-shelled crab in years... Sitting down in the seat across from Amelia, she nodded with a small smile to Jyoti and hid the nervousness she felt at her close proximity to the young blonde General. Teifi had to make up for lost time, but didn't want to seem pushy, either.
"Apologies for being late. I was looking for a missing member of our group." Looking to Kyros with a giggle, she passed him a napkin and pushed up the bandana again as it kept falling before her eyes.
"Breathing between bites, Kyros?"
Nodding gratefully and thanking a waiter as he placed a bowl of soup before her- she assumed it was Castello's doing- she waited for Amelia to respond before beginning to eat. It just wouldn't do to try to speak with one's mouth full, after all!
She gave a quick wave to Domanova and Charles. She was surprised how well the Entombed had held up after all this time, but thought it better to say nothing, for now.۞ You just keep me contemplating that your sσuℓ is _slowly _fading... ۞

Things were settling down, at least. With Kyros shoveling food into his maw faster than Amelia felt should be humanly possible, he was actually rather quiet. No booming voices demanding more food. Castello was busy with his wine, and in general, things had calmed down. Amelia relaxed into her chair. A lot of oddballs, as she kept telling herself, but they were nice people.
Amelia looked up as Teifi, still wearing the odd headband from before, slid into a seat across from her. The warm smile on her face was reassuring, and Amelia smiled back. "Apologies for being late. I was looking for a missing member of our group."
"Oh... right. Not all of the seats are taken yet." Amelia cast her gaze around the table, wondering just who exactly their missing comrade was before looking back to Teifi. "I presume there wasn't much luck in finding her," she finished lamely. Yes, state the obvious. Good work.
Amelia cleared her throat, rubbed the back of her neck, and looked at Teifi again. The headband was very badly in her eyes, but... it seemed to be made of some sort of cloth. "Can't you just tie that headband into a smaller loop? It'd drive me nuts to have that in front of my eyes all the time."

Sue could feel sympathy for Teifi, not being able to find someone that she was looking for. "I'm in the same boat." She said out loud. "There's a few friends of mine that I need to look for to so... when we're done, we can all look together for our missing group members."

Charles followed his old friend inside, rendering the guest pool aghast. "I don't believe my limbs will fall off, though I'm not sure about this body. I have only been in it for a day, you see."
He sat next to Domanova, and turned to him. "I do believe that I no longer need nourishment or sustenance, however. I hunger not, and I believe I run completely on magical power-- say, is that what gave you your body?"
"Just how is everyone together again?" he asked, puzzled. "And where is that Ledreak? I'd think he'd be shouting, making commotion by now."

•I bear the seed of ruin… •A golden age turned to stone… вєαѕтмιѕтяєѕѕ єѴєℓYη Sometimes I wonder why they need me at all! … For this, a tragic journey• … A vision of a dying embrace• It didn’t matter if pacing got nothing done, Evelyn would still be doing it.
It had been roughly a day now with no signs of Triumph, but she was sure he was alive. He couldn’t die, could he? It had only been five hundred or so years since she had last seen him. But who knew how long monsters lived. It was possible he died hundreds of years ago, or just a few. Something was telling the teal hair girl though, that the Gwyllgi still lived today, and she would believe that for now unless otherwise told.
“Blast, I’m starved,” Evelyn grumbled, her arms crossed in front of her in a defiant manner as she walked. When she had arrived in Eyris with the others, she had been the first to split from the group. Perhaps she just wanted some time to herself, saying she hadn’t had enough of that already, or perhaps she just--- well, neither of that matters. Evelyn was an enigma, a cursed being whose existence had been well scorned in the past, if she wanted to do something, she would do it; life was as simple as that for the young adult.
In the blink if the eye, the formerly angry girl turned into one full of joy and in her joy she began… skipping. It was strange, unusual, but since it was Evelyn it was perfectly normal that her mood swing from one extreme to the next without warning. It was as if a little person spun a wheel inside her head when it was time to switch extremes and pick one for her; that’s just how random they were.
The Beastmistress couldn’t remember how she knew; just she somehow knew that the others would be at the restaurant. My, isn’t she clever? Thus, arrive at the restaurant she did, and if anyone had to make her presence known it was Evelyn. With a quick movement, she pushed past the owner and proceeded to the table for ten, no, it was eleven now; such a silly number.
“Jyooooottiiiiiii,” she chimed as she sat across from the slightly younger girl she viewed somewhat as a sister. “Who’s this? A friend? Someone you know? Someone you just met? All of the above? What is she? Will she be my friend too?” Evelyn snapped her mouth shut once all the quests had been released and proceeded to appear to be pouting. “Jyoooottttiiii. Have you seen Triumph?”

A small, delicate flower, fluttering in the breeze...... A petal, claimed by a gentle wind, floats away... ☼ JYOTI ☼ ¤▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬¤Jyoti nodded slightly in acknowledgment to Teifi, not willing to so anything else. Wonder who she was looking for. Was it Misura? Eh, it doesn't matter too much... Misura can take care of herself, I'm sure. She stared at the table boredly, pressing small indents into her napkin with her fork. I could talk more with Amelia, but--
"Jyooooottiiiiiii, who's this? A friend? Someone you know? Someone you just met? All of the above? What is she? Will she be my friend too?"
A bright smile came to her face at the sight of her old friend. "Evelyn! You made it! I'm so happy to see you!" She nodded, twisting a bit so she was facing both Amelia and Evelyn at the same time. "Evelyn, this is Amelia! Amelia, Evelyn!" She patted Amelia's shoulder lightly with one hand, turning back to the beastmistress. "Just met her. And guess what? She's from Magvel, too!"
Jyoti blinked as Evelyn pouted and asked another question. "Truimph? No, I haven't seen him recently. I was wondering where he was, actually... he tends to stick out in a crowd and, well, people were already startled enough by ol' Charles here." The valkyrie explained, gesturing with one hand at the Entombed before continuing. "It's strange to see you without Triumph, though..."¤▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬¤... Miledy was just in the area when she noticed some familiar faces and some sort of ruckus emitting from the restaurant. Taking a peek in, she notices faces such as Oujay and Roy. Not many people didn't know Roy because of the war against her country, Bern. Miledy had never really talked to Oujay, and she had always considered Oujay to be a bit on the quiet side... not that she wasn't herself.
Deciding to see what was going on, Miledy headed toward the rather large table and tripped over Canas's robes, and caught herself on his table, upsetting the reading of his book.
