 Mitsukai smiled at Adam. "No problem." She said smiling. She sighed when Cory left. "YAY, he's gone." she said and giggled. She didnt want Cory messing with her life again.  Joseph looked at L and smiled. "Yea, lets go swimming." He suggested. "Y'all come to." He said getting up. "Meet up at the pool, kay." He said smiling and headed to his room. He looked through his clothes and found some black swim shorts and put em' on. He grabbed his towel and walked to the pool.
When he got there he looked around the pool, he loved this place. Joesph sat down by the edge of the pool and waited for the rest to get here. He was mad that Cory was going here this year. He could deal with Kyuubi, just not Cory.Mitsukai got up and walked to her room, liking Joesph's idea. When she got to her room she got dressed in her lime green bathing suit. When she was done getting dressed she walked into the pool area. "Hey." She said to Nathen and sat down next to him.
Mitsukai loved swimming but she hated the memories at this pool. She looked around the area thinking of times she swam here with Minron or Kyuubi. Or other people. This pool was memorie filled.

Kyuubi liked this idea. He went to his room and changed into his swim shorts. He remembered the times he had swam with Mitsukai at that pool. He walked to the pool after getting a towel. He saw some of the others and used his powers to create a large splash. He then jumped into the pool. "Hey Mitsukai, hey Joseph."

L jumped up at the idea, thankful to get out of the cafeteria. "You coming?" She called to her brother, but when he responded with a 'be there soon' she turned away. She went back to her dorm and sorted through her suitcase in search of her suit.
After what seemed like forever she found her suit and put it on. It was a plaid top that tied around her neck and the bottom was an adorable kilt. She turned in her floor-length mirror, examining the plaid outfit with her top hat. She finally decided it was cute enough and grabbed a towel before walking out of the room.
She arrived at the pool and shouted happily when she saw her friends. "YO!" She dropped her towel and top hat beside Joseph and Mitsukai, glancing over at Kyuubi with a smile.
The doors of the cafeteria bolted open as an angry Michaela walked in, feathers floating in the air around her. You could tell she had previously been in the form of some winged animal and had just turned back.
She snorted in fury then caught the eye of Adam, recognizing him from somewhere. "Do I know you?"
Adam looked up at her a little afraid. "Yeah, your name's Mick right? I think I met you at a party. I'm Adam." The girl nodded in remembrance and finally showed a smile. "I was about to go to the pool with my friends. Um .. Do you want to come? You seem kind of angry so .."
Mick smiled at the kind boy. "Yeah I remember you, I was dating Vick and we were hanging out with your sister. Um ... Yeah the pool sounds nice, I could use a distraction. Thanks."

Mitsukai laughed when Kyuubi jumped in. "Good job boy." She then jumped in and swam to Kyuubi, ignoring the huge rush of emotion because of their memories. Mitsukai looked at her lovly gloves, thankfull they were water proff. She swam feeling the water against her skin, a lovly feeling. She swam around, getting her much needed cardio. She than swam to the edge and laid her head on it.
Mitsukai letted her mind wander to times with Cory. Her first kiss. Her first make out. Her first time. All with him. She was a fool in love. But everything ended when she went here, and she didnt date anyone else but Kyuubi. Wow, only two boys her whole life. She dated Cory from 4th grade to her first year at this school, freshman year. He was her world. Then she dated Kyuubi from the middle of 9th grade, till the end of 10th grade. Now she was in 11th grade, ready to let em' all go. That was her love life. She wasnt the girl to fall in love easy or let go easy.Joseph watched at Mitsukai started swimming, then he got in. "Burr." He shivered befor he got adapted to the water. He than swam around, feeling the water. "Once everyone gets here we have to play a game." He said as he countinued swimming. Marco Polo sounded like a fun fun game. So he'd give it a try.
Joesph got out and went to the diving board. He did a flip/dive into the pool. Then he touched the bottum. When he finally got to the top of the water he took a gasp of air. He noticed Mitsukai by the side, but figured she'd want to think. After all the first guy she ever loved was at this school now. That had to be hard on her.Cory

Kyuubi swam under water and jumped out propelling himself onto the diving board. He did a cannonball into the pool. He was glad to be able to have fun again. When he was in his dimension all he could do was handle defences and resolve problems. He had been really bored.

Nikky was glad she made Mitsukai smile, plus, a reason for a party later. "Swimming, Excellent!!" She commented, getting up and making her way up to her dorm. All of her things were still sitting in their bags by the door. Nikky sighed in frustration that she was a procrastinator. Digging through her bags, she searched for her hot pink and blue, the exact shade of her eyes, striped bathingsuit. After about ten minutes, she finally found it, put it on, and scrounged up a fluffy towel to accompany her to the pool.
"Hey guys!" Nikky called as she came into sight of the pool. Dropping her towel on a nearby beach chair, she ran and did a cannonball into the pool. Her head resurfaced and she was laughing. "How was that?" She asked, hoping she splashed a majority of them.
Nikky swam over to a corner of the pool and pulled herself out to sit on the ledge. She noticed the thoughtful expression that occupied Mitsukai's face, the happy face that was on Kyubbi, a concerned look on Joseph, and L was probably really happy without her tophat on. "So, Mitsukai, what movie are we gonna watch tonight??"

Kyuubi used his powers to make a slide made of water. "I am glad to be able to have fun again." He decided to tell the others. He went to the top of his slide and went down it. He soon shot out of it and splashed into the water.
"Hey" Kyuubi replied to Nikky. He saw her run and do a cannonball. "That was good." Kyuubi laughed. He never knew he could have so much fun.

Thorne had arrived on campus a few hours before, a sweet relief to the hell-hole that he had to endure each summer. It was stressful living with someone who hated you, and enduring their constant nagging, and yelling. It would be enough to make someone explode…literally.
He had been looking forward to a few precious hours where he could soak in the pool alone and de-stress, but as he entered the swimming house those peaceful thoughts crashed and burned. Thorne’s eyes narrowed in agitation as he stood just inside the entrance clad in his blood red trunks with his black towel thrown over his shoulder. From his vantage point he could clearly see his classmates splashing about and generally making a commotion destroying his last hopes of a stress-free afternoon. Scowling he made his way to a beach chair only to have his path blocked by a pair of freshmen girls making eyes at the guys in the pool…how disgusting. Well he would have to put a stop to that. Turning his mischievous smirk into an easy going grin, he approached them his hand raised in hello.
“Hey.” They turned surprised, that a senior would be addressing them, right before their faces turned to shock. His hand detonated covering them and himself in blood. He made sure the explosion was loud, so that anyone in the area could hear stopping all merriment for the moment, but not powerful enough to cause any damage. He waited a few moments letting them get an eyeful of the bloody stump where his hand should have been, before quickly regenerating effectively retracting all blood and tissue back to his now normal hand.
He laughed at their expressions, but his face quickly turned to a scowl as he growled, “Move.” Thorne pushed his way past them before seating himself on a chair near the pool, but far from the annoying freshmen.

Mitsukai looked at Nikky. "That one you wanted to see with that really hot actor." she said smiling. Then kinda giggled. Mitsukai already knew the whole deal for tonight, and it would rock. Mitsukai really needed to go shopping tonight to get NIkky's gift
Mitsukai swam around the pool letting the water relax her. She letted herself forget all the stupid drama as she swam. Mitsukai laughed at kyuubi's made up slide and got on it. She slid down and splashed into the water. "Whoa!" She shouted laughing. Mitsukai noticed some guy she hadnt noticed befor. So she crawled out of the water and walked to the chairs, to talk to the guy over there (thorne]
"Hello." Mitsukai said smiling. He seemed stressed, but maybe talking to him would make him feel better? Who knew. "You gonna swim?" Mitsukai asked softly. The boy didnt look like a freshman, but she never noticed him befor. Obviously not a first year, with his epic hand display earlier, though she bearly saw what happened. All she heard was a pow and a regenerating hand.Joseph hopped in the pool and swam around. "Whoa! Nice cannonball Nikky." He complemented as he swam around. He watched as Mitsukai slid down the slide. It looked fun, so he'd try it later. "Let's play a game!" he offered. Marco polo sounded real fun, so that was his idea of a fun game.
Jospeh heard a loud bam noise and looked at the new guy. "Cool." he said softly and laughed at the first years looks. It was always funny when someone teased the freshman.

Minron was still trying to live with being human, but the transition was in fact very hard for him; all of his morals and habits couldn't be truly done while human. Minron's excessive eating to control his hunger rage was no longer a factor since it went away with the transition. The over the top height he use to have was gone and in fact he was short now, no longer tall like he use to be as a Lizardman. Worse of all, Minron's armor no longer accepted him as its owner and sat in his room to gather dust. Nothing in the old book told him about this curse, so Minron had to accept the unpredictable and get use to being partly human; his powers were apparent still and when activated, his eyes turned to that of a lizard, so he was pleased he wasn't one hundred percent human. Minron's eating habits were now more sophisticated and he didn't limit himself with meats like he use to; now Minron ate assortments of food that his new taste buds accepted. School life was easier since now he didn't need to sit on the floor during class; his bulk often broke the desks. There were no more whispers from others about how different he was, just how short he was. Life was in fact better, but Minron could only hope no other Lizardmen saw this disgrace or he would be dead meat.
Today started out well with breakfast and class, but now was a time for everyone to be doing their own thing. While others were at the pool, Minron was inside studying for his next classes; if this human thing was permanent, he wanted to be ready with an education to join the regular society. It wasn't like he didn't look normal, besides the scar; he had got it from a battle when he was sixteen, but Lizardmen didn't reveal scars too well and only when he was human did it display. While Minron studied, he spent his time eating a light snack too, which he never had anything light while he was a Lizardman. Swimming was something Minron was use to as a Lizardman, but as a human he almost drowned his first try despite his ability to breathe under water. Due to the change in his lungs combined with his underwater breathing, Minron couldn't handle the situation and confusion of his body and results were he spent two hours unconscious under water, though he resurfaced fine. Since then, Minron had stayed out of the pool despite how many times he was urged to go in and swim. This time was no different and he stayed back from anyone who was going there, trying to blend into the background literally; camouflage was a reflex during this situation and Minron was blending into a wall the best he could since clothes didn't change with him.

Kyuubi had seen what the new guy had done. It intrigued him. He saw Mitsukai introduce herself. He smiled. He looked over to Joseph. "Sure" He was in the mood for a game. He remembered the times when he had to fight his brother. His memories seemed to crawl to his brain the more he was in the pool. He hated some of the memories.
He wondered if Minron was going here this year. He missed the big Lizardman. Kyuubi knew Minron might not be taking still being human well. He hoped that eventually Minron could be made back into a Lizardman.

Thorne rested his head in his hands as he tried to relax. If only his mother wasn’t such a pain in the neck, he wouldn’t have to go through this each time he came back to school. Even the exhilaration of detonating seemed less thrilling when he was this tense. Thorne cursed his mother under his breath hating that she still wielded such a negative influence on him even when he was not in her presence.
A splash of water caused him to scowl even more so twisting his face into something close to pain. Ugh…he could feel a headache coming on. Noise was the last thing he wanted at the moment. Being so focused on his own sullen mood, Thorne did not notice the girl approach him, until she greeted him with a sunny smile.
The brightness of her mood compared to his was blinding and his scowl twisted more into a grimace. With difficulty he managed a slight quirk of his lips, before muttering a “Hey,” and giving her a cursory once-over. Dripping hair from her previous dip, pretty eyes, nice figure—nothing he hadn’t seen before. He recognized her from around the campus, but didn’t know her name or powers. An unfortunate thing seeing as she most likely saw what his were, but he doubted that she knew who he was, seeing as Thorne stayed in the background rarely coming out to socialize. He had little to do with others, and had even less things to talk about.
Her question was unoriginal, slightly substandard, and a bit predictable. It was a conversation starter, an invitation, if you will. It was ironic. Thorne wanted to be alone, but yet here comes someone breaking his train of thought, and disturbing his moment of “deep contemplation”. It was even slightly amusing. If she had noticed his little performance from before, she would have known that he was a freak who liked blowing up his own body, someone to stay away from, but here she was awaiting an answer.
Turning a slightly amused look in her direction, a crooked half-smile set on his façade, he regarded her carefully before answering. “That depends on whether you want me to.” His answer could be seen as flirtatious, but in actuality, he was being serious. It didn’t matter whether he was sitting in a chair or doing laps in a pool because Thorne had a feeling he wouldn’t be able to rid himself of his mood so easily.
Standing up to his tall height of 6’1”, he dropped his towel on the chair revealing his toned physique. Feeling pain as pleasure had its benefits, and Thorne spent many of his hours at the gym.
Perhaps being overly formal in gesture, but brief in words, He stuck out his hand to shake hers. “Thorne,” his light blue eyes steady on hers and his eyebrows somewhat quirked in silent question, while he remained quiet. His unvoiced question should have been heard.
As an afterthought, Thorne thought it best to give her a warning, “Be careful. I prickk.” His eyes sparkled mysteriously at that coupled with a slight smirk giving his face a slight dangerous edge. But behind his exterior, he was grave because Thorne was being…dead serious.

Mitsukai looked up at Thorne when he stood up. 'Goodness, he's tall. She observed his apperence. "Well, i wouldent ask you if i didnt want you to swim." Mitsukai said with a smile on her lips. When he held out his hand to hers she took his hand to shake it. Thank goodness she wore her glove when she swam. "Mitsukai." She said and smiled and let go after they shoke hands. Mitsukai giggled when she said he p***k. "I think i can handle that." She said and smiled.
"Come on!" MItsukai said and walked twords the waters edge. "Everyone, this is Thorne." She introdused to her friends. "And thats Kyuubi, Joesph, L, and Nikky" she introdused pointing to each of her friends as she said their name. She then sat down on the ledge. "Ohh, lets play Marco Polo!" Mitsukai said jumping slighly. She loved that game, it gave her the oppitunity to tag cute boys. Mitsukai looked around the pool for cute boys. Thorne and Kyuubi were handsome. Adam was handsom, but he wasnt here yet. Mitsukai made sure her gloves were on tight. She didnt want to touch the wrong person. Joseph looked at Thorne. "Hey." He said to Thorne. He looked like he could be cool. Mitsukai ofcourse hada invite him, she was bubbly like that. Plus his hand trick, was very cool. He observed his apperence. Thorne looked like someone who was kinda to himself. "I think i had a class with you last year." Joesph said softly, reconizing Thorne. Hm, why hadnt they talked befor then.
Smiling at Mitsukai Joesph nodded his head in agreement to Marco Polo. "You go first Mitsukai." Joesph demanded. Mitsukai rolled her eyes at that. "Fine." She said. Joesph laughed. Then Mitsukai hopped in the pool to the center. Joesph spreed to the back of the pool as she counted underwater.

"Hi" Kyuubi said to Thorne. Kyuubi went to the end of the pool. He was ready now. He had never played this game but he knew people found ti fun. He knew how to play as well. He was glad that he was meeting new people. He could tell Mitsukai wanted to make a lot of new friends. He admired that about her. She seemed to introduce herself to almost anyone.
