This is both a crucial and epic question.

Also about them getting it on all night long: of course they would. In fact, I imagine them doing it quite frequently before they have children, and quite frequently after the children leave. What reason would there be not to? It's silly to think that sex isn't a huge part of their relationship. And when you don't get tired, can heal any wounds with a simple word, and well... are as masochistic as Godfrey and Voldemort I see absolutely no reason not to have sex all night.
And all day. I mean, there would be "breaks" as with any long sexual escapade, but only because the beginning of sex, the first penetration, is a lot of fun.
*blinks* Godfrey can take a lot of pain, too, for sure. I'm sure he's fainted from bleeding out before and Voldemort had to fix him up. Seriously. Voldemort could seriously damage that boys internal organs and fix it so what the hell? Why not?

Oh god and now I got thinking about this story my friend wrote a long, long time ago about our characters, where his character has stitches in his stomach and his brother goes to fix him up because a stitch broke but instead he ends up ******** him and ohgod. That story is sexy, wish I still had ********. This is relevant to my interest. I am a sick individual.
WHICH BRINGS UP ANOTHER POINT. Pregnant Godfrey HAD to have a C-section for the babies. It is the only logical way for male/male pregnancies to happen I think. I mean, obviously magic and s**t is involved, but you still have to get that baby out of there in a very raw way.
More information/thought is needed about male pregnancies, I say...

I once roleplayed Link to someone's Dark Link, and Dark rammed a sword through Link's stomach to pin him down while he raped him. He also shoved Navi down Link's throat, lodging her too far down for him to cough up; he could barely breathe, and she struggled a bit before suffocating. He kept moving the sword in an out to ******** with Link - it wasn't through the spine, but rather some organs, and after awhile Link was going to die and Dark poured healing potion down his mouth.. which also brought Navi back to life. And the process began again.
Yup.
Regarding male pregnancies, initially I resolutely insisted on it happening through c-sections, but after awhile I adjusted my view because in my canon anyway, male pregnancies are a direct result of purebloods homosexual couples marrying; and because that practice goes so far back, before concepts of complicated surgery, I realized there had to be a more bodily way of dealing.
Fluid encasing the child releases before birth, washing out the a**l cavity, providing lubrication and a much cleaner exit. Then, you push. When you REALLY think about it, it's no more weird than squatting one out your v****a. Like, both things are super weird.

EDIT: Though I'm sure 90% of all males now choose c-sections and/or cleaning/stretching spells.

Uhh.. no. I think for Frey I'll stick to my version of pregnancy. Cuz Harry wasn't supposed to be able to do it in the first place, but those damned magical mushrooms. And I'm sure he passed on the ability.
When it's time for the babies they go through labor like a woman, but like, what happens is they push and the baby/babies sort of just magically pop with no weird holes from the magical womb thing into the arms of their 'mother'. So harry got all covered in gunk when his kids were born, and labor was painful, but it was easy to clean up.
Yeah. That's what happens and you can do what you want for other characters but Frey isn't pushing anything out his a**s or getting his bits turned into a v****a or anything like that.
His 'womb' is like.. all magical anyways. It's not there like an organ in females.
But yeah you're all really kinky. xDDDDDddd

The thing Frey likes best about the rough sex and whatever is that he knows Voldemort will fix him up and make him feel better. He doesn't have to be afraid because he knows Voldemort will take care of him.

My lovely friend IdleKotake did them for me. She's doing this iron artist thing right now where you basically get commissioned to do 100 sketch commissions for a reduced price cuz they are supposed to be just sketches. But she is awesome and seriously doubts her ability so she makes them all awesome watercolored and s**t. n_n
