Twonk Was that the episode in the third series, Rinu? And I thought Lupin always had brown hair? Because whenever the put a highlight or whatever on it, it's brown. Maybe it's like a black brown or something. Actully, that episode was in the second seires. And his was brown, I mean it wasn't just when a highlight came, it was there normaly brown in the flash back. confused

Twonk I have a question. Who is the fourth guy down? I'm guessing it's a guy... sweatdrop http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v106/blighter/pics/GameboyLupin_1.jpg Well, using my Japanese Katakana amd Hiragana workbook, the words by the picture spell: Rerada (&?) Tsuguma. But that doesn't make any sense. If you want to double check it (like I did) here is a Katakana character sheet: http://www5.big.or.jp/~otake/hey/kanji/gifmoji/katakana.gifWhen I decided what the letters spelled(?) I tripled checked them by putting the words into a generator for characters: http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjnames.htmlI go the same characters back. As of yet, I don't know who the heck this person is, but I will ask the Lupin mailing list. I'm sure there are people on that who: A) Know how to read Japanese and B) Have played/own the game. So, I'll get back to you. (I just hope somebody knows... sweatdrop )

Hey, I got a reply to about the picture! talesofthewolf > Who is the fourth person down? The Japanese says "Lambda & Sigma." If you'll remember, Lambda was the name of Maki Oyamada's Laputa/Superman cartoon-looking robot from Lupin the Third Part II Episode 155: "Farewell, Beloved Lupin!"/"Aloha, Lupin!." The image pictured is of this "character." The Sigma that the title makes reference to is a mystery to me. Could it be a Game-Boy exclusive character that's an evolution of the Lambda design? Or am I forgetting something? Although he only got rich after his grandpa died, according to the manga. Although that is debunked in Volume 11, when Lupin mysteriously goes back to his "stronghold", which happens to be the very center of the Lupin empire. Lupin ends up metting his grandfather, father and mother in the chapter. It then ends on a huge cliffhanger and never finishes. The reason is because Monkey Punch's editors didn't like him doing continued stories, so he's never finished the story. It's actually quite annoying. >.<

XP So, not even one continued story he could do? That's pretty lame. I wonder how many complaints they got over that one when the manga was released, all the people waiting a week to see how it would end and it didn't.
