 My heart is closed up and I feel it crumbling down...
I'm a little arrogant as well. sweatdrop I don't have to remind myself that I'm not more intellegent than other people, but sometimes I pass by people in the mall that are like "LULZ! I WAZ LYKE IN SCIENCE CLAZZ TODAI AND THE TEECH ASKED ME 2 LYKE DEFINE "PHOTOSYTHESIS" AND I WAZ LYKE "OMG! U LYKE EXPECT ME TO KNO THIZ!?" LULZ! IT WAZ SOOO FUNNAI!" (<--- Something like this actually happened before... Coming from what appeared to be a 10th or 11th grader ._. Including all of the "like"s, by the way.) and I can't help but think, "How stupid... >>;" with a nuance like I think I'm better. ._.;; Also, I don't like associating with stupid people like that so that makes me feel really arrogant as well. ._.;; I seriously don't mean to be like that, but honestly, who wants to hang out with someone that you can't even hold a decent conversation with? ._.;
I tend to look down on guy strangers more than girls. ^-^;; I'm more cautious around them because of all the disgusting people out there. ._.;;

I lold @ the photosynthesis thing.
I do the "like" thing. emo
It used to be "right", but then a friend started saying "left" every time I said right, so I stopped it out of sheer irritation.
I can be arrogant too. But I live in a place where the most popular ambition is to have a baby and get a house (not that I blame them), so I feel like I've earned it.
I'm also more cautious around teh menz. Older men. I'm fine with guys around my own age but ...yeah. I know it's wrong, and I try not to, but it comes from that part of the brain that won't listen to reason.

xD Yeah, I do the "like" thing occasionally when I'm buying time for me to compose my thoughts, but I don't use it more than once in a sentence. xD
XDD Yeah, I used to say "right" all the time too, but apparently it bothered everyone so I stopped. ^-^;;
I'm cautious around guys my age as well as older guys. ^-^;; I'm not sure why. It probably has to do with the fact that I used to have all guy neighbors and I swear that they were constantly picturing me naked or something. >-< I'd be talking to them and they'd be looking at me with this perverted "kukuku!" look on their face. >>;; It seriously bothered me 'cause I'm more of a modest person so... I guess now I'm just really subconcious about it. ^-^;;

'Like' just makes up part of normal conversation for me. "err" is when I'm thinking. XD
Yeuch. That must have been really crap to have to live with. Dx They don't sound like people worth knowing.
I know where my man distrust comes from. Both my biological dad and and the man who raised me buggered off, and my mum's current husband... guess. And once you've guessed, factor in that he tried to make out that I was just an attention seeking b***h. >_>
So I don't have a very good idea of men. On the basis of three, which I know is unfair, but that's just how I am.
I have a number of male friends who are really good guys that I have a lot of respect for, but instinctually, I'm nervous around men.
If it's any consolation to the fogeys, I'm much more attracted to older rather than younger men, so daddy issues ahoy.

xD I think I say "er" and "mmm" for things that I'm unsure about saying (To stall for time while I think about it. XD) and "like" for when I'm trying to think of what to say. xD
They weren't. xP But I had to put up with them 'cause I hung out with their sisters. And one of them was only bad about it when he was around other boys. But it seriously was a pain. XP
D= That sucks! I can totally understand why you'd distrust men after that. I wouldn't say that's it's unfair of you. After putting up with all of that, you have every right to feel that way. ._.

Ah. Siblings are bad things. D:
I've known plenty of bad women, but I don't have anything against them. Though, I am one, so I guess it wouldn't make sense. xP
This post isn't very articulate, but I'm nursing a hangover, so I'll more be more interesting at a later date.

Thanks. ^^ I feel a lot better now. I am never drinking again, until the next time.
Tesco rang me to offer me a job interview while I was feeling hungover, and the conversation went something like "Ugh mugh.... what? ... mhmm...bye"

Wow, that's really sad, not being able to define photosynthesis, then thinking it's funny that you can't. XD;; I know how you feel though; I always think those people are idiots. ~_~;; But a friend told me recently that the smallest percentage of people are NT's (Intuitive Thinkers/The Rationals of the World), and that they tend to flock together. Turns out everybody I was hanging out with that day were NT's, including myself (I'm INTJ), and I realized they were all people I didn't look down upon.
I do the 'like' thing too, but only around people I'm comfortable enough around to sound stupid with. XD Pretty much if I'm too lazy to speak properly.
Sounds like you guys have had a hard time with guys. D: I don't think I feel any less comfortable around men than I do around women, except maybe with sharing a bed or being nude around them, but I'm uncomfortable doing that with anyone. I dunno, I consider myself feminist, so I've always felt like gender equality was important, and that that included seeing men as equals, not as inferior.

Pfft. The only thing men are good for is riding around on their shoulders while they build statues of you, and then locking in the cupboard so they can't run away. And beatings. Lots of them.
When I'm with someone I'm not comfortable with, I just forget how to talk.

Yes, I'm very bad at talking with people I'm not comfortable with as well... ~_~;; I had to get some jaw scans done today, and the lady who was doing it all must've thought I was mute.

I'm horrible with talking to people altogether. ._.; If it's just a random person and they start the conversation, I can carry a conversation with them, but when I went to get my hair cut recently, I didn't talk to the hair cutter lady at all. XD;; I think that was mostly because I didn't want to distract her, but I wonder if she thought it was weird...?

I noticed hair cut people and medical workers usually seem to feel uncomfortable if you don't talk, so they'll always ask questions about your schooling and stuff. It's really annoying, especially when it's like... a dentist asking why they're working in your mouth. XD

I've actually never been to the dentist before (Never really had to. =/) so I don't know about them, but I have noticed that hair cut people act sort of uncomfortable when you don't talk. Normally, they ask you questions when they're getting nervous so I usually wait for them to start before I say anything. xD;; Especially if I don't know if they're the talkative type or not. ^-^;
