- S p e c i a l - S k i l l s -

- Shigan Hihasu (指郡アイスロータス Finger Gun Ice Lotus): A technique based off the Rokushiki, but not strictly a Rokushiki technique, Kravinoff fires a small ball of extremely cold air from his finger by jabbing his hand forward. If it connects the orb bursts and causes ambient moisture in the atmosphere to freeze into a lotus shape.
- Shigan Hihasu: Hyaku Hasu Ame (指銃氷ハス： 100蓮の雨 Finger Gun Ice Lotus: Hundred Lotus Rain): A much-expanded version of Shigan Hihasu, where Kravinoff moves his hands so quickly they seem to disappear. The actual number of Shigan Hihasu created by this technique is closer to about thirty than a full hundred.
- Nibaimyaku Higufuu (ダブルパルス氷の竜巻 Double Pulse Ice Tornado): Kravinoff places his hand on the ground, sending out two pulses of extreme cold into the ground. The first allows him to locate any enemies that are touching the ground within roughly fifty feet, and the second is a focused blast towards a single enemy. When the pulse reaches the location the enemy was standing when the first pulse passed it explodes upwards in a brief column of extremely cold air.
- Hinendai: Hyaku Seisou (氷の年齢： 100年 Ice Age: Hundred Years): Kravinoff places his hand straight out in front of him and releases a blast of extremely cold air, causing all open liquids within 100 feet to freeze solid, including the moisture in the air.
- Hinendai: Ikusen Seisou (アイスエイジ： 1000年 Ice Age: Thousand Years): A more powerful version of Hinendai: Hyaku Seisou, where the blast is so cold that there is a slim possibility that the sap in nearby plants spontaneously shatters.
- Hinendai: Naraku (アイスエイジ：エタニティ Ice Age: Eternity): The most powerful of Kravinoff's Hinendai techniques, this technique freezes every drop of moisture within five feet, creating an orb of what is, for all intents and purposes, solid ice. This technique is extremely hard o escape, as the ice forms from the outside of the sphere first.
- Shimo Seikou (霜ポイント Frost Point): A basic technique where Kravinoff cools the surrounding area to the point where frost begins to form on things. this technique does no damage to living beings.
- Hyouketsu Seikou (フリーズポイント Freeze Point): A slightly more advance technique where Kravinoff cools the surrounding area to the point where water freezes. This technique deals minor damage to living things, and can be used to freeze the ocean.
- Kireme Seikou (ブレークポイント Break Point): Kravinoff decreases the temperature to the point that glass, metal, and other similar materials spontaneously shatter. This technique deals significant damage to living beings.
- Takai Seikou (死点 Death Point): The temperature decreases to the point that most living beings will die instantly.
- Sukkari Maru(絶対零 Absolute Zero): All molecular movement stops within ten feet of Kravinoff. Kravinoff can move freely, but otherwise everything stops completely, including light. All living beings die instantly if they are caught in this technique. This technique is relatively easy to avoid, since it takes roughly ten seconds to charge before it takes effect.

- Sukkari Maru Kenpo (絶対ゼロの戦い Absolute Zero Style): A fighting style based off Kravinoff's ultimate technique, Sukkari Maru, where he surrounds his fists and feet with extremely cold air.




Sergei Dunstovn Kravinoff was born at least four decades ago on Drum Island, to a young woman in a small fishing village on the north side of the island. His father was a Marine, but was constantly away on missions. The one thing as a child his mother forbade him to do was to touch his father's chest, a locked behemoth that sat in one corner of their small single-room cottage. However, his mother died of frostbite just after Sergei turned thirteen, and he took the key to the chest from her, unlocking it and eating the strange fruit he found inside. When he walked outside the heat of his multiple jackets almost made him pass out, and he took them off, ending up in just his underwear, only to find that the temperatures, well below zero, didn't affect him at all. He moved to an even more isolated area and came into the town only once a month afterwards to collect the mail.

Two years after he ate the fruit he received a letter from the World Government, informing him of his father's demise at the hands of a band of pirates. His father's apparent last words were a request for his son to open the chest and use what was inside.

Sergei joined the Marines less than a month later.


Sergei advanced through the ranks with disturbing speed, attaining the rank of Commodore in less than twelve years, but he almost stopped entirely after that. For reasons he refuses to reveal to anyone he has three times refused promotion to Admiral, preferring to remain a Vice Admiral instead.

I must say, you must have spent an extremely long time on Sergei's technique list! As much as I disapprove of using canon Devil Fruits, I must say that you took a canon Devil Fruit and made it your own. ^_^

Is his name pronounced "Sir-Gay" or "Sir-Jay"?

Because if it is the former, I may be giggling anytime I read a post with him in it or mentioned...

Awesome. Nice to see someone who doesn't just rip off characters and their Devil Fruits. It's one of the many reasons I don't allow canon Devil Fruits in my One Piece RPs.

The Choki choki no Mi has the most potential, in my opinion. And the fourth one you're thinking of is (I think) the one used by Basil Hawkins, the unnamed DF that allows him to manifest voodoo dolls out of his body and turn his body into a giant voodoo doll.
