Miami looked around and then finally stopped. "I don't think this is right..." She wasn't sure but this just wasn't right. Above all that she didn't know how to get back. "Okay, how about we try to walk towards the light...if there is anyway!"

Pellumb stopped with her, still looking around at the dence forest and darkness. "O-okay... But... I d-don't see any l-light." He looked in circles at the darkness that seemed to envelope them, and it would have been and understatement to say he was nervous that they would never find their way out.

"Well, that's not good." Miami looked around and she too was having a hard time finding light in the darkness...at least any kind of light that would or could lead them out.
"I'll climb a tree." she wasn't the best climber, but they had to do something. So, the female found and tree and began to try to get to the top. She figured from the top she could see where to go. If only they were real birds that could fly.

Pellumb looked up and watched as she started to climb. Right then, he really wished he could fly up to the top. Insted, he just watched

As the female climbed she began to notice that the branches became tangled together. Soon, she couldn't go up any father without get herself cut or stuck up there. "So, that's why it's dark...the are all connected or something. I can't see a thing!" she called down. With that she tried to climb back down, but she was having a hard time doing it.

Pellumb looked up at the dark mass above him. "Really?" When he saw her struggling to get down, he hesitantly waddled underneith her in case she fell.

Miami finally got herself free and back down the tree. "So, I guess I don't know where to go, so we are now lost." She looked at Pellumb with a frown and shook her head. The girl then looked around trying to figure out what to do next.

Pellumb joined her in looking around the unforgivingly-looking wilderness around them. "M-maybe we sh-should go back th-the way we c-c-came?"

Miami nodded. "Okay, sure." Not that she knew which was that was. So, she just turned around and began walking again. As long as they were going somewhere they would end up somewhere.

Pellumb was still looking around when she started to walk, and his ears jolted up and he quickly ran back near her after noticing.

"I can't believe how lost we have gotten." She then chuckled a little. It was funny if it wasn't dark and spooky. Still, the female felt like they were now headed in the right direction. If they were or not it still felt right to her and that brought her mood up.

Pellumb couldn't beleive it either. "I-I thought w-we stay-yed on only o-one path-th." He couldn't remember them getting on any other one, or there being any forks in the road. It was something strange, this forest.

"Yeah, you're right. I wonder what happened?" She was starting to think that maybe they had gotten on another path because this looked nothing like what they were on before.
"Hello?" Miami called out in case there was someone else around and could help them out.

"C-could it b-be a trick... path?" He asked, looking at the unknown trees and the angular shadows. "H-hello!" He also called out, folding hsi ears down at the echo.

"Maybe you are right. Maybe someone is doing this?" the flamingo looked around to see if she could spot someone or something around. "Hello!" she called out at well. Yeah, she totally needed bird wings for this.
