She chuckled grimly, she blocked it with her scabbard. "Idiot..." She removed her zanpaktou, then watched Kagaya's body freeze. As Kagaya's body froze, she was about to stab Kagaya again to finish her mission but someone interfered.

“Like dancing fire falling to the sacred ground, fall…” Akino appeared behind Kagaya immediately. She released her shikai. "Akitsuki!"
Akitsuki's blade shattered into autumn leaves then dashed to Yukino.

She gasped when she saw Akino. She laughed hysterically. "I never thought I'd see you!" she exclaimed, jumping backwards. Her blade actually touched Kagaya's right are thus breaking it, giving a result that she chopped his right hand. "Tch...I missed... I'll come back again..." She disappeared.

"Kagaya!" she ignored the lady. She exclaimed looming down at him. She can only melt the ice that froze Kagaya. "Akitsuki..."
The autumn leaves danced around Kagaya's frozen body, melting it slowly. It looked like she was attacking him.

Kagaya fell to the ground unable to stand due to his body being fully frozen moments before.

He got up slowly to a sitting position. He looked up at Akino, "What happened to your mask, stay away from me!" Kagaya yelled at Akino.

"Kagaya-san, your arm!" she was about to hold his arm, but was shoved by him. "mask? What are you talking about?" she asked, attempting to move closer to him. The autumn leaves seemed to have melted the ice, it gathered then turned to the zanpaktou's blade again. She sheathed Akitsuki then cocked her head at Kagaya."Let me bring you to the 4th Division Barracks!" She suggested, about to touch him.

Kagaya jumped back, "Why did you attack me?" He asked confused as to why she was trying to help him. "Even if I wanted to go with you, I'm staying in this cell, I owe it to Yukari." Kagaya said as he backed away from Akino, straight into a wall.

"It doesn't make sense. Your zanpaku-to, it was ice, but now its leaves, what is going on Akino?" He asked as he started to walk to wards her. He noticed his hand. "Maybe I do need to go to Squad 4." Kagaya said as he fell face first to the floor.

"I did not attacked you- and who was that person earlier!?" She asked, her eyes were worried. She sighed then stood up. She shunpo'd to the soutaichou's office immediately.
While running there, icicles stabbed her abdomens and shoulders. "GAHH!" she yelled, stopping on a rooftop.

Yukino chuckled then faded in midair. She was the one who attacked Akino and Kagaya.

She narrowed her eyes with pain. She continued to run to the soutaichou's room.

Robert Edwood, A member of the central 46 walks down the dark damp hall way of the maggots nest twords the cell of Ookami. Two other men walk behind them, both as the same as Robert are wearing white haori's with no markings on it. As they make their way he notices a odd riatsu. The two men stand at the door as Robert looks in on Kagaya. His blue eyes watch him closely before issuing the signal to open the doors. The bars slowly slide to the side and Robert walks into the cell holding some shackles.
"Come, Lets get this over with..." Clicking the shackles on his wrist and with a jerk he lifts Kagaya to his feet. The two guards take hold of both arms of Kagaya and lead him out of the cave. Edward stays behind as the doors close back. A match strikes and lights another ciggaret.

Kei approaches the two guards and Kagaya. "I am here to help transfer him to his hearing, by request of Robert Edwood." Kei glanced towards Kagaya, than back towards the guards.

Robert walked to the opening of the cave where his guards where taking him to the hearing room. "My deepest apologies Captain Kai, I had forgotten it was your duty." He looked to his guards and nodded as they let him go into the care of the captain. Smoke exhaled from his nose as he smiled at Kai and Kagaya. "See you there..." He turned back to the cave with a frown on his face as the two guards went into the cave and to their posts.

Kagaya slumped to the ground without the support. He looked up at Kai, "Kai, theres.... something wrong...... it feels like ice in my veins...... I can't move." Kagaya said weakly.

Hearing Kagaya's words Robert turned his head to look back at them both, the hair covering his eyes a bit making him look a little more threatening than before. He gripped the sheath in his right side and pulled it out. "I forgot to give this to you..." Holding Kagaya's zanpakuto out to Kai he looked deeply into his eyes to try and find if there was some sort of motive to let kagaya free.

Kagaya saw his own zanpaku-to out of the corner of his eye. "How.....did you..... get that?" Kagaya asked, trying to will his body to move. Even the smallest movement wracked his body with pain. But he moved nonetheless, he needed to stand.

Yukari ran toward the maggots nest. "Dammit!!" She shouted. She had overheard Akino say that Kagaya was attacked. She was incrediably worried about Akino. But also about Kagaya. "Damn you Aizen." She muttered under her breath as she ran around a corner skidding slightly. She sped up again. She saw the others there. "Whats the situation." She was serious now. A serious face in place where usually there was a smile. She looked at Kei and Kagaya as well as the others. She pushed the hair from her eyes and tied it back quickly.

Kei looked towards Kagaya, but didn't reply, he just reached out and grabbed the zanpakuto. The captain didn't show any emotions as he took the weapon from Robert. "Thank you, I will make sure that this is put into the right hands." He slid the blade between his hakama and sash, letting the guard hold it in place. "Get up..." Kei knelt down and pulled Kagaya up onto his feet. Kei than looked towards Yukari. "He is being taken to his hearing..." he answered simply.
