Pretty much hiked for 15k's over three days. I was on the easiest camp too, biggrin . I saw a lot of scenery, had some pretty bad-looking food cooked and a great bunch of friends with me. I was even told of aboriginal stories that originated from the mountains. (I'm Australian.)
I think the hardest thing was organizing my cooking group. Even they admit I did all the work.

Cooking outdoors can definitely be a real challenge. I used to a lot of camping when I was younger, and cooking was always the pits. gonk I'm so glad you had fun though.

It sure is. I'm just relieved there were no bugs in the food. Though our bread was moldy. The best part was when we got to go home (food-wise) but yes it was fun.
What has everyone been up to, except Beltane?
