After all the distractions Lar-uhh finally picked up the pace, running a bit faster toward the finish line. Of coarse, she may have been imagining that she was running downhill.

SHe managed to find a four leaf clover! And it didn't take THAT long... Melloon looked up to see people running past her. She scrambled back up the hill and, withthe four leaf clover in her pocket, she started to run full speed toward the finish line.

Polette had little change in pace; she wasn't anywhere near the front, however, due to her falling into a massive abyss that had suddenly appeared in the middle of the track in front of her earlier on.

Her pace was irritatingly steady. Venexia frowned as the other contestants whizzed past her, or most of them anyways. She didn't think she was dead last, or at least, she hoped she wasn't. Ven tried to push herself, tried to make herself run faster, but she didn't seem to be able to - almost as if her racing fate was in something else's hands - frowining she ran on. Slow and steady wins the race?

No matter how fast she tried to go,
Pan-duh seemed to be running in place.
Based off the amount of people that we're passing her anyways...
She started to get discouraged and she could feel her body giving up.

After fixing that bothersome shoelace, Fishi got back up and started jogging. But because of that stupid distraction her groove had been broken and she struggled a little to get back to where she had been.

Well that was pretty pathetic, running into a tree branch while glancing back at others. She wondered if anyone else had seen that. Shaking herself off she picked herself up and went on again.

While finally catching up to a few of the others Lar-uhh hadn't noticed a small dip in the road, tripped, and fell flat on her face. She hoped nobody had noticed while she tended to the scratch on her knee.

Finding herself once again in the race, Melloon felt pretty good...unbtil she realized that her four leaf clover had fallen out o fher pocket! She skidded to a stop and began to backtrack quickly, looking for her lucky little clover.
