Lately I've been doing pretty much all of my practice with a metronome. It's definitely helped my rhythm, and it's funner than just playing by myself.

I play about 2 hours a day with simple minor/major chord arpeggios and blues/funk basslines to warm me up for practicing with my band. We normally just jam for about an hour, then run through a set list for the next show.

whether you want to believe it or not, "playing" is a form of practicing. Although, you could just be teaching yourself bad musical habits which could result in problems in the future but you would most likely be strengthing what you are already good at which is good. Quite bitter sweet in a way.

For warm ups I just go threw easy songs that I know, maybe some walking lines. Then I just go to fiddling around on the bass, making up my own tunes, playing around. Stuff like that. Sometimes I learn other bands' songs' but I really don't like doing that often. I mean, I have my own style that is really hard to match. sweatdrop

And I practice when I have the time (about 4 times a week)

I pretty much just started out. Soooo I like to go throught the very few songs I know. Mostly Hendrix and Clapton. For some reason I just dont feel it when I play metal.... Anyway. I run through a few worm ups like this one I start out on a G and just started jumping in and out of some scales. Its one of my speed workouts I like to start out with. Its different almost every time. I just see what kind of sound I can make playing with scales and trying to path my way from a G to a G.... If that makes sence. xd Its fun though. I have guitar pro on my computer and that has helped a lot with my timing and all of that. I would recomend ANYONE guitar pro. Even if you are a wizard of all insterments. Its still a very awsome program and easy to use. 3nodding I also practice with both picking and fingering. Once I have those down good I will try and learn slap... But eh.... sweatdrop

I must admit that my practice lately has been slipping. Lots of other stuff has been going on, and MGS3. sweatdrop

I do scales for practice. Then play through a couple songs I know. Then some I'm learning. And then I write basslines for songs I write.

The song I'm working on now has a lot of slap.

Whenever I have nothing to do I practice. I'll be sitting thinking of a math problem with playing like video game stuff. Heh. I'm unstoppable sometimes.
