I'll just say...

I'm sorry I responded the way I did. It was immature, I know, but he hurt my feelings.

As to those of you who have said he is like that all the time...
I've never really had much interaction with him before. He never seems to be on at the same time as me, and hardly ever posts in the threads I do.

(And on a side note, how is it shipping for Joker and Harley? They ARE a couple. Yes, crazy and ******** up, but still together.)

You didn't respond to that any worse than it was to be expected. I probably would have responded with more namecalling but -shrug- suit yourself.
He had a right to post his first comment, but no right to the second.
I for one like your idea, and I am very happy for you.

Well, it was comments like that, and people's unnecessary reactions to them, that made me quit the MPL. I got attacked, being accused of trolling and other such nonsense, when I made a stupid comment. And everybody started ganging up on me, saying I was trying to make my life sound horrible and trying to make myself seem so much smarter and better than everyone else.
Why do people like that have to be so cruel?

And I agree with you about his comments. True, I did egg him on a bit with my response, but he didn't need to go there. It hurt.

Sirek
Demon of the Stars

-sigh-
I know how he is Sirek, he has many times stated his opinion, he is blunt, and as you said, he does not sugar coat it.
However, in this case, he went to far past stating his opinion. I wouldn't have said anything had he not put in his second comment of having a "real" marriage. That was uncalled for. Deppfan stated why she was having a Gaia marriage, and if he had truly read that, he would not have felt reason to state that, unless he was being malicious.

'It's time to pay for betraying us' I was told...

"He is not the only one at fault though. His comments could of simply been ignored. Whether he meant it as a malicious comment or not, it is not safe to assume that he did. To me it didn't seem like a malicious comment but more like he was proving his own comment about him not understanding romance wrong. I may be wrong but there is the same chance that everyone else is too. Depp going out of her way to make a comment about how he looked in his picture sounds more malicious to me then his comment.
It all depends on who is reading it whether it is malicious or not after all.

Edit: I'm not trying to start a fight, and I still wish you the best of luck Depp. Don't let Mata get to you."

...was all I could say before I turned my back for good.

I do agree I responded rashly. And I apologize for that only.

"Oh geez...I know how bad it gets over in MPL also. User Image
Although, if you think about it, what happened to you over in MPL will most likely never happen here to you because most people here are much kinder in my opinion. It seems like that is the thing that happens here to Mata though (sure he deserves it sometimes, but still...).
It's human nature that people are cruel though. Nothing can be done except to ignore it until they get bored because if you respond back in a way that is negative, it'll just egg them on. sweatdrop
It's done with though, so look forward to the day when it happens and forget about Mata's comments. 3nodding
And for what little it is worth, while it may of been a tad immature to respond that way, it does take a lot of maturity to admit that and apologize, especially if what the other person said hurt you. "

Thanks.

Um, I didn't want a plain white dress. And when I do get married for real, I'd like to have crimson in the dress somehow. Maybe embroidery or corseting. That and I like the cinchers. They make outfits interesting.

ooh.. the trim would be pretty in red...
I agree with you on the cinchers, I just wanted to know if there was a meaning, or specific reason you chose to add it.

My wedding dress is going to be teal... with a white laced back....
I like to be different.

Sounds pretty.

Yeah I know it's a bit overdone nowadays, but I'm gonna have crimson, black, silver and white at my (dream) wedding.

In all actuality, we'll probably end up having a small simple ceremony, and then later down the road when we can afford more, we'll have a bigger one. More of like a celebration of what we have with each other.

I like that idea. Very smart actually, Rather than blow all of your money to start with, spend a little, wait a year or two, and if it still is working out (it probably will for you, I'm talking more for others) Have a big paarrttyyy... or renew your vows......
3nodding yes, I just re-stated your idea. lol

@Sirek: Well, I know you intended well. I completely see where you're coming from. The kind words I mentioned were you completmenting me for apologizing. Kinda conceited, no? LOL

By the way, according to...Wasn't it Richard Tims that made the animated series? According to him there is a deeply and heavily implied relationship between Harley and Ivy, but nothing (aside from a professional relationship) between Joker and Harley. Goddamn...Know your cartoons.

How do you know all this, I thought it was kids that were supposed to know everything about cartoons, though, they have taken all of the good cartoons off telivision....

Sadly, although I watched the batman animated series a lot when I was younger... I know nothing of the Harley person.

If there is really an issue between the two of you over the relationship between Harley and The Joker, I suggest researching it, and having the facts to back you before another argument forms.

There was a whole episode devoted to the whole Harley/Ivy team-up. If you watch how they interact, you can tell...I don't have an episode number and I just don't care enough to go retrieve one. I'll present the information but I'm not going to bother arguing the point. I thought it was common knowledge.

Maybe to those who were of cartoon watching age when the series was out, I for one, am only 14, and only when I was 7-9 did I watch much TV at all. It may be common knowledge to an older person though, or someone more interested in the series.
I wasn't saying that you were aiming for an argument, but depending on how touchy the reader of the comments is, it may have caused one.
