Azami chuckled trotting after her at a nice slow pace, which gradually grew slower as she started to tire. She skipped lazily around the trees as she followed, a frown spread across her face as she noticed they were heading otu fo teh forest towards the hills again. "No looking for boars?" she asked tilting her head, "yep win the war," she said with a nod and a yawn.

Qahora was really slowing her pace now. She thought she could keep going on for hours but she really needed to take a short break. She stuck her tongue out in Azami's direction retorting to her mention of winning the war, then she called out, "I think we should go rest, sit in the sun for a moment. I need to catch my breath... and I'd love to catch a snack of some sort." She crept back onto the hills where the sun looked over, "I'd love to go look for boars after."

Azami sighed and stretched as she followed Qahora through the trees towards the hills. She laughed when she saw Qahora sticking her tongue out and she burst out in a fit of giggles, "I could use a break too I guess," she smiled, "and the sun is nice and warm ..." she glanced around, "snack sounds good, is there any berry bushes in the hills or something?" she tilted her head as she trotted along, "well I guess it would be easier to find boars once we get rested up a bit."

Qahora was glad Azami wanted to rest too. They could chat and have food in the sunlight. She giggled a little bit too as she slowed her pace once she had reached the top of some hills. "Berry bushes?" Qahora pondered, not sure if she had seen any around. "I'm not sure, I know there are mice in these parts though." Her stomach was feeling more empty at the thought of food.

Azami smiled as her stomach grumbled quietly, she trotted after Qahora and sat down. "Yep berries, though I guess mice are good too," she had always loved the sweet taste of berries, especially since they were much easier to sneak up on then mice, she chuckled to herself. "So where should we looked for the mice?" she tilted her head and scratched her side.

Qahora took a few breaths only to get back up again. She sniffed in between boulders. "Sometimes they hide in the little cracks and shadows of the rock..." She kept looking around trying to imagine when they would be looking for boars later. "Sometimes they hide in the little brush." She said as she pounced on a short bush giggling. She couldn't find anything just yet but she knew if they were patient little mice would start showing up.

Azami watched intently, not wanting to miss something important, "cracks, shadows, and bushes, got it." she nodded and stood before following Qahora around. She stopped and peeked into a bush slowly, wondering if there were any mice in there. "Mice squeak right?" she raised an eyebrow and glanced at Qahora, "hmm I wonder if any of these bushes have berries..."

Qahora glanced over at Azami as she crawled on the ground. She smiled, "Yes, mice squeak. A bit like this..." She imitated the sound of a mouse as she continued forward. She finally saw one jump right of her and then stand still. Qahora moved forward slowly. She knew it knew she was there so she thought her plan through, she moved forward and just as it went to run away she lept on it. "Gotcha!"

Azami giggled at Qahora's squeaking, "ok got it," she wiggled her ears and peered about through the bushes before glancing at her to see what she was doing. Qahora seemed to be an expert mouse hunter from Azami's point of view. She smiled watching as Qahora slowly moved closer before pouncing on the mouse, Azami could just imagine the terrified squeak and the look on it's face as it was caught and she chuckled. "Nice job Qahora!" now that Qahora had caught one she figured it was her turn and she gazed into the bushes looking for the slightest movement.

Qahora didn't spend much time playing with her food. She ate it right away to fill up the grumbling hole in her stomach. She looked back at Azami licking her lips, "You can do it, I know you can." She smile hoping Azami would fine one soon so they could cheer together. While Azami looked around the bushes Qahora looked around some more, just incase another mouse ran by that she could share with Azami.

Azami grinned and nodded spotting the slightest twitch within one of the bushes, "I hope so," she grinned and tensed her muscles, coiling them as she prepared for the pounce. She leapt forward tumbling into the bush with her paws outstretched to catch the mouse, she heard a quiet squeak as she landed and grinned. "Gotcha!" she giggled before peaking between her toes to see if she had actually managed to catch it. The mouse used this opportunity to try to escape and began wiggling through her grasp, "no you don't!" she smiled and closed her paws around it before looking over at Qahora happily.

Qahora kept looking on her side. She was listening for scurrying mice but instead heard an excited Azami jumping into bushes. Qahora looked back excitedly. She had a great big smile on as Azami looked at her. "Good job!" She shouted. She was looking at Azami and hadn't noticed that she was still walking forward, and with a stronger pace. Soon she was going through bushes and she tripped finding herself deep into a lower elevation in the hills filled with bushes speckled with red beads. "Gah! Azami? I fell!"

Azami beam staring at the tiny rodent she had managed to catch, before she heard the cracking of twigs as something tumbled through the bushes. Her head jerked to the side wondering if Qahora was alright, but she was no where to be seen, that was when she heard her voice and let out a sigh of relief. "Where are you?" She called searching through the bushes for her friend, her brow furrowed with worry. "I'll help you just stay still!"

"I... I'm more at your right... but I'm fine, I just stumbled." Qahora struggled to get back up. She was all tangled up in a bunch of bushes. She could see Azami's fur over the bushes. "Here Azami" She really wasn't hurt so she didn't want Azami to be too worried. As she finally managed to get a hold of the ground she started getting back up and a sweet smell came around her. The red beads on the the bushes, why they were glistening plump berries. Qahora had a bunch squished in her fur.
